Refusing to treat me based on my skin color. Also refuse to refund my money. Do not sign their contract they will rip you off. These places are independent franchises and the owners absolutely do not care about good business practices and act in bad faith. These nurse practitioners think they’re gods. I will be claiming malpractice in my lawsuit. There was no other practical metric used other than the nurse practitioners personal opinion. Condescending, arrogant and very unprofessional thieves. They tell you anything you want to hear upfront to get you to sign a contract and pay in full and then it’s up to the nurse practitioner whether you get treatment or not. If it’s their “opinion” that your skin is too dark they refuse treatment and also refuse to refund any money. It’s a complete scam to rip people off. They sell treatments that they never intend to perform. Malpractice, breech of contract, theft and discrimination. They have no foundational basis for skin color. There is no chart for comparison no benchmark whatsoever. Just one person’s opinion. Do not sign a contract with one of these places. It has happened to me with two different hair removal companies. They all run the same scam……Update……I have found a different laser therapy provider (nurse practitioner with 20 years of laser therapy experience) who has explained to me that there is no such thing as “too dark” or “too tanned” for laser therapy. So either Ideal Image is completely incompetent and incapable of providing the service I paid for or they are lying and scamming people. I think it’s the later. I’m going to find out.

I visited this company in St. Augustine FL. After listening to what to expect from the service I was presuing, I was all excited. In the end, I didn't get any results from the procedure. Got in touch with company and was lied to, about seeing what they could do for me. All contact deceased. I was explained about contact as I was signing. Everything wasn't explained. I don't know if it was deceit or forgotten.. I've called several times and emailed business. I've tried to get the head company and was refused that information. I paid $2400, for nothing. I only found that I couldn't use until one one the the people that checked me in, spoke real low, that I couldn't use. Why would I want to sue, if I knew that I was going to get something for $2400. Please read all the fine print, before signing anything.This really has had me stressed out, because I lost my money. Company in St. This same person that checked me in, told me that she'd mailed me personal information that I asked for. That's been 2 months or more, ago. I decided to get information from office, that's when she told me the second time that she mailed the information. So lying is all I received for the money I paid. I'm in the process of asking for a refund, which I later read in contact that fees aren't refundable, something else that wasn't told to me. I do blame myself now, for believing in this service. I also was told that all I had to do was drink plenty of water. Since reading contact, I see , exercise, which I'm very active. This might work for some people, but not me.

Exceptional experiences at the Saint Augustine location for laser hair removal. Professional, friendly team, and impressive results. Highly recommend for effective and comfortable hair removal treatments. I waited to review until all my treatments actually ended so I could leave an honest start to finish review. Hair today, can actually be gone tomorrow. 10/10 would shed again!

I can’t recommend Ideal Image St. Augustine enough! A friend encouraged me to look into their laser services after I complained about the irritation of shaving. If you have thick, dark body hair, this service is LIFE CHANGING! The girls at Ideal Image are great and make sure that you’re comfortable during treatments and explain to you what they’re doing with every step. I have completed my laser appointments for “down there” and I have a few more sessions for my legs and armpits. I couldn’t be more pleased with the results. Kelsey has been my nurse practitioner for most of my appointments and she’s the best! We have fun conversations that make the appointment fly by. Sessions are generally super quick and fit into my busy schedule well, and the payment plans available are so helpful. All in all, if you’re thinking of getting laser, do it here!

Kelsey at Ideal Image was fabulous! I was super nervous to get Botox for the first time and she dispelled all my fears. She gave me the results I wanted and it didn’t even hurt. Kelsey told me step by step what to expect and checked up on me every few days to make sure everything was fine. The office was clean and friendly and I couldn’t recommend them more!
