Terrible service! Came for an appointment to the hospital with my sick 8-year old son. We were waiting for our turn, but never got in. The receptionist kept saying that we will be admitted in 5 minutes, however we ended up waiting for 50 minutes. We never made it to the appointment! It is a disgusting experience for me and my son, they have a terrible customer service and service providing is poor. Would never advise any parent to go through this stressful experience.

No duty of care to patients, no concerns shown towards explaining and communicating. Once they take your money it’s like you don’t exist. They reply peoples bad reviews here to pretend like they care but they don’t care. They have the worse mediocre doctors who want to spend 5 mins with you and kick you out. The staff are the worse. You take tests and probably will never receive your results. Just avoid this place like a plague. Lack of transparency and really you are better off going to another place for your treatment.

I took it off and sat on my bed waiting for anyone to talk to me or tell me the truth about why i am being left at holding room all this time. My surgeon enters and sees me sitting holding the bracelet in my hand and with an attitude tells me loudly "If you wanna go home just go"!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! right before surgery!!!!!!! Worst experience ever to the extent that i faced my surgeon and told him once i am done with this i will NEVER EVER return to this hospital. Now i am half way in the healing process and i already found a different surgeon from well known hospital to follow up on me and help through the final stages of my healing. Appointments are a joke just like our British cuisine (sorry Mom). Unless you make a scene on nor your doctor nor nurses will respect your time. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT.

Our first visit. Waisted almost 3 hours for getting insurance approval fir the blood test and when they shared the test blood report via sms on the next day the link was broken. Requested on the phone 3 times to send the report by email but no luck. I think administration require aggressive improvements.

They don’t respect the customer time I have been waiting for more than 45 min (I have appointment at 11:15 and up to 12 no one came to me even I told them I’m leaving now no one care …. Really this is horrible!! I don’t recommend at all

I was really impressed by service in this hospital. Everything is so fast and everyone is so friendly. Before I had many troubles with other hospitals even just to book an appointment, especially with Med care and med clinic, So hard to reach any doctor and to get any information with Med Care.

NOT RECOMMENDED The worst doctor anyone could deal with. doctor viera. viera amarein My advice to any pregnant woman who does not try this hospital, or at least do not deal with this doctor, because she deals in a rude manner with patients. The doctor refuses to work with a patient in an emergency case under the pretext of the end of working hours, despite having a prior appointment. She does not understand anything about professionalism.
