Today had a very bad experience with the agent Alan Yang. We agreed to meet at 11 am to see my property. They came very late at 11.25 am and did not even inform that they are late. I was going to another meeting and was going to leave. But this guy aggressively started to call me non stop. In 7 minutes he called me 10 times. Then he texted me on WhatsApp, that he wants to view my property. I told him, you are late. I need to go. He was very rude, said he has another options, no need to work. No apologies, nothing. No respect at all. Unprofessional.

Our Agent was Micheal and it was a very smooth process, we’re also pleased with the negotiations to best fit our budget. Our Unit 203 at China C-14 was also newly renovated which made it feel fresh moving into our new home. Micheal also had good connections with pest control, deep cleaning, Wifi and other maintenance which made it pretty quick move in process. Looking forward to living at our new home! Thanks Micheal!
