Went for a quick lunch during peak football hours on a Sunday. The service was good and the girls on duty were very attentive and got our order in fast. The food came out and was great. My burger was cooked how I asked and additional things I added were precise. They have projectors for games, pool tables and other games also!

After living on the south side for a decade, I enjoyed coming to Tailgate for wings, drinks and sporting events on TV. Tonight, I walked in, sat at the bar, and was completely ignored. As one bartender left at the end of her shift, the remaining bartender made eye contact with me but did not speak nor greet me. She intentionally decided not to take my drink order nor find someone else to do so. Finally, regular customers were served their drinks and she interacted with them in a positive manner. I feel disrespected and I will let everyone I know who visits that place to try the countless other places in Savannah that serve alcohol and chicken to spend their time and money elsewhere. Tailgate is not what it use to be.

The food and drinks were excellent. Everything came out quickly, and service was top-notch. We enjoyed everything about Tailgate.

Went there on Christmas because fortunately they were open. I ordered a beer and Philly cheese with fries, got another one for my pops, and some wings. I used to goto Tailgate a lot in happier times, and I'm glad to say it's still awesome. The bar staff were attentive and fun, and the kitchen puts out amazing food consistently. Place is clean, crowd is USUALLY really chill (well idk it's been a long time since I regularly visited) and fortunately since it was Christmas it was small crowd and tight knit so no drama.

Service is terrible. Walked in and never got our drink order. The second person who came over asked my husband what he wanted while she was on her phone. He stopped talked so she could finish whatever it was she was doing but she continued on her phone. I told her I had already ordered mine and she proceeded to tell me, well she’s busy I’m sure she’ll get to it. We felt like we were bothering them by being there. Finally, after continuing to wait on our drinks and never receiving them, we just left. It seems to me like when you have three employees walking around behind the bar, on a college football game day and only one appears to be working, maybe you should hire new or even more people. I understand people are busy but we watched her take other people’s orders and take them out while we were still waiting on ours.

Good vibe and great service. Pizza tasted frozen. Jamaica wings, ordered naked and dry. Got home to find them covered in what tasted like soy sauce and liquid smoke. About a half cup of liquid on 8 wings. I would go back for drinks and atmosphere, not wings and pizza.

my friend came down from Virginia, we had a nice time just enjoying each other's company, my first time here, the staff was VERY FRIENDLY AND ATTENTIVE, and it wasn't just one server that checked on us, I'll go back the next time he's in town, he's a total vegetarian, so he had grilled cheese and tots, fries, I ate wings which were delicious 😋

Best Greek salad! Always great portions for good price. I get hot and ready pickup orders all the time. A very well run kitchen and front of house staff are very nice and helpful even when it gets busy. We love to come here and see Jaci:)

My first visit to Tailgate and the wings did not disappoint. The lemon pepper, their version is "dry & naked", was definitely on point, fresh, hot and a good size. (Their wings are available "naked" or breaded, with a list of flavors for each type available - a nice touch that can satisfy most people's tastes.) I ordered 8 wings, which came out with a side of tots done with chili and cheese. Unfortunately, the side dish was not up to par, arriving at the table only warm and quickly became colder at the table. The service started well, as we were greeted quickly and our order taken with the initial drink order delivered promptly. However, towards the end of our visit our waitperson was absent for way too long and after a 20 minute wait for the check we wondered if we might have to go find some help. Not good, since that also meant drink refills didn't happen.

This picture is the after math of another great night. This bar is second to none. The chicken taste like it was blessed by some sort of minister. This is really crazy . If I was on death row, with one last meal, It would be Tailgate 16 pc breaded, plain, sauce on side. Shout out to Taylor, Amazing service. Coming back again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and again, and some more, and again, and some more , and again. Cause Yes, tailgate for president. On the dead homies .

Didn't have food but the beers were good. Bartenders very friendly and quick to serve. Even shared part of my beer with one! Cool local spot in the area. Would recommend checking it out

Service was great. Very friendly and good sense of humor. Food was was great. So far we have had the pizza dilla. Amazing. With no sauce it is still moist and amazing. The garlic cheeses curds are so juicy. We have tried the wings and not impressed.

Went to watch a football game Tuesday afternoon. Not many people in at the time. Had lunch and a couple of beers. Our 1st server was Jaci. She was very attentive and we didn't have to wait long for our beers and food. I got the Cuban sandwich with a side salad. It was so good. Our 2nd server, Caitlyn, came on right before we left. She was attentive as well.

I was very impressed. I love small businesses. They usually have the best food and service. I also really like their setup. It's nice to have games to play in a bar. My customers talked this place up and I'm glad I tried it. The honey BBQ wings are delicious and hit the spot. Thank you. The bar tender was awesome.

Food and drinks are always great. I usually get the wings or burger, but last time I tried the grilled chicken wrap with a side salad. I got it with spicy ranch instead of regular and it was delicious!

Food and drinks were very good. Service was excellent considering they only had 1 person as bartender and server on a Monday night football night. (That ding is on management; the server had a big crowd and never slowed down.)

Food is decent, wings are excellent, but are on the tiny side. Typical bar with darts, pool tables and a couple games and 20 TV's playing all the games of the day. Crowd is varied. Its one of few places that charge you a non cash fee to cover the cost of credit machine transactions. So, that's a little petty as I have not seen that before. A little squirrly to be honest. Decent little hangout.

Have always had a great time here... been a while since I've been. Met up with a buddy and had a good time staff is on point the girls are making the rounds behind the bar and the tables to get you what you need. Wings were delicious drinks were good.

This is a fun bar. The staff were friendly and efficient. We met a couple from Australia that were awesome! In fact most of the people were awesome. Had a great time there and will miss this place. It felt like a home bar immediately.

Tailgate is the best sports bar in Savannah. Amazing food with TVs on every wall. Excellent customer service from the staff. Bonus points for supporting the local Army Ranger Battalion with decor and a memorial. They even have pool and slots for added entertainment. I’ve been for dinner while watching the game and late night for drinks and pool, great atmosphere at all times. If you check it out you have to try the Burger en Fuego, one of the best burgers I’ve ever had. Wish I could give more stars here.
