They’re very attentive, very helpful, Beth was doing a deep cleaning for me and I was just laying there thinking to myself, I’m going to rate these guys 5 stars. I just felt the plaque coming off my teeth and my teeth felt so much cleaner. She was also very reassuring and informative to make you feel additionally comfortable.

Had my root canal done here and through the entire process it was smooth sailing!!! The ENTIRE staff makes you feel so comfortable. They will even play the music of your choice. The rooms feel like your own high-end suite as well. Great outcome and very relaxing!!!

My daughter and I were both anxious as we entered the office. We were impressed by the facility. Maria, front desk receptionist, greeted us was a warm smile. As we sat in the lobby, a patient leaving noticed us and stopped to say that we would love Dr. Shah and team. Ms. Beth, Anyu, and Nicky were AMAZING. Explaining next steps of the care with patience and compassion. My daughter wisdom teeth extractions were done same day with minimal to no pain. Dr. Shah’s instantly put us at ease. All in all, this was EXCELLENT experience. We now have a new dental office!

I was very impressed with the quality of service I received during my visit. All of the staff members were very friendly and welcoming. The dental assistant, Dayanni, was very kind and made it a point to keep asking if I was doing okay. She seemed like she genuinely cared if I was comfortable or not. Dr. Shah was able to treat me the same day as the examination. My old dentist’s office always had me go back multiple times for basic procedures. Dr. Shah also went out of his way to adjust the work of my old dentist. I am definitely bringing my business to this office in the future. I felt valued as a paying customer. All my concerns and needs were met in just one visit.

My 4 year old son had to get a filling and the Doctor and nurses were so patient and kind. They explained everything to my child in detail and anytime he felt scared they would take a step back and let him get his bearings, once my son felt comfortable again they would go back to work. They never once forced my son to do anything that made him scared and always made sure he felt safe. I love this dentist office and I will never go anywhere else. The doctor and his staff are all incredible people.

This is the best dental office in Jacksonville Fl everyone one is so professional and kind, you feel like they really care. Dr. Shah is very informative and caring he really explains everything so you understand. Mrs. Beth the hygienist is amazing she is very sweet, Ms Dayami the assistant is funny and kind also, Ms Nicky the lead assistant is also amazing she keeps you calm and has a great since of humor. You m telling everyone about this office I would recommend to anyone is is afraid of the dentist. I love this place.

The office staff is amazing. Maria is the first person I talked to. She answered the phone when I called and walked me through the entire process of scheduling an appointment for my boyfriend. She then called back to confirm insurance. We spoke multiple times due to my boyfriends hectic work schedule and she found us an after hours appointment for the next day! Our next interaction was with Nicky. She was amazing and literally held his hand through the whole procedure. She made sure he was comfortable and did everything she could to keep his anxiety down and to make sure his voice was heard. The patience advocacy was phenomenal! Then we met Sierra. She was kind, knowledge, and compassionate. She explained the billing side and made the payment process as painless as possible. And lastly doctor Shah, the most amazing and brilliant doctor I've ever met. He is the reason my boyfriend and I will be life long patients. I hope he received an abundance of blessings and favor in this life. He deserves it! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

A coworker recommended for me to come to this office and I’m so happy she did! I got an exam and cleaning done today and I was super nervous, but Ciara, Nicky, Maria and Dr. Shah were amazing and super friendly. Today was by far the best experience at a dentist I’ve ever had! I woke up with an abscess and had to get two teeth extracted. The dentist office I used to go to didn’t do emergencies so I went to google. I was so scared because I’ve never had any extraction before. After reading the reviews I chose 904Dental and I’m so glad I did. The staff was absolutely amazing! Dr. Shah is amazing! He eased my fears and made me feel comfortable. Not to mention my appointment was at 10:00am, I was out of there by 11:00am! I have officially switched to 904Dental.

I have found my most favorite dentist office! I had an emergency dental issue and they were able to see me right away. The staff at the front desk was very friendly and professional. Dr. Shah did a full evaluation and came up with a treatment plan. He fully explained everything to me. He answered all of my questions and I never felt rushed. He performed the necessary treatment that same day. Everything went as he described. Ciara, the treatment coordinator, was very helpful dealing with insurance company. She explained my costs with cheerful smile. There were no financial surprises. Nicky, Dr. Shah's lead dental assistant, actually made the experience much easier for me. She made a difficult situation better by calming my nerves with her humor and kindness. When I followed up a week later, I had a similar experience with Dr. Shah and his staff. I highly recommend 904 Dental!

Everyone is very nice. Beth cleaned my teeth and was very thorough and made sure I understood what was going on with my teeth and was very gentle and caring. Came back a couple days later to get fillings And Dr. Shah was also very nice and knew I was nervous and did everything he could to make me feel comfortable. Honestly, I have never been more impressed with a dentist before. I used to be horribly anxious about my appointments and go home feeling horrible. Ever since I came in for a one off visit to get a crown I haven’t wanted to go anywhere else. My family has even commented on how relaxed I am after leaving. I can’t thank this wonderful team enough. Just got two fillings and I’m in disbelief at how quick, painless, and easy Dr. Shah made it seem. Actually in disbelief.

I went in to get a tooth removed because I was in severe pain and the whole service was excellent. Dayami was really nice, always checking up on me and making sure I was okay because I was in pain and not in a good mood due to that pain. Dr Shah, Dayami, Nicky, & Paola were awesome. I left feeling like a whole new person because I was painless.That tooth was the devil. I HIGHLY recommend this dentist to everyone!

THE ABSOLUTE BEST DENTAL OFFICE I’VE EVER BEEN TO!!!! From the moment you walk in and are greeted by Ciara and Maria you can instantly feel the good energy and sense of family from the staff. Dr. Shah was amazing and made me feel so incredibly comfortable. He explained everything step by step. Nicky was such a good time at my follow up and also explained everything in detail (and yes, I got my brown purse)!!!!! And lastly, Sweet Anyu!!!! I honestly have no words for how wonderful she is. I was a big cry baby at my first appointment and when I say it was like having my favorite Tia there with me I’m not exaggerating! If she wasn’t hold my hand she was hugging me. I absolutely adore her and everyone at this location! Thank you guys so much for all that you do!

Absolutely amazing experience! Would recommend to anyone looking for a dentist went in to get a tooth pulled and the whole experience was just awesome they listened and helped me feel as comfortable as possible.

I must say my experience with something I was not expecting. I have had some very bad experience with other dentists, but not this time. The environment is very nice and clean. The staff was great extremely professional. I was a ball of nerves at first, but that didn’t last long Doctor. Shah was top notch. I will say that was the best dental experience I have had I have another appointment set and ready to go highly recommend it.
