I was admitted this hospital few month ago. I was satisfied . The service is at a high level. Competent and attentive staff. The procedures are performed professionally and accurately. I got answers to all my questions. My health has become much better. There were only positive emotions from visiting this clinic!

Visited this clinic with an appeal for examination due to my ailments. The clinic itself impressed, beautiful entrance group, noticeable reception, friendly staff and modern equipment. I had the pleasure of being treated by Dr. Nawfal when I recently broke my knee cap and needed surgery. From the moment I met him in pain with my broke knee, I knew I was in good hands. Dr. Nawfal provided me with the best possible advice and guided me through the entire process with care and professionalism. He treated me like family and ensured that I was comfortable and informed at all times. The surgery performed by Dr. Nawfal was textbook and I couldn't be happier with the results. I'd also like to thank Anaesthesiologist Dr. Sudhakar for making sure I was comfortable before and during the surgery and all the assisting staff. Two stars only for the nice staff. But seriously so slow and unorganized place. I made an appointment at 2 pm and once arrived 20 min in advance they informed me that they were about to call me that doctor going to be on meeting from 2-3 pm. Why is hospital organizing meetings when there is already appointment. Luckily doctor was nice enough to meet me. After consultations I was asked to take a sit. I was sitting for almost 30 min and when I approached reception to check on what am I waiting for, I found out that nurse didn’t inform to reception that consultation is done. In front of me without giving me my id, receptionist started to give training on how to deal with to all nurses. I was just standing and waiting for my id and listening to this non-sense. After that, in pharmacy there were no even one agent on counter and they started to request for medicine approval only after I requested. Several times I visited Saudi German Hospital and it was never the case to wait for medicine approval for such long time. From positive note, every person who attended me was extremely nice and approachable. However extremely slow and couldn’t give me any reasonable answer.

I’ve done a filling on my left broken front tooth to replace the old one and did a terrible job ! It seemed like it was done in a hurry with no proper investigation/consultation that they have charged me for. It was uneven, not polished, very rough, i looked like a bunny ! So I had to get it redone to a much better experienced dentist and pay again. It’s a shame that NMC have such poor quality of dentists !

Very bad service: waited 1:50-2:30minutes and the staff never came and told me why I was waiting. The staff let multiple patients go in front of me. Very in professional. Will never come back

Great clinic! Polite, helpful staff, reasonable prices. I did a gastroscopy. The procedure itself is not pleasant, but the doctor did everything very carefully, told and gave advice. I liked everything very much, there are no disadvantages.

Had visited the hospital with a colleague of mine who had some psychiatric issue and was under Dr. Sreeram’s treatment. Within a week he was cured and his mental condition was back to normal. My actual name is Balachandran rajagopal and I got wonderful experiences with full satisfaction as a Patient in this hospital. The entire space inside the hospital is huge for their patients to gather all the right information what they want and treatment as they need. The room provided for every patients are big and with enough facilities. The Spine specialist Mr.Vijayanth Kanagaraju was phenomenal and awesome doctor I've ever seen in terms of the bonding that he maintains with all his patients and he also made sure whether his patients are getting right treatment at the right time. Kudos to him. The nurses, housekeeping & f&b staffs all who are working in third floor of the hospital was extravaganza. Last but not least the physiotherapist Princess Mona, I must give her special appreciation for her amazing bonding with her patients and handling them with very kind approach and the treatment she offered was also phenomenal. Overall, the hospital itself excellent in all every aspect and kudos to the entire crew n team of the hospital. Wishing you all to maintain the same in the future as well.

The poorest service i ever experienced in my whole life. Need appointment?? I try almost 10times to call and always all saff is busy now 0/10 no one answer. If you go walk in ,wait for 5hrs. Im very sorry to one indian guy there he is there since 9am until 1pm he didnt register yet and he know he is waiting 3hrs even it almost 4hrs already. Your indian male reception is burden only check your cctv 9am to 1pm 11Dec2021.

First of all, I want to thank the clinic staff for their attention, patience and punctuality at the reception. They whitened my teeth, the result is good. There was a tooth infection. Thanks to the doctor, the pain went away. Once again, thank you and I advise everyone to visit the center.
