They charge me on things i didnt eat, be careful to not cheat you on the bill, they wanted to charge me on the food while i didnt eat anything after i call police they let me go, Bad club, bad management, doesn’t worth trying, big shame on the lady manager, bad attitude. Look at the pics i posted.

BE AWARE OF THIS PLACE!! We were told by multiple local friends not to go to this ripoff but since one of our favorite singers was performing there we decided to go. Horrible experience with rude, unprofessional and crooked/thief management. The entire venue Set up, sound system and table set ups were horrible, cheap and low class. We went there as a group of friends for a concert. Our ticket was covering the show and dinner. The venue was supposed to be from 11 PM to 3 AM. When we got there, even though we had reservations they made us wait for 30 minutes and then guided us to our table. Shortly after that They started serving dinner at the other tables. Despite of us asking for our dinner multiple times from multiple servers, they never brought food to our table. Finally at 3AM and when everything was done, the show was over, the lights were on and people were on their way out, then they started serving dinner at our table.SUCH A JOKE AND OFFENSE. And when we complained about it the management showed up and said “we are still open so you can eat your food fast”. Food however was extremely out of shape, cold and not even presentable . We Did not touch that nasty food and left hungry for another place and they didn’t even apologize for that. So basically they charged us a lot of money for dinner which we never received and ruined our entire night With their attitude, lousy customer service and horrible experience.Now We understand why they are known to rip people off and have such low rating. Strongly Recommend to stay away from this place!

The worst place I have ever visited in my life! I have never experienced such a bad, terrible restaurant in Dubai!!! I'm disappointed how they treated us! Cheating by changing constantly their pricing during the evening to make more money with no respect to their guests and hospitality rules! I don’t recommend! It’s really horrible with worst customer service in UAE! Staff very rude, arrogant! 👎👎👎👎👎

** Seems all 5 stars reviews here are fake and manuplated by people/agencies**. It was one of the worst experiences ever I had, first its "NOT a Club," its old fashion cabaret with 50s+ customers. Their sound system is super horrible!!! You will get headaches instead of enjoyment. Shisha is most horrible ever, and you will waste your money 150aed for a maximum of 10 min smoking, and you can not redeem your entrace fee of 150 for shisha as well. In the end, dont waste your time and money, It's better to sleep at your home than to go to this very low quality, cheap class, boring place and pay as well !

Very bad experience!!! Not recommended place at all! Lack of basic hospitality rules!!! Each person working there is deciding different prices and different admission policy and this keeps even changing during your evening there!! More and above, food quality is average, portions are ridiculously small, wine is overpriced and service not attentive and also slow. When we called over the phone to make reservation, we were told that a minimum spent of 250 AED per person will apply to both food and drink consumption. When we arrived, the minimum spent became 350 AED for both food and drink with set menu option only! We accepted and were seated. Later, our waitress informed that the minimum 350 AED is for the food set menu only!! When we talked again to hostess and Mr. Reza, they confirmed that the minimum 350 AED will apply to both food and drink with food set menu charged at 150 AED/person. They started serving the salads and starters. Despite being 5 people, they served us very small portions just enough for one to two people only! We ordered two bottles of wine (overpriced at 600 AED for its average quality) so total bill (1200 AED+150*5 AED) had already reached the minimum spent of 1,750 AED for 5 people. However, mixed grills were not served to our table for long time until one guy (who didn’t talk to us before) came and informed in very rude way that minimum spent of 350 AED per person is for drink only (without food). So as you can read they changed 4 times their price during our evening!!

Worst place ever!!! service was super bad, stuff showing all attitudes and reacting rude and not welcoming. 3 different person gives 3 different price about table service! Which is showing lack of management. Drink is almost double charge compared to other places. Food was good but Arabic not persian !

Disastrous night!!!!!!! We were blatantly deceived at the cash register due to unclear pricing. Promised complimentary drinks were shamelessly charged. The advertised singer was a no-show – a complete misrepresentation! An impolite, older man, presumably the organizer, showed no respect!! When we addressed his inappropriate behavior, he became even more aggressive and antisocial. The venue was filled with subpar individuals, while it seemed our clear purpose was to be taken advantage of. The replacement singers were off-key, and it was embarrassing to witness as someone of both German and Iranian descent. A repugnant treatment of guests that goes beyond all bounds. This incident underscores why our society is declining – because of individuals like him who display no respect or decency!!!!!!! A shameful experience….

It was an absolute rip off. We paid 500 Dirham for two people and after 12:30 midnight they charged us for every single drink we had although we were told everything would be free at the reception (entrance). I’m afraid that’s the nature of us that we want to rip each other off. I’m afraid that’s become a way of our life. I came from U.K. and my friend came from Iran and I just paid for the extra bcuz I wanted my friend enjoying the evening. It’s a shame that we think we are smart by taking advantage or abusing people 👎

Every review about this place being a rip off is the absolute truth! They promise you a package and end up charging you again for every single drink/food. STAY AWAY. This business has no dignity.
