My mind is finally clear to write this review on Seven Oaks Pet Hospital. I originally decided to trust this Vet office in my cat's care because a family member of mine used to work with Dr. Reddy at Banfield and started with him during the time they originally opened up Seven Oaks. Since returning to Florida, our cat began ill with symptoms she never gotten before. Since June 2020 until Oct 2021, I had brought her to office ,multiple times for symptoms that kept arising. I was told she had infections and told she even had Feline Herpes and these were the cause of her symptoms. I made it clear to Doctor that she has always been indoors and never had any symptoms that this virus displays. However, the doctor ignored all that and insisted she had it. I finally paid to have cultures done to rule out this virus and others. They were all NEGATIVE! Meanwhile each time we have brought her they prescribe antibiotic after antibiotic. Symptoms fade but resume shortly after. With even more added symptoms that did not make sense. One day our furbaby was not acting herself and even just finishing the last antibiotics, it just didn't make sense. I decided to get second opinion and in one day, we are given the absolute worst news, our furbaby has cancer. Her bloodwork was so bad and her being in pain, we had to make choice to put her to rest. At this point there was little that can be done. We were all so hurt by all this, since it was caught off guard, and definitely not what we had expected. However, being a nurse and having the new doctor read off the lab levels, it made all sense of why she was not improving. It made sense why she was acting the way she did and displayed the symptoms she did. On top of it all, the doctors at Seven Oaks have NEVER, ever discussed her low WBC, low weight, and high lipase, and other low lab value concerns 6 months ago. Had we known and had they took the steps to do further diagnostics, there is a BIG chance we could still have her with us, even if it meant 2-3 more years. We are still very upset with how the doctors at Seven Oaks handled her situation. They are obviously not trained or educated enough to properly assess, diagnose, and even recommend appropriate testing. In one day at a new vet office I get more accurate information than I have ever gotten from Seven Oaks in over a year of her visiting them. I have WASTED money for tests, procedures, their pet member plan, and medications that were not appropriate. I am sharing our experience so many of you think twice to bringing your fur babies to them. I regret not seeking another opinion sooner for our Bella. This is definitely a lesson learned. It's sad as pet owners, we have to look everything over in our pets medical records and figure out what is normal and not normal. It's sad we have to get another opinion to verify if what this Vet office is stating is in fact true. There is nothing that can bring our baby back and I hope our story and the loss of our baby brings light to others continuing or thinking of seeking care at Seven Oaks Pet Hospital.

Today I had to bring in my dog to Seven Oaks Pet Hospital for an emergent visit he was bleeding profusely from one of his paws i had called 20 minutes in advance of my arrival to let them know i was on my way they told they would be expecting me. upon my arrival i was told to check in like this was a standard walk-in versus the emergent visit it was. mind you my dogs paw is still bleeding the lobby of the location was full and people were sitting on the floor (myself included) while the staff was having friendly conversation with one another instead providing any assistance to any of the customers. after 30 minutes of waiting i asked if they had an ETA of when we could be seen my dog is crying from the pain and still bleeding, One of the employees said they would check 15 minutes later she comes back and says the vet is still with another animal and doesn't have an ETA. finally after an hour and a half of waiting in the lobby my dog was seen and treated. afterwards i was told he wasn't even bleeding anymore that is based on the fact that he had to wait for an hour and a half before he was treated. I attempted to explain my disappointment with the quality of service i had experienced today only to be rebuffed by the staff when it was time to pay they initially handed me a bill for $116 then after i was done telling them about my dissatisfaction then handed me a revised statement of 194 when i looked at the revised statement it had charges for services that had not been performed. i then proceeded to probe about the additional charges and explaining that these services weren't even performed why am i be charged for them. which led to them arguing with me about what they had done for my animal. finally i was handed a 3rd and final statement which still had charges for services that weren't performed, but by this time i had had enough and proceeded to pay so i could take my dog home. This was one of the worst vet experiences i have ever had in my life. i have also reached out to the BBB in regards to my visit.

Brought my dog in for some treatment and it costed me nearly $400 for them to shave 4 areas down, put her under anesthesia (which was not needed at all, clearly they care about money), and add some topical spray as well as some take home medicine. I will not go back here and unfortunately it is not a place to go to if you want them to care for your dog. My dog is 9 months old under anesthesia in which this would be the first time ever and who knew if she would have an allergic reaction to the anesthesia. It was ridiculous and would not advise to go here. Two people could have held her to shave her, she is a calm lab mix and does not have issues or a past with any biting or mishandling. Hope you guys take my advice and save your bank account in which I didn’t. Poor dog doesn’t even understand what they did to her. It’s rude and disrespectful.

My pregnant Rottie required an emergency c-section and after calling 7-8 animals hospitals they were the only ones that accepted us immediately. They were all so patient with me (a crying sobbing mess who was holding 2 newborn puppies in a basket) and showed me more kindness than a very famous animal hospital in Tampa who made me feel that I was to blame for my girls issue. The staff qt Seven Oaks helped me find formula for the babies(located in their convenient pet depot), they all comforted me, and provided me warm blankets and items to feed the newborns while my girl was in surgery. Sadly, none of my other puppies made it but the staff reassured me that hope wasn't lost because we still have at least 2 babies and thats a miracle. They called me this morning to ensure my girl is recovering well and were happy to help me when I called with concerns about her healing process. I really appreciate the entire staff for everything they did! Thank you Dr. Guida for saving Mika's life!!

Had to bring my dog Zoe of 11 years in for intensive tests but no one was available, not even my personal veterinarian. But Seven Oaks got me in within an hour of me calling. We found out she had cancer after some blood work and an ultrasound. It was very sad news to have to put her down, but they were so compassionate and professional it made it better experience than I could have expected or asked for. Thank you !

I came here this time for a 2nd opinion for a lump on Silence's leg I was told by another vet was skin cancer and need to be removed just by looking at it. We saw Dr P. ( I can't remember her full name she's of Indian decent, forgive me if i guessed wrong) and is very nice knowledgeable and caring. She did a good exam and a needle biopsy to find out what out what he has and to come up with a treatment plan. She took both the need to find out what his lump is and cost into consideration in his treatment plans, even giving me a surgical estimate now so i can prepare if he needs it. I felt like he's going to get better care here than at the other facility. All my questions were answered my concerns heard. She not only has the pets best interest at heart she also cares about the pet parent. His vet tech was also great! ( i didnt catch her name) I chose seven oaks because Silence was seen by their emergency staff before and we had a good experience, they took wonderful care of him, and me. Their prices are only slightly above the other vet who diagnosed him but for the level of care, and the update facilities and equipment i feel its worth it.

First let me say that Leonor at the front desk is absolutely amazing! She is a people person with a great attitude! She brings a lot of ease to the people and the animals with her bubbly personality! A true asset to the clinic! That said, my first experience was a bit tough ! However, I have since been much more satisfied with the staff ! It was hard for me after having the same vet for 43 + years! I have been rescuing for over 30! Changing g vets is hard, but getting a bit easier! Thank you seven Oaks for helping to make it better! Thank you Leonor for your wonderful personality and expertise at your job!

Giving 5 stars because Amanda and doctor block are the best! Amanda is so good with the dogs she’s patient, kind, and thoughtful. Always making sure my dogs are comfortable and well cared for. I appreciate her knowledge and skill when handling my dogs. Doctor block is really good at catching anything and everything that could be going on as she is always very thorough and knowledgeable about all potential problems. My dogs love them and look for them when we come here.

I brought my American Akita today for not eating for a number days and Dr. Middleton took great care of Dutch. She listened to our concerns, went over care and actions to diagnosis the problem. The techs were awesome too. Dutch felt good vibes and was comfortable interacting with everyone. Will be coming back in the future if I need vet care again, thanks guys!

On June 7, 2022 my best buddy passed away while I was walking him in 7 oaks. I was so upset. I wrapped him in a blanket and took him to 7 oaks pet hospital as I didn’t know what to do even though I knew he was gone. They were so compassionate and handled my best friend with so much respect and dignity. During the pandemic I was diagnosed with cancer and couldn’t take anyone into the clinic with me. He went to every appointment with me. He was such a source of comfort for other patients as well as me. In May of 2022 I was given a cancer free diagnosis. One month later my, friend and four legged caregiver passed away. I miss him so much. Thank you to everyone at 7 oaks pet hospital. You were so good to us. I miss him so much. I’ll never forget that day and the graciousness all of you showed us. ❤️

Recently moved here and was in need of a good vet to care for our dog Java. She has been here a couple times. On both visits we have had outstanding service. Quick to get appointments with very little wait times. Care and service was excellent. Prices for services were reasonable as well. Added bonus is having a pet store next to it with competitive prices on pet products. Found some prices to be cheaper than larger retail stores. Highly recommended if anyone is looking for a new veterinarian.

We took our son's dog Whiskey in for surgery to remove a growth on his leg. Dr. Guida and Gabe took excellent care of him. The surgery went well and he is back to being himself again. Love this place and we will continue to come to Seven Oaks Animal Hospital.

Second time saving one of my cats lives. Staff is friendly, knowledgeable and compassionate. My girl Jackie, the assistant manager is awesome. They're willing to work with whatever budget you have to give your pet the best chance at recovery. 10/10 would trust them with any of my animals at any time.

We have been using Seven Oaks Pet Hospital since our dog, Max was 8 weeks old. Everyone has always been so kind, friendly and helpful. We get reminders when Max is due for his shots, they offer plans that are affordable, and when we need to make an appointment, we do not have to wait long. There is always a time available, including during the weekend!

We love coming to Seven Oaks! After a recent severe injury on my GSD that required surgery we bonded with the AMAZING tech Robin. I’d give her 10 stars if I could! I want her to be our tech for every visit. Dr Middleton also gets high praise from us! When your pups love their vet and tech it makes the experience so much better.

We rescued our baby boy butters and he ended up with a very bad urine obstruction. We were very afraid of the cost and the well-being for our butters since he would have to spend the night he spent two nights and when we brought him back he was better than ever!! They cleaned him up pretty well since he was covered in dirt and had drainage from his ears. He’s now playing, giving a bunch of kisses, and peeing just fine. They broke everything down step by step and I’m so grateful our baby boy is okay🥺

We love our Seven Oaks vet family. Our dog is an anxious boy who gets nervous around new people and other dogs. They take their time and patience with him every time we are there. They know his name when we walk in. I wouldn’t trust anyone else with him. Koda just had surgery recently and he has learned to love and trust everyone there. We are so thankful. Here he is after surgery getting an 8 week X-ray check up. Happy as can be carry around his muzzle like a happy boy. He’s around his people.

We brought our baby Toto here for a really bad bladder blockage emergency and they immediately took him to the back within minutes of us walking through the door. They took great care of him and got him all fixed up. They were mostly good on letting us know what was going while he was there (he was there during day and at VEG overnight). The only issue we had was the lack of communication between the Sunday crew and the rest of the staff but they still took amazing care of him and called whoever they needed to to get the information needed. We will definitely be bring my animal back here again.

This was my pets first time being groomed by Debbie. She immediately came out to greet us and was very concerned to do nothing but please both Lassie and myself. The Lead Receptionist, Leonor, gave me a warm welcome and enjoyed seeing Lassie. She had pics taken of Lassie throughout her grooming to ease my mind and feel confident Debbie was giving loving care to my Lassie. Treats were given as well. 5 Stars to both Leonor and Debbie.

Our cat, Butter, needed to be seen last Sunday for a bleeding paw. Alexandria and Dr. Morris took loving and outstanding care of her. We received the best customer service from the entire staff. Everyone was very friendly, kind and efficient. They really made us feel at home. The office was immaculately clean too. I would highly recommend this Vet to everyone! Thank you for all you do!!!

My 9-month old kitten potentially broke his leg and was in obvious pain. My regular vet was very uncaring and wouldn’t fit him in. I called many vets, and Seven Oaks was the first to show true caring and concern for my kitten’s well being. They got him that day, took amazing care of him, and suffice to say, we have a new vet! I cannot say enough good things about the beautiful facility, kind & caring staff, and high level of affordable care! This is what veterinarian care should be.

👍👍 Had to put my sweet boy down, here. Every pet owner's most dreaded day - but Quail Hollow made it as peaceful and full of love as they possibly could. 😠 The vets at Banfield have seen 6 of my pets over a 15 year period. Generally this was limited to vaccines and other preventative care.
