Went with my wife to celebrate our 21st anniversary. At check-in I casually mentioned we came to celebrate our anniversary. While relaxing in our room our first day there someone knocked on the door and brought a gift of a box with sweets and a rose. They asked if we had anything planned for the actual day of anniversary, I mentioned which day it was and that we had already booked a desert excursion. When we got back from the excursion they had arranged the bed with towels folded like two kissing swans with rose petals on them, with a rose petals formed in the shape of a heart in front of them (posted picture of these). The entire staff was extremely friendly and accommodating. I didn't ask them to make our anniversary special, but they went out of their way to do just that simply from me casually mentioning it at check-in. Absolutely incredible service. Breathtaking views from our room. So much to see and do just within the resort. We went just thinking it would be a beautiful place to spend an anniversary, but when we left we already began talking about having to return with our (teenage) children. We celebrated 21 years of marriage and this anniversary was by far the most memorable one, thanks to the staff at Atlantis, The Palm.

Had a really nice stay over new year's. Rooms were a good standard and larger than expected. Very good breakfast. Connection to the water park is excellent. Down sides were probably the service at times. Check in at 3am took over an hour with no information about the facilities or even where our rooms were. Also frequently asked to show our room card when walking around the hotel a bit too often which took the shine off a true 5 star experience

True to its name and fame. Extraordinary unique. Waterpark and aquarium make it cost effective too.Grand. Awesome. Words are short to describe the amazing views. But last moment at the time of checkout,had to wait for an hour for the bell to pick luggage. According to the crowds need to have more manpower may be. But alertness of the staff to ensure all guests are wearing masks is worth mentioning. No where else in Dubai there were so much alertness for masks. Worth staying once in a lifetime.

We only stayed here for three nights, but got some of the best service we’ve ever gotten at a hotel. Everyone is so friendly and accommodating, trying to help you in any way possible. The whole resort is gorgeous, the room was clean and spacious. We had a beautiful ocean view. The attention to detail by the housekeeping was remarkable, they organized and tidied every little thing. The pool areas are very nice, as well as the beach area, with equally prompt service and delicious drinks. We loved being able to take the buggy to the aqua park. The medical clinic was also super helpful. If you have kids, this is an amazing place to bring them as well. Eating breakfast while watching the sharks swim by at Poseidon Cafe is an amazing experience. Would definitely return here again! We didn’t want to leave!

I was invited to attend a meeting and lunch with some delegates. I felt like this is the best hotel I have ever visited. Hotel was gorgeous, beautiful and luxurious interior and spacious, everything has a luxury and stunning touch. breathtaking view, awesome restaurant and food, world class service. swimming pool area is awesome you can get lost in it which I cannot describe in words. Located at the best in Dubai. Enjoyed the time.

Was a lovely place with very accommodating staff. At the reception a lady by the name of Angel was very pleasant and quick in arranging to our needs as I was traveling with an infant and small children. What was even more pleasing was the small details.. they recognized my daughters birthday from the passport. Left eye glasses cleaning cloth for my Sunglasses. The Restaurant for breakfast had the whole honey comb for honey.. The shower in the bathroom could do with a more sophisticated system. Other than that a really nice place to stay.

Fabulous resort and loved the water park too. The room overlooked the aquarium and was a great morning activity for me to see the scuba divers diving in to feed the fish and to see the shark floating around. Personal touch for our celebration occasion was highly appreciated. Breakfast was awesome and loved the warehouse restaurant vibe as well as the three course dinner we had there. Went for half board option and was well worth it.

The service was impeccable. The staff is very kind and caring like expected from an ultra luxury hotel like this. The rooms are gorgeous and very clean. Our rooms view was very nice too. Their spa and gym is very high tech and maintained well. The beach is very clean and the sunbeds are very comfortable. I did not like the restaurants offered by the hotel. The restaurant outside by the pool is very average. I expected something a lot better from a hotel this quality and this expensive. The breakfast buffet was good. Another thing that wasn’t very nice is that you get the same privilege for the aquaventure water park as the people coming from outside the hotel with a day pass. They should at least give the hotel guests a priority or a fast pass or whatever its called that lets you not wait any lines when using the water park slides because the lines are very long and its not very nice to wait the same amount of time as the people who has a day pass since we paid all this money to get rooms in the hotel. Those are my only complaints.

What an incredible hotel and water park. We had a 1 bed imperial suite, which was huge, plenty of space for 2 adults and 3 kids. A huge bathroom and double balcony. The lounge access is brilliant, really good food and drinks served. The aquarium is brilliant, and the free entry to the water park is just such a bonus. No queues in August and we got to go on rides all day long.

I stayed here earlier this year and my experience was beyond amazing!!! The hotel is full of grandeur and bustling with people all the time. Rooms are fantastic with a private balcony. The gymnasium is well planned with state of the art equipment. The hotel practically has activities for every age group with immense dining options to choose from, Kaleidoscope being my top favourite! One of the good parts is that you never have to wait for a taxi, there’s always plenty readily available. The water park is definitely a must visit. We went there twice and had a gala time on all the rides.

Amazing start to finish! Every employee was very friendly and hospitable - very much try to please. Location is gorgeous - we loved laying on the beach (under shade) and would cool off in the pool. We spent a couple afternoons enjoying ourselves at the Aquaventure as well. The restaurants were absolutely fantastic (but honestly way too much food). We chose the half-board (breakfast and dinner). Breakfasts were buffet with exception of Bread Street. Dinners were five course meals and we seldom finished a meal, but every meal was exceptional!

Stunning Gorgeous place! the attention to detail is absolutely superb. The fact that my charger plug was given a little shark attachment to it. A spectacle cleaning cloth was left under a pair of spectacles. an organza bag was left under some watches and rings. it was absolutely thoughtful. This place has that perfect resort feeling that u get from watching movies. I watched from my room, an entire palm tree being removed with the utmost care and precision and transported away without causing any obstruction to vehicles on the way. The service was 10 star. Everyone who helped us was so friendly. I am recommending this place to everyone I know. the only place worth being at in Dubai - according to me 😊

Fantastic & iconic property. For that reason we wanted to advertise our car rental services on the in-room TVs, yet after numerous calls, messages via LinkedIn literally no one replied. It is additional stream of revenue for the Hotel and considering high service standards, at least would be nice to get someone to discuss the above opportunity. I stayed in this hotel for 4 nights, the behavior of the staff was very polite and friendly, the rooms and room facilities were good, the guide and food ordering software were good. The atmosphere of the hotel was very attractive and various restaurants with good food, water park and aquarium were beautiful. Some expenses are better to be included in the hotel rate, and it was a bit unpleasant to receive a separate fee on the spot, such as the cost of towels or lockers in the water park. Overall it was a good stay

Probably one of the most spectacular hotels in the world. The location, the theme and the level of derails is remarkable. Located on the top of the palm is hard to miss. Having a long boardwalk just outside makes it an ideal visit if you are also into a good long European-like walk. Will definitely come back.

This is a great hotel. We stayed for a week and it was definitely worth it. We got free access to the water park and other privileges inside the water park. The food at the hotel is great and they have a wide variety. Do keep in mind that the restaurant is a bit pricey so be prepared for that. Their breakfast has a wide variety of food for everyone. The rooms were great with very comfortable beds and a great view. The hotel staff is very friendly.

Lovely hotel, very modern and there is a lot to do with free access to the water park. The room service staff were amazing, however, I have rated three out of five stars for service due to the staff at the reception area of the hotel. We arrived at 7am and the gentleman offered us the opportunity to add breakfast for a cheaper price instead of paying at the restaurant daily, however, we would be required to pay for all the days we were staying. We advised that we would not be able to have breakfast on the last day, as we would be picked up at 6:45am and breakfast started from 7am. He gave us the option of to either go to breakfast the day we checked in, or to have breakfast boxes ready for us on the day we checked out. As we had an over night flight from Barcelona and had no sleep, we decided that we would take the breakfast boxes on our check out day. On our check out day (18 Sep 23), the gentleman who was checking us out was not aware that we were to have breakfast boxes. It was only brought to his attention when I queried where the boxes were at the end of the check out process. He went to the back for about 3-4 minutes and gave us one box and advised that we were required to confirm with the hotel that we still wanted the boxes one day prior to checkout. If this is true, this was not explained to us when we checked in. Furthermore, since we had paid for the breakfast already, isn't this enough confirmation? I advised him that we were not told this at reception and queried where the second box was, as we had paid for breakfast for two people and were advised that we would receive boxes, not a box. He advised that there was no second box ready, and that it would take about 10 minutes for the second box to be prepared. We could not wait 10 minutes, as our driver was already at the hotel to take us to the airport and was waiting for us to checkout, which took longer than usual as there was only two staff working the counter at the time we arrived for checkout and they were checking people into the hotel, which for some reason takes a rather long process at this hotel. The box was clearly for only one person, as the box only had done drink (pear juice, no water) and only one set of cutlery. A rather disappointing end to a really good stay, as the breakfast was rather expensive. I would appreciate a refund for one of the breakfast on the last day.

Hubby and I stayed here the last 2 weeks of October 2022 for our anniversary. Atlantis is amazing. The spa is amazing. The restaurant with the bowling alley and games stays open the latest. I spent 8 beautiful days in this hotel. It was so wonderful time! I highly appreciate receiving the room on the 19 th floor, as the view was so amazing! I liked my room very much. As I had a Name-day, I also received a Name-day cake to my room, it was so lovely of a lady from the Reception Desk to send it to me (BTW the lady who was organizing my check-in on my arrival day, was so kind and helpful). The atmosphere of the hotel is just great. I felt very comfortable and safe. Everyone was so helpful and kind. Very clean rooms, amazing house keeping service. I also recommend the boat tour around the Palm. I would definitely come back.

It is one of the best hotels to be with kids all over the year, so many things to do, it a city, you don't need to go out the room are clean and nice. The view is amazing. The food is delicious. And the Waterpark is marvelous. It's definitely a place to come back.

Booked in here for 5 nights as a treat to both of us. We were on our way back from New Zealand so decided to break journey in Dubai before heading back to Paisley (Scotland). Wow from the minute you arrive you are treated like royalty, amazing service we arrived at 05.30 am too early to check-in, but told that our room would be ready by 07.30 and we were to go and have breakfast. They took all our luggage, 07.45 after having breakfast ( lovely by the way) room was ready. What a place huge been lost a few times. Security guards know when you lost oh so friendly ask you and point you in right direction by time you get to where you are meant to be going Sec Guard there tells you this way. Don't know how many times a day you say Good Morning, Afternoon, Evening. Even the cleaners polishing the floors greet you. Wow stayed in many hotels never had this sort of treatment. Facilities at hotel are just amazing this would end up like a book if I was to keep going. Simple to say if your thinking about staying at Atlantis you will not be disappointed. We took a palm view King Size room amazing views from 15th floor.

It is a very impressive resort. You can feel like it is very cheaply made on the outside. The experiences here are good but don’t feel like luxury. The details are missing. Staff is not very friendly. Everything is very uptight with loads of security everywhere. Also, the staff doesn’t take initiative to show you the way. I recommend going to see and explore but it is not a place to stay for long at especially if you are looking for a very luxurious, detail-oriented experience.

Great hotel, service was second to none, room was of a very high standard and facilities met all the requirements that I had. All the staff were very attentive and couldn’t do enough for you. Excellent choice of meals each day which seem to cater for everyone’s tastes. I really wished I could have stayed there longer and will definitely be planning a return journey sometime in the near future.

You have one of the worlds largest water park nearby. You have a large aquarium and a hotel under it also. You have good clubs in it. Overall it’s a lot in a package. But it’s very expensive for normal average people to chill in those environment. Amazing hotel! Family friendly. Lots of activities. Vast territory. The great aqua park (entry included in your stay). Tasty food. Clean rooms. Nice and helpful staff. You can watch the shows of the largest fountain in the world- that is on the opposite side of the “palm”.

Was here a few years ago with my family and I can honestly say, this was one of the best experiences I’ve had! They have their own restaurants inside the hotel. Aquariums within walls and even their own water park! Rooms are nothing but luxurious and great sizes! The views are so beautiful and it even has a little kids club for when you want the day to yourself! The kids club is full of activities to last the day and is lots of fun! The service is amazing! If you have enough money, I would 100% recommend!

Really enjoyed our stay at this resort. If you are looking for an isolated place and just for relaxation purpose only, then this is the place to be. If you got a young family, the Aqua water parks are a great fun and joy for the family, while you can relax soaking in the sunshine. The only disappointing thing for me was that I had booked Half Board package with the resort and found out on the last evening that there were many restaurants we could have gone to. This was not communicated properly to us on our first day. Apart from that the staff were humble, polite and well respectful. Had a wonderful experience and would be back again for next major anniversary

Probably one of the best hotel/resort I've stayed in! Hotel lobby is one big glass aquarium! Massive hotel with a range of restaurants! Lucky to have booked a club room with a view.of the city! Club lounge offered a variety of food and drink literally throughout the day. Staff friendly. The only minor issue was the bill was more than what I was quoted. When queried I was advised it was because of the exchange rate however can understand slightly higher or lower but it wasn't the case. However paid as I had a great time!

Fun and fantastic stay. Get the Imperial Club room for access to the lounge. The breakfast, tea and happy hour is more than enough food for your stay. The service was impeccable from the time we arrived until we left. The room is well appointed with lots of water, tea and an amenity kit. The turndown service was a lovely touch. It’s five star all the way from all staff members. Our family of four enjoyed the water park, the location on the Palm and all the resort has to offer. Perfect stay!

A beautiful and serene experience in the heart of the emirate but mind you it can get overwhelming during busy times/season. During to the secluded location of the island the road coming in and out can get quite busy and then the property itself is so grand that it attracts a lot of people (visitors plus staying guests). Luckily though they have employees to distinguish entrance to hotel property for guests from visitors... overall ita still a very luxurious experience and especially the services in the rooms is commendable par excellence. I would stay here every opportunity I get.

I stayed here with my family for around 2 days. There are practically no words to describe how luxurious and amazing this place is! There are multiple activities, a literal waterpark, great foods & much, much, more. Basically, you think of it: then this hotel will most likely have it (you can literally shop ... in the hotel!). The only hard decision I had to make was what I wanted to do first! Definitely recommend.

The Front Desk and Reservations operated flawlessly. The Concierge and Room Butler crafted an unforgettable experience for a lifetime. Even the doorman took the time to personally greet me by name. It can be really hard to find parking here. There is FREE valet parking. Which saves a lot of time to know! There are a lot of different activities to do here such as diving, snorkeling, the watermark, visiting the aquarium, visiting the beach, or eating out or just exploring this hotel. Enjoy your trip.

Extremely beautiful hotel with gorgeous sea view and the palm view. It also has a huge water park along with a large aquarium, which has more than 65000 marine animals. So, Atlantis the palm is an amazing hotel with great facilities and services.

The waterpark is so good. I have 7yo and 9yo kids to go with me to the waterpark these days. The activities were great and all the life guards were very responsible for the kids. Kids said they would come back again for the next holiday. The room is average level as 5 stars, not very impressive but the view was good. Lights in the room are darker than the 5 stars hotels I met before, they needed to be improved.

Great hotel. A little bit annoying, that there is always a line on check-in/check-out. But each time all managers were on the desk. Food is good, cheese selection is small point for improvement, but overall food is delicious. Room service works well. Most of time we didn't see them, if we happen to be at room, they always ask when they can return for cleaning. Rooms size is good, enough space for everyone.

My review based on my experience on the visit to the pool and the spa facilities only. This is amazing huge hotel, super nicely designed, architecture is superb 👌. Super clean with an amazing staff, so helpful and easy to approach. The spa is full of the things you normally looking for and it's worm and relaxing. The pool is the one i didn't like much it's only 1.2 meters and the water is super cold, even in Dubai around 1200 PM. In general i love the experience of going there and i love the aquarium and the shops, so many visitors and customers all over, it feels alive, this place has a soul.

Had an amazing stay at Atlantis in Dubai. The room had an amazing view and the service was great. I can only recommend the dolphin encounter. We went on the shallow water encounter with dolphin Aladin and it was great. They helped us make several dinner reservations and activities throughout the stay. We will definitely be back

Celebrated our wedding at the Atlantis and we were really happy with the overall experience. The property is so unique and beautiful and the ballrooms are perfect for events. The view from the room was spectacular as well. Service is slow but second to none.

We, Hosanna Events, Dubai, created this deco for a wedding in the Silk ballroom. The Hotel, is a beautiful Venue with many ballrooms for Events n Parties. Can also have outdoor Events n beautiful crafted interiors. Always full with Visitors as they provide awesome service with very friendly staff. Highly recommended if the budget suits you..

One of the Best Hotel and Resort in the Dubai. We have stayed two days with family and we had best time/fun ever. We had best experience ever. Their staffs are very friendly and we have experienced the best services ever. We had best dinning experience at Their in house saffron restaurant. Kids love water park and aquarium. Their reception and house keeping services are one of the top services. I have used their app for house keeping and reception services and it’s the best, application is very user friendly and you can get instant response 24*7. The best hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Everything about this hotel is just incredible! The attention to detail, the staff, the food, the rooms! I cannot fault a thing. We enjoyed 4 nights here and wished we had stayed longer. The hotel has thought of every detail possible. It was great having daily access to the water park for the kids as well. We could just spend a few hours there and head back to the hotel pool to relax in the afternoon. The food at Saffron for breakfast was absolutely delicious with a huge variety. We had dinner on our last night at Keleidoscope and the buffet was probably the best I’ve ever been too. Best hotel, best experience. Can’t wait to come back!

great hotel big hotel with lots of amenities and things to do especially for families. the beach is great, the aquarium and aquapark come complementary if you stay at the hotel and probably the best possible benefits of staying in this hotel. you will have unrestricted access and can go whenever the crowds are not so big. the main restaurants for breakfast were a little underwhelming, too crowded and quality was a little lower than expected, but they had everything you wanted. this was going to happen with so many people staying. on the flip side the restaurants available for lunch / dinner are fantastic and selection is great.

It is a place that is also heaven in this world Excellent experience, exceptional service, rooms, the highest level of cleanliness I have encountered Crazy water park for kids and adults everything is perfect there We eat nothing for dinner but fish. The chef of the dining room made sure every night to prepare fish and chips for us personally and serve to the table every night in the dining room on a buffet basis, not in the restaurant!!! Every dollar you pay there is worth the experience

Atlantis the Palm is a must-see in Dubai. Anita did an amazing job making my check-in experience quick and precise. She was very friendly, and polite and made me feel special. The resort is amazing in all aspects. The room was perfect, clean, and organized. If you are in Dubai looking for a unique and luxurious stay, don’t think twice! Atlantis is the best! One of the coolest experiences all for the aquarium and the water park!!! Best kid friendly hotel and can’t recommend it enough! Definitely get the day pass if you are not staying here!! Sitting at the aquarium having coffee and snacks was one of the most relaxing experiences during a busy vacation!! Absolutely recommend it!

Our stay was out of this world. No pictures, videos, testimonials online do the place justice. Completely unreal. Blessed to have stayed at many nice places, and this one with the views, the niceties, the level of friendly service was top notch. Food was outstanding in every outlet. Was a long trip to get there but worth every minute of it. Will go back for sure.

Great place to stay for a getaway. Very luxurious. The rooms are stunning. The views are exhilarating with views of the ocean and the beach. The restaurants within the Atlantis are great and the food is delicious with a good spread. The customer service is excellent with all staff super helpful and friendly. Only tip for tourists is to carry your passport as it is mandatory for checking in to the hotel.

Hi I've stayed in Atlantis The Palm for 3 nights with my wife and child and I really had very bad experience with their check out staff. While doing my check out yesterday the lady on the reception was very very rude. She didn't even say hello to me when I said hello and during our whole check out conversation she was not professional AT ALL and in the end when I said thank you she didn't even reply to my thank you. SEEMS LIKE I was standing in any normal 2 or 3 star hotel or I was staying there for FREE. Atlantis management should teach their staff basic customer service skills that how to professionally deal with their PAID customers because we spent lot of money there so we should deserve respect in return by your reception staff. I will never come to Atlantis The Palm again because of this rude behaviour by your reception staff PS (I can provide my details or room number so that you can check which lady I’m talking about)

I've stayed at Atlantis and swam with dolphins during my mini vacation. I had a blast. The customer service was amazing and very accommodating. The aquarium was cute and small. My son enjoyed it. We also spent some time at the water park. I overall had a great experience and would definitely recommend.

I really enjoy having a weekend at Atlantis. It gets very expensive when its busy, but there are some great deals off-season. I stayed in a suite this time, but even the smallest rooms are big and comfortable enough for 2 or 3 people. The breakfast and selection of food is really good and worth the money. Atlantis run a number of events and competitions during the day, its worth entering some of these, particularly as not so many people attend. I won a raffle at the Dolphin Centre and my kids got a free session dolphin experience.

Absolutely stunning hotel on the Palm. As soon as you approach the hotel, your breath is taken away. The entrance is very welcoming & the reception area very impressive. We stayed in an ocean view room, with a king size bed. The en suite bathroom had complimentary toiletries & a very grand bath. There is a chargeable mini bar & complimentary water. A safe is also available. Housekeeping make up the room daily & return in the evening to turn down the bed covers. Fantastic choices of restaurants to eat in, as well as a buffet breakfast, which has so much to choose from, all fresh & so tasty. A bonus is, you have complimentary access to the Aquaventure Water Park if you stay in the hotel. You must see the amazing aquarium inside the hotel, which has sharks, sting rays & so many beautiful fish.

The ambiance was simply enchanting, with a perfect blend of sophistication and relaxation. The bartenders were incredibly skilled, crafting delightful cocktails that tantalized my taste buds. The impeccable service and attention to detail made me feel like a VIP throughout the evening. And let's not forget the delectable bites – each dish was a work of art, showcasing the finest flavors from the masterful chefs. I can't wait to return and create more wonderful memories.

From the moment we arrived, the staff were so courteous and welcoming. We arrived at the valet drop off point, and were shown to the entrance. Once inside, be it the water park, or a restaurant the staff were all smiling and offering their help. The location is stunning, well maintained and immaculate. Although it was very busy, social distancing and covid measures were still being adhered too. Great holiday destination, or even for a day trip. You are treated like royalty.

Great resort for families! The food and spa quality are excellent! Rooms could be more spacious with interiors a little dated. Aquarium viewing windows is out of this world and amazingly placed throughout. Aquarium walk itself a little underwhelming with no information or signs. Overall amazing place.
