One the best experiences that I ever had. My experience was phenomenal right from receptionist to entire treatment. The ambiance of this clinic is so comforting and so fresh.. For the consultation, I had it with Dr. Hiba Shurbaji.. and it was super awesome. she's so kind, professional and sophisticated, it was my first time to do filling and she took time to break down everything I wanted to know about the entire procedure. Oh not to mention the painless-treatment. Without any doubt I do highly recommend.

I have visited the physiotherapist Safa after suffering of lots of back and shoulder pain, she was so attentive to my questions and very educated on the best needed care to relieve the pain i had, and I really felt the deference with my movement and flexibility alongside that the pain is completely gone thankfully after few sessions with her, not to mention how nice of a person she is. Unprofessional and lack of communication between the reception and doctors. Unfortunately like so many clinics in Dubai, they just want to book the appointments as quick as possible without hearing the concerns and the real purpose why you are going to the clinic. I booked for wart removal before surgery I communicated my concerns to the receptionist so I don’t waste my time, she insisted they have all the equipments for removal. The day of the appointment the beautician stated they don’t have cryotherapy, that was the reason why I went there. The Doctor Shiva who supposedly had the appointment with didn’t even show up. Thank you MAG for your unprofessionalism and waste of time your patients.

I seeked the help of the dentist Dr. Nidhal Sultan for some tooth problems. I was impressed with his wide experience about teeth hygiene. He was able to quickly identify problems, explain all the treatment options as well as suggest the most effective treatments. He is a wonderful dentist who cares about his patient during every step of a procedure, making sure he is okay and not in too much pain. The most important is the flexibility in appointments booking and finalizing the treatment quickly without any procrastination. I had a wonderful experience, and I will come back again to Dr. Nidhal for each check up.

I came to my appointment with dr.Shiva wasting my time and money just to find out they don’t have fillers even though my treatment was booked 1h earlier. Why are you booking a lip filler appointment when you don’t have the fillers available? If they don’t know how to run operations I can only imagine the quality of their treatments. After all this dr.Shiva behaved like nothing happened and offered me to come next week - as if! No need to say I will NEVER use this horrible, incompetent clinic again. Always very impressed with Dr. Kavitha's ability to handle stressful situations and get patients to relax when others could not. Dr. Kavitha has an exceptional sense of responsibility towards her profession. My son used to hate dentists. I took him to Dr. Kavitha and when he finished his first appointment he told me: I actually like her! He needed massive treatment with his fillings that required lots of visits, but he never stressed out and in fact, he was looking forward for visiting her despite his pain! She has a special way with kids and even with adults she's super kind and helpful. Don't think twice when you have painful teeth. I cannot recommend her enough!

Dr. Kavita is a very very good doctor. I was in imense pain when i walked in to the clinic. But half the pain went down due to her treatment and the other half due to her caring nature. Lovely clinic and the offer during Ramadan made it affodable for me to get my treatment done.

MAG Clinic is the top of my mind whenever I need physio services. Ms. Safa was amazing and never a boring time with her. She has got the right and sometimes intense pressure but what a relief after! I like her methods - not always the most comfortable but always effective. Elaine has also got gentle yet strong hands! Her strength is carefully identifying all the pressure points and tightness in the muscle. I just hope that the reception team would be more approachable and welcoming. 😊💫

I have had pigmentation due to a laser hair removal session, all over my legs and they can't care less!! I have been trying to get it treated for more than 6 months now. tried to reach out to them several times.. their general doctor barely speaks any english and extremely rude although its their responsibility to treat my burns. please go somewhere else specially for laser hair removal. NOT WORTH IT!

Do not often do reviews but Safa Albarrak is a fantastic physio and definitely worth visiting for any issues. She’s not only Greta with treatment and post-treatment exercises but generally energetic and passionate!

I visited Safa Al Barrak due to an injury on my hamstrings. The deep tissue massage and stretching techniques used during the massage helped to release tension and loosen up tight muscles in my legs and back, which had been causing me discomfort and pain during my workouts. I felt an immediate improvement in my range of motion and flexibility, and my muscles felt much more relaxed and supple.

Im actually an employee in the clinic but im also a patient there as well, Dr Nidhal is quiet actually an artist when it comes to teeth, hea got the lightest hands and the vaneers he made are amazing everywhere i go i get a lot of questions on them, they are pearly and perfect, he also treated my gums prior to that and they are pretty good now. 10/10 thanks DR NIDHAL🦷🦷🦷🦷⭐️⭐️⭐️

wrost clinic even thou they move into a new location the waiting times at the lobby are 45min then when they finally move you in to a room there you have to wait for like kore than 2 hrs. and when you go an ask if its your turn already they always say yes but its never true. we are for sure gonna look for a new clinic. Well, I am not normally writing google posts/reviews, but this clinic and their staff are very professional; Deejaying unlike many might think just all about entertainment, but the truth of standing long nights and using ur shoulders to hold ur headphones one sided, working over nights, spending long hours on laptop for remixes and editing makes you feel pain at your neck and back etc.. I've been visiting many many clinics for this with minimal progress but recently I started to go regularly to this particular clinic as I do really feel a great progress, they are so much professional in accomodating your needs, I would like to thank Vien in the reception being always of the quickest response and professionalism to all of inquiries, I would like also to extend my special thanks to the phsyiotherapist and expert Silvana Dehghan with international experience, really talented therapist in understanding your pain nature, underlying cause, tailoring treatment strategy and doing comprehnsive protocol for great muscle activation and also manual therapy, needling, cupping..to significantly reduce the muscle soreness beside advising also about specific doable excercises that could easily be a routine even at home.. I believe it's great to always see some therapists here with international experience who take care of their patients in such tailored approach.. Highly unprofessional clinic. Spoke to Katherine on call more than once and told her I need a dentist who specializes in CROWNS for my implant. Had an indifferent and careless attitude over the phone. Nevertheless asked her to book me with the right person. Called in again for katherine but someone called NOHA picked up and said “katherine isn’t available anymore for you to speak to” within 2 mins of my last call AGAIN explained my situation to noha and she ended up booking me with a GENERAL MEDICINE doctor! When I explicitly mentioned what my need is - a CROWN SPECIALIST. I show up to the clinic at 10am and they tell me I’ve been booked with a general medicine doc. This clinic is a joke. Stay away from it. Representatives who work here are unprofessional and careless

Long waits, zero communication, disrespect and low care...After 40mins of waiting, the nurse “took” my vitals...and by that I mean she actually asked me for my height and wait; she didn’t bother to put me on the scale! What next? The doctor will ask me to diagnose myself!?!, I complained (and by that I mean I wasted even more time) and head out to a real clinic... Very unprofessional staff! 1 star because there is no 0 star option

“I just want to say “God Bless You Dr Hanae Laoufi !”It has been for few months now that I have been suffering from back pain( Inflammation due to the epidural) I have been to 3 osteopaths, 3 physios ... I paid out-of-pocket for all and it cost me several thousand dirhams .All were well-meaning people but none managed to diagnose nor cure my pain. Dr Hanae DIAGNOSED me and then set about curing the cause. Her examination was the most thorough I have received and I was grateful for a diagnosis - finally. 2 months on, I am 90% there ! Several times I have been in tears due to my inability to be properly functional. It is remarkable how chronic pain can affect one psychologically. I used to be really miserable by 5/6 pm because by then the pain was at its worse and I was not able to move much nor stand. I was lucky to finally find you ! thank you for your successful treatment your care and your professionalism you really changed my life 🙏

Extremely poor work. The dental cleaning was so rushed the doctor was in a hurry to leave and that was clearly her priority and not patient care. Other friends had a better experience, but mine was horrendous
