Starting from the service is perfect and sheila is so polite I removed gel polish, clean and Gel polish The worst products ever! I put very light glittry pink after one day only one day! The gel was cracked and fell there’s was a gap between the nail and the color and the pink glitter changed to be black Disaster products!!! I called them they rebook for me again but I believe it’s my last time

Unfortunately, not good experience again. The girls just brushing nails like painting a wall - without paying attention to the form and shape of the nail. Eventually the overall nail with polish looks in waves. Also, edges not made properly. That’s all besides the pain while removing polish and besides the fact that you always have to check the shape and correct the girls where to file more to make it equal. Too much work and not enjoyable results in the end. Will not come anymore, enough was 3 times with no perfect results. P.S the stuff themselves are very good people, nice and friendly. But sad enough, they can’t do good manicure

Totally disappointed with the results of what was supposed to be a hair balayage which left my hair damaged at the ends way more than just split ends ..I trusted the method used and what the hairdresser advised me to do, but the result was nothing like we agreed on. I called and went back to sew what solutions they can offer, the management just sat me down with the same hairdresser (without even trying to mediate or understand what went wrong) who argued with me about the result and how this “it’s gonna get lighter with straightener and wash” and we agreed that I come back in 2 days to correct the color. Although I agreed at the time, I realized I do not trust having this fixed or the proposals made by the salon after not getting it right from the first time. This very costly visit left me with an all burnt up ends, uneven very light and streaky highlights in many parts of not the color I asked for and agreed on. Of course I got the “your hair did’t accept the color” argument, but a more experienced professional would have done a sample test before to be sure you’d think! Definitely not worth the price, definitely not going back again to this salon.

Never try them !!! Technician applied the color in this dirty and disgusting way ! And they just removed the color in same time and didnt do anything else !! They wasted my time 2 hours and at the end i left the salon without even geting my nails fixed ! Terrible salon

Absolutely disgusting. I have booked an appointment very fast in a rush not knowing in which kind of hell I will spend 2 hours. 2-4 PM two Philipina ladies robbed me with 650 AED for nails and lashes correction. This is the first time I went there and for first time that I have seen that they charge for saying hi, they charge for oxygen they charge for taking polish off. Lashes are falling off each and every day. Nails this is a second week one mail broke others are falling apart. Acrylic thing this lady did can’t even be called acrylic. Such a shame and a waste, I will call them and visit them for a purpose of getting my refund as this is nothing but a robery absolutely no quality. I wanted a cat eye eyelashes I got the bed full of lashes every morning. Just after 2 weeks my nails started to fall apart. Shame on you ladies. They even wanted to charge me more but when I saw results after the first apply of acrylic I have complained and informed them that I won’t be paying for such a nonsense. I hoped that at least it will last but all my hopes are gone since yesterday and since nails and nail polish are falling apart with my natural nails now. Stay away from this saloon warm recommendations.

I decided to get my eyebrows done in Dubai as opposed to London as my birthday was on a Monday. Other salons I went to only waxed eyebrows which is something I do not do I came here I was greeted in a friendly manner and I cannot remember the lady who did my eyebrows all I know if she is from Nepal and we had a conversation about Nepalese people. She really took her time as I told it’s my birthday and I want shop eyebrows and she literally made them look so shop I was so happy she really tired my eyebrows up compared to London where they just leave you with hair all over your face. The lady was very delicate as I had a full face of make up despite me telling her it doesn’t matter as I’m going back to my hotel she still made me look and feel like a million dollars. this cost 55 aed for eyebrow threading, pricey but for my birthday what the heck

I visited Dubai Mall salon for lash extensions. My birthday was coming, so I wanted to pump up my looks a littlebit before that. Everything looked nice when I left the salon after service. It was little uncomfortable but since I have had lashes many times in my life before, I knew its normal to feel like that if you havent had them for a while. Everything started when I arrived home: itchyness, pain and at one point I could not close my eye anymore. I am currently up at night and trying to pull out the ones that hurt the most. Most of my lashes are completely without extensions and the ones that I have, are way too close to the skin, so it itches, burns and causes pain when i close my eyes. I had nice experience before in Sisters Lounge with my hair and had expectations for lashes as well. Also, I was ready to pay 475dhs for QUALITY and appearance. I did not get quality, my eyes are messed up and I payed for ruining my birthday. Big lumps like in the picture are falling out of my lashes. My own ones ara damaged for a looong time.

I went to Sisters Dubai mall branch & got mine & my mum’s haircut from stylist Najwa.It was our first experience with her but she did a fabulous job✔️.Highly recommend Najwa for haircuts👍

Very mixed feelings about this place. I visited for the first time yesterday and had blow dry & iron done for my hair. Overall very pleasant experience and all the staff I interacted with were delightful. However, I had a full face makeup done for 550AED and was extremely disappointed and unsatisfied. The lady did not listen to my requests and kept doing things to her own accord, only asking for my opinion on the colour of the eyeshadow. Completely overpriced and the lash extensions left my eyes watering and red. I have also gotten several allergic reactions to the products she used. The colour of the foundation did not even match my skin tone, it was a hideous orange. Additionally, the exaggerated contour was did not flatter me at all. But I must say that she did a wonderful job with the eye makeup and eyebrows. I still felt extremely overcharged as I wasn’t absolutely satisfied with the service.

Luxurious Facilities, top of the line products, strict hygiene standard, with friendly-competent-highly qualified technicians, thats how I can describe Sisters. This becomes my second home. The MAJOR reason why I keep coming back at sisters is because of my favourite Hairstylist, ARICA DIAS. I love her so much for taking care of my hair.. it took me forever to find a stylist who will understand want I exactly want to be done on my hair.. Someone who can think out of the box.. Luckily, found her. She's a darling who's passionate and very much talented. She can literally do MAGIC! I used to "self-paint" my hair and as expected, she's always saving me after the disaster! One time, my hair colour turned out to be so uneven with patches of different shades.. She simply fixed it with a Toner and turned out to be sooo gorgeee. I recently wanted to have a major change with my hair colour and again, Arica helped me achieving my dream hair (showed her a google photo) and she made it exactly and way better than that!. From a brassy hair (from roots to end) to an Ash Blonde with Shadowed Roots. Since I met her, I am receiving so much compliments from people. BALAYAGE, HIGHLIGHTS, HAIR TREAMENTS, MAKEUP, HAIRSTYLING, this lady can do everything! Highly highly recommend her! I am trusting sisters for my nails, lashes and face too! ACRYLIC NAILS, RUSSIAN LAYERING LASHES and MARGY'S BOTOX EFFECT FACIAL are my faves!

Pam was excellent. I had BIAB colour put in my nails. The salon was well organized as they brought me coffee promptly, and their nail polish bottles were kept in order of colour and under lighting where they were easy to see and find. All the above was notably much better than in MOE branch.

Zahra was amazing she rescued my hair from another horrible salon that had stripped all my blonde balayage. She is absolutely amazing!! Thank you for getting my blonde highlights back!

Not happy with the treatment for hand manicure with gel and feet Pedicure with gelish. She had to remove 3 time again my nails. There was bubbles and she even didn’t see it. I had to say it always after. The place was so uncomfortable and my dress was also after with oil and she use alcohol and water to remove. I don’t want to go again. All together not really happy my nails it feel now to soft because she remove too much with the machine and remove also my skin with machine.

I was in desperate need of a treatment while on holiday. I went to the salon and was helped by Prameela, she was extremely good. Very thorough and made me feel very comfortable. Would 100% recommend visiting this salon for all your beauty needs.

I do not recommend this salon for nail services, the master damaged my nail plate by removing the covering, two nails have redness and it does not go away. I feel pain and see the marks from the nail machine, extremely disappointed and upset for this experience!

The base was amazing but the frensh wasn’t the best tbh , it wasn’t specific and different shapes for all nails .

Just had Judy do my waxing (upper lip, eyebrows and full Brazilian) and I’m impressed! I normally have Christina who is phenomenal but Judy is just as good. Very meticulous, extremely skilled with a lovely, light pain-free touch.

The girls were lovely. My pedicure and gel builder application manicure were great, so relaxing and they are both excellent. My lashes were removed and a new set applied, my right eye was swollen for two days after and now 4 days later the lashes have nearly all gone. I have had my lashes on for the last 8 years, I have not ever had them just ‘fall off’. Very very disappointed in the lash job Lita did and they were horrendously expensive. There will be better places for lashes I would avoid this business. As a beauty business owner for 35 years I would never ever have permitted my staff to do such a dreadful job of lashes on a client.

Love this place. It's a clean, bright and quiet oasis in the busy mall. Staff are always super friendly, helpful and professional. Sheila does the best eyebrow treatments I've ever had, I happily go out of my way to come here.

Alice has absolutely saved my nails, I highly recommend you book with her for any nail service! I had a BIAB manicure to keep my nails strong as I grow them back out. I came to Alice after a bad manicure elsewhere with thick, uneven, poorly shaped nails and she knew just what to do to make sure I left with beautiful, elegant and natural looking nails. The cuticle work is so neat, I had one broken nail that needed an extension which is completely undetectable and the shape of my nails is perfect, just what I wanted. She was really meticulous with her work to make sure my nails turned out perfect.

Hassle free and staff were all very friendly. Kim did a phenomenal job my Bob hair and undercut. She's professional, friendly and accommodating. She'll check with you on your style and your comfort. My sister and I stopped in while shopping at the mall. We did not have an appointment but the staff rearranged the schedule so that we could get our massage with different providers at the same time. Both of us had an amazing experience. Carolina and Nguyen were attentive and caring. Feeling relaxed and pampered ☺️

Despite the fact that I moved houses and I live relatively far from Dubai Mall now, till this day I frequently visit Sisters branch in Dubai Mall due to the excellent service I receive there. Kalpana, who I consistently return to for waxing, is a great professional. Her attention to detail, very friendly attitude and work experience, make me feel at home at every visit. Fari - whom I trust with my nails, has always positive attitude and I truly trust her recommendations - she's not afraid to use her knowledge to recommend certain directions - Fari guided me many times in terms of what treatment my nails need and what kind of manicure I should go for. I have a strong belief that every time I visit, I am in safe hands. The salon itself is modern, clean and is equipped with good facilities. I can enjoy my favorite cup of green tea while my nails are being done. I have visited 4 different Sisters branches so far and despite of the consistency of service provided, Dubai Mall branch is still my favorite, probably because of the staff factor.
