Lovely
hotel,
very
modern
and
there
is
a
lot
to
do
with
free
access
to
the
water
park.
The
room
service
staff
were
amazing,
however,
I
have
rated
three
out
of
five
stars
for
service
due
to
the
staff
at
the
reception
area
of
the
hotel.
We
arrived
at
7am
and
the
gentleman
offered
us
the
opportunity
to
add
breakfast
for
a
cheaper
price
instead
of
paying
at
the
restaurant
daily,
however,
we
would
be
required
to
pay
for
all
the
days
we
were
staying.
We
advised
that
we
would
not
be
able
to
have
breakfast
on
the
last
day,
as
we
would
be
picked
up
at
6:45am
and
breakfast
started
from
7am.
He
gave
us
the
option
of
to
either
go
to
breakfast
the
day
we
checked
in,
or
to
have
breakfast
boxes
ready
for
us
on
the
day
we
checked
out.
As
we
had
an
over
night
flight
from
Barcelona
and
had
no
sleep,
we
decided
that
we
would
take
the
breakfast
boxes
on
our
check
out
day.
On
our
check
out
day
(18
Sep
23),
the
gentleman
who
was
checking
us
out
was
not
aware
that
we
were
to
have
breakfast
boxes.
It
was
only
brought
to
his
attention
when
I
queried
where
the
boxes
were
at
the
end
of
the
check
out
process.
He
went
to
the
back
for
about
3-4
minutes
and
gave
us
one
box
and
advised
that
we
were
required
to
confirm
with
the
hotel
that
we
still
wanted
the
boxes
one
day
prior
to
checkout.
If
this
is
true,
this
was
not
explained
to
us
when
we
checked
in.
Furthermore,
since
we
had
paid
for
the
breakfast
already,
isn't
this
enough
confirmation?
I
advised
him
that
we
were
not
told
this
at
reception
and
queried
where
the
second
box
was,
as
we
had
paid
for
breakfast
for
two
people
and
were
advised
that
we
would
receive
boxes,
not
a
box.
He
advised
that
there
was
no
second
box
ready,
and
that
it
would
take
about
10
minutes
for
the
second
box
to
be
prepared.
We
could
not
wait
10
minutes,
as
our
driver
was
already
at
the
hotel
to
take
us
to
the
airport
and
was
waiting
for
us
to
checkout,
which
took
longer
than
usual
as
there
was
only
two
staff
working
the
counter
at
the
time
we
arrived
for
checkout
and
they
were
checking
people
into
the
hotel,
which
for
some
reason
takes
a
rather
long
process
at
this
hotel.
The
box
was
clearly
for
only
one
person,
as
the
box
only
had
done
drink
(pear
juice,
no
water)
and
only
one
set
of
cutlery.
A
rather
disappointing
end
to
a
really
good
stay,
as
the
breakfast
was
rather
expensive.
I
would
appreciate
a
refund
for
one
of
the
breakfast
on
the
last
day.
