The staff at Olde City Jewelry & Pawn are nothing short of amazing! I, unfortunately, had to pawn two rings that are very special to me last May. I walked into this establishment because it was conveniently close to my home. They were respectful, gave me a very fair price and worked with me on payments so my loan wouldn't default. I am happy to report that I brought them home a couple of weeks ago! I know it wouldn't have been possible without Steve and his staff. I am forever in their debt. Steve made this set of rings for me. Certified diamond large 1.90 marquise diamond with vs1 bags in bands. I get so many compliments on these sparklers!! Pricing was a 10th of appraisal. You cant ask for nicer people. They treat you like family. Always remember details and give you family like chat. Service is like no OTHER. They nack their work and still go beyond sale to keep you smiling. We drive 2 hours just to buy from them. I will never shop another. Actually Im getting diamond ear rings from them. Please dont waste your time on mall or chain jewelers. As a GIA certified jeweler this store impresses me. Go to where you are appreciated go to Olde City....you will be so glad you did!

Best pawnshop experience I have ever had, felt welcomed from all the staff. I wasn’t thinking on purchasing, end up with a great deal on an AR-15. Which I couldn’t resist. The two gentlemen that help me with the purchase went out of theirs way to makes sure that I left with a smile. I usually don’t leave review, but because of the exceptional service that I received from Olde City Jewelry & Pawn, I have too. I’m glad that I visit them today on our way to dinner. This is the best pawn shop in St Augustine! They have a huge store with plenty of room to really see everything without being crammed into a small space like most pawn shops in the area. Their jewelry selection is diverse and they always have interesting and intricate pieces. The employees are always so friendly and helpful. We love them!
