Unis from eyebrows is extremely rude and unprofessional she even has a terrible attitude. Alma sent me a rude nail technician then tried to defend her in a very disrespectful and inappropriate manner. Florence also has a very bad attitude. I spent half my day in the salon getting services done while being attended by rude staff in return! That’s unacceptable! Please provide attentive, happy and respectful supervisors and staff. “Especially the supervisors some of them are so rude.”

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Beauty Connection Spa for a Deep Cleansing facial and Hot Stone massage, and I can't say enough about the wonderful experience I had there. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles and a tranquil ambiance that immediately put me at ease. The facial treatment was truly exceptional. The esthetician was highly skilled and used top-quality products that left my skin feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The massage was equally impressive. The therapist was attentive to my preferences and ensured that I was comfortable throughout the session. Their technique was superb. They give 15% for reviews and I want to say that I am giving this place a 5 stars because they deserve it not because of the offer. They have so many beauty sections. Main reason I went there was to do my nails, and it was about 2 years ago. They did a brilliant job. I kept going there for my nails and I thought I will give the eyebrows section a try. I did the threading with Tina or Tania, honestly I always confuse her name and I apologies for that. Anyway, I always go there and ask for her but sometimes I get other staff depending on the shifts and working staff that day. Generally, they all do a good job. Finally, while I was doing my nails one day, I was thinking that I was late for my photo shoot and I don't have time to go back home and do my hair so I decided to do my hair there , and again they did a good job. So I kept going for hair , nails and eyebrows. I can't lie, few and very very few staff were unfriendly but most of them were knowledgeable and friendly. I would recommend the place big time.

The worst salon to ever visit. Definitely not recommend and not going back there they don’t have time management, employees are ruder than before especially the manager Rachel. Tina in eyebrows section she rewind my eyebrows and made 2 scratches in my eyelids which are currently burning. There are way better salons near by 100% not recommended

I was in this salon past 12 years but now I realized that I will never go back to this salon because they never respect clients need and they didn’t treat well. Whenever I have issues I use to find a solution with supervisor but she is always negative doesn’t care. Even the owner one day to explain to her my issue and she is not willing to listen to me because she have family problem. Even she didn’t try to take my number and after she can call me and ask how can she solve it. She don’t care. I want to say that I drive more than 40 mins to reach the salon every time but in the end they not appreciate my loyalty. I can find easily saloon near my home, but I drive all this way to get not only good service or they are charging cheaper than other saloon, no . I am looking for respect, care, good quality of customer service and comfortable atmosphere which is not available anymore in beauty connection spa like in the past. Beauty connection team, don’t try to reach me or apologize or even to respond to my feedback because know I don’t care same when you don’t care about my concern.

I’ve been a client of beauty connection for so many years. I loved coming here because they were professional and fast. However my last experience makes me not want to consider the salon again. I came for a hair cut and it took them 30 minutes to finally get to washing my hair. After that they made me wait and when the hair stylist came she told me she wants to start with another client and she will need 20 more minutes. I told her I’ve been here for long and she just walked away and ignored me. She then told her colleague I’ve asked for a different stylist which I didn’t do. I had to walk out frustrated with my hair DRIPPING water because they didn’t even dry my hair well. Extremely disappointed.

Very bad costumer service. I arrived at 1:20pm for my 1:30pm appointment. After waiting for 30min I got to know that the technician still needs time with the previous costumer…. I asked for Rachel (the manager) and she was no help. Even though she knew that I was on a tight schedule she tried to offer me the service 30min after my appointment or to reschedule it.. but honestly, after waiting around and chasing the employees to find out when am I going to go inside and start the service, I dont think I will ever be coming to this salon again… no respect to time or to costumers… very disappointed…

I heard aloot abt it But i didnt like my experience unfortunately I went for my eyebrows with tina As i informed her please keep my eyebrows as thick as it is pls dont make it thin(as im very sensitive to it) and shape it from down only She shaped but she remove more than one line from up result was so thin eyebrows… Pluuuuuus when her emarati customer came she left me and went to her without removing the remaining hairs from shaving on my face and and on my eyes and nose !!! I start cleaning my self . I guess when they know they are wanted they stop caring about their customer service and attitude. For me i will not do my eyebrows here again, any one can do shaving and shaping the important is to 👂🏼 listen to what customer want .

I visited Salon Beauty Connection and found their prices reasonable, which was a plus. They also accepted Isaad. However, I was disappointed by the unfriendly attitude of the employees. The supervisor always seemed unhappy and angry, which created a tense atmosphere. Even when I had a complaint, they didn't take any steps to satisfy their clients. It's essential to have a welcoming and customer-focused environment, which this salon lacks.

The staff of the eyelash reception is really rude her name Eunice, she was not helpful at all and speaking very bad way. Another thing that there is no clear pricing every time the price changes for same service depending on the technician. And if you try discuss they will simply try to convince you that you are wrong. The gel polish colors are not highly pigmented you feel it’s like transparent color. They have happy hour promotion where if you ask any additional service they will either charge you double or they will charge regular price. 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻

I don’t understand the 5 star ratings. I went to do my nails and hair and before starting I showed both ladies exactly how I want my hair and nails. They both said they know how to do what I asked for and ended up doing the exact opposite of what I asked for. A total waste of time, I had to get everything done twice. Gladly the other staff fixed both my hair & nails. The nail area smells like toilet sewage btw, what’s going on? It used to be an excellent salon.
