    Amazing technology! Very unique experience that you will like to repeat. It’s like a massage of the muscles and training in a same time. After 20min you can feel like your all body had a very good workout but do not make you very tired. I love that trainer is always with you and controls all the process. It’s a time saver and it’s fun. If you don’t have too much time for gym, it’s a perfect alternative. I tried it twice and would like to do it more often as I can see.

    In just 20 minutes at Easy-Fit in Business Bay, I could feel the impact on my muscles and witnessed both weight loss and muscle gain. The coach was incredible, guiding me through an amazing workout. A fantastic and efficient fitness experience!

    I enjoyed my session and felt how the muscles were activated and working out. The exercises are very simple and you always have a coach to tell you what and how to do it. Is a 20 min non-stop session that will overdo you hardest gym session :) I'm uploading a picture with the benefits of the session.

    EasyFit offers 20min EMS sessions to get fit fast. The place is clean and instructor makes sure you do all the exercises correctly. The feeling of impulses takes a little bit getting used to, but after the session you actually feel like you had a proper workout.

    Easy fit makes life easier only in 20 minutes once or twice per week maximum and you will lose weight safe way , easily you can get the body you always dreamt of, faster Muscles development, also increase performance in just a few months, if you want really to lose weight and do a good shape, and don't have a lot of time to go to the gym this is the perfect choice EMS ( Electrical Muscle stimulation) 20 mihutes of EMS training is the equivalent to a four-hour traditional weights workout,
