Was doing a trans am bicycle tour and had reservations for a 2 day weekend stay. When we first got there the security guard tried to run us off . Then when we got to the desk to check in the young lady at the desk had enough nerve to ask me if I could afford to stay there. I ask her why she would ask that and she said that since I could not afford a car that she wasn't sure if I understood what there rates were.. I had to explain to her that I was riding a custom built bike and if I had to guess it probably cost more than her car.

My company hosted an event here for a few days and it was absolutely fantastic. Of course, the location really makes it but the facility was nice and the service was out of this world. Honestly, I've never had better service at a hotel.

Had a wonderful weekend here. The rooms are beautiful and spacious and i especially like the window seat. The bathrooms are large and luxurious and stocked with amenities. Wonderful waterfront balcony where we enjoyed room service. Room service food was excellent as well as the staff providing it. Nice pool and hot tub.

I ate here with friends recently. The kitchen was out of several menu items. I got the chicken wings and French dip sliders. Both were underwhelming. Wings were small and over-fried. The French dip was lacking flavor, and the meat was dry. Additionally, the bread tasted old.

The Oasis has THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED IN MY LIFE. I have received better service at Walmart. All of the employees completely ignored us. It was a free for all for seating. No one told us to check in with the hostess cause they were all too busy not making eye contact with us. I had to call the front desk to get the manager (the suit) who then refused to let us order. We are spending $800 a night for a room. And this is the service they have. Will not be coming back here. Please. Plenty of other options to stay at on the beach.

It seems that every time we eat at the Lodge and Club the computer generated check always overcharges us. It happened again this past week. The overcharge came out to be in the neighborhood of 15%. If it was an isolated experience I certainly wouldn't be writing about it. We brought it to the attention of the waiter who had his manager correct it. If the check was hand calculated I probably wouldn't have thought much about it. But the computer is programed to put the cost of items onto the check. I hate being taken advantage of! Secondly, two days ago I ordered a drink from the bar. No big deal. Vodka, triple sec and lime juice. From the corner of my eye I saw the bartender pouring water into the drink. Is this the definition of a watered down drink? I think so. With an exploding population in the area, a wait list for membership, management is in my opinion really squeezing every dollar it can get. Shameful! Will I eat at the Lodge again? Probably not. Will I buy drinks at the Lodge? Probably not. Why am I still a member? Simple! Not many other options to consider and the buy in is not transferable. And then, if I really want to be picky.... the chairs at the trellis should have been replaced two years ago because they are saggy and worn out.

We’ve been in this area for 30 years & there’s nothing better than The Lodge & Club! So fabulous, & the restaurants & staff are all phenomenal! Joseph Bragg, food & beverage manager, is incredible & so welcoming in every single way! He’s so accommodating, beyond kind & so helpful & just a pleasure every time we see him! In addition, Ryan, membership director, is also amazing & helpful & always great seeing him as well! There are many clubs to belong to in the Ponte Vedra beach area, but nothing is more relaxing & inviting than The Lodge & Club⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Wonderful experience; everyone was polite and kind from the time of check-in up to room service. Our room overlooked the ocean and provided access to the beach and jacuzzi. Walking along the beach first thing in the morning was a fantastic experience; it was cool and revitalizing. Certainly made time for some contemplation and meditation in the early morning.

The Lodge was a wonderful experience. We are from Ohio and I could not think of a better place to stay when visiting Jacksonville. Natalie was very nice and accommodating. Spencer another associate was experienced and helpful. Everything about this resort was excellent. Highly recommend if I could give more stars I would. Thank you Lodge.

Excellent location with elite customer experience. We had a superior ocean view room, which was literally overlooking the beach just steps away. The general area was very quiet and upscale, yet just a short drive away from restaurants, grocery stores, and anything else you need up and down A1A. The dining on site was great, we loved the bar and grille area with its fireplace, food, and friendly atmosphere. The outdoor dining area was bustling during the day yet still good food and service, and it quiets down at night if you want to relax in the adult pool or hot tub area. There's also a family pool area that is bigger and great for kids. Our room was spacious and the bed was comfortable. Gift shop is small yet the quality of the products is exceptional, I bought a quarter zip and shirt that were very pricey yet ultra soft and high end. Worth it for sure. Finally, the staff goes above and beyond. The valets, front desk, food wait staff, bartenders, room service, cleaning staff...everyone was friendly, caring, and willing to do anything to make our stay warm and fun. We would go back here in a heartbeat. This was a great place to stay for a Jags game -- well away from the hustle and bustle of the city, and only a 15-20 minute drive from a shuttle bus stop to the game.

What a wonderful experience. Stayed here for a work function and was wowed. Every staff member was just incredible. 1 stood out he was very helpful and accommodating, took excellent care of us and went above and beyond. I’d like to thank him for his service . I was sure to get his name Jose Luis Contreras. Thanks again. We will be back.

An amazing place to stay while at ponte vedra. I was there for a golf tournament at tpc Sawgrass. My wife and 2 young kids came along. This place is great we stayed in the 1 bedroom suite. It has a small kitchen, bring your own paper plates and plastic utensils if you want. The room is large and nice. Great ocean view and steps to the beach. THE kids loved the splash pad and kids pool, even has a food/drink hut at the pool for Popsicles, food, and adult drinks :) it's a 6 minute drive to the course, 3 minute drive to publix. Great spot on the beach and close to golf. The service is top notch. Also the room service food is better than most of the local restaurants.

My girlfriend and I stayed here and loved it. The room was clean and nicely designed with a great tub, comfy bed, fireplace, and incredible view of the ocean. The room was better in person than in the hotel's pictures. We walked from our room to the beach in under a minute every morning and returned to a perfectly cleaned and organized room. Edward from room service was extremely kind, friendly, efficient, and delivered delicious breakfasts with a nice presentation. Room service even accommodated my girlfriend's request for a dairy free version of their tasty red potato breakfast dish. The room overlooked the pool, but it was sound proofed and quiet. The beach is absolutely loaded with shells, and people (including us) spent hours staring straight at the ground. We had a balcony with some of the funniest people watching that I have ever seen in my entire life. Rich people do the silliest things. Good luck prying yourself away from the beach, but there are many restaurants, grocery stores, and attractions nearby. Parking was a breeze. The bellman will take your bags to your room during check in, and you can valet or self-park in the hotel's amply sized lot, which is a 30 second walk from the front door. I'm not really a club kinda guy, but this place was surprisingly relaxed and very enjoyable. I never felt out of place. I can only imagine how far the stick would have to be up your butt to not enjoy your time at this place.

Went there for a wedding and reception. There are no clear directions for parking or once in building. Wedding area wasn’t well kept and detracted from the ceremony. The reception was poorly planned and executed especially with food service. THe food was good and the service was excellent except for whoever planned and managed the event (that’s why it’s a 3).

Not a big thing like the Inn and Club, but not something you have to share with hotel guests like Cabana. Not that there is anything wrong with those options if that's what you are into. The Lodge and Club is small and personal and the staff is great.

I have visited there twice in 2 months and will be visiting there again in the next 2 weeks. The rooms are roomy, comfortable and clean. The oceanview is amazing and to open the doors to the balcony and hear the ocean is so peaceful. The service wax excellent and the food was delicious. I enjoyed walking on the beach in the mornings and watching the beautiful sunsets!

I've been planning on making reservations at this hotel. I was in town and decided to drive by and just check it out. Mr. Jackson greeted me. (Front desk supervisor) He gave me brochures for the spa and hotel, and he gave me a full tour of the facility. He was fantastic and professional. He was thorough and told me all about the place. He showed me the pool area, dining area, room types, and views. He was very welcoming and knowledgeable. That kind of service makes all the difference in the hotel you choose to spend your 3-day weekend. I will definitely be staying here. It exceeded my expectations of class and quality. 💯

Luxury accommodations, quiet rooms, gas fireplace in the room, unobstructed beach view from the balcony; who could ask for anything more!! Room service was always quick, and they were very accommodating. All of the staff were friendly and helpful and made us feel like royalty. It was very clean, and the beds were comfortable as well. I am 5' 11", and the tub was glorious. Staying here for a getaway was the best decision my husband and I made.

Spent the week here. Beautiful place and great service! Absolutely fantastic. Family is a member here, and we spent some summer soaking up the rays and beverages and food!

Service was excellent! I proposed on the beach and they were accommodating for all my needs for that. Super appreciative for the staff who helped out with that, they were super friendly and supportive. The room service was also excellent and the breakfast was delicious. Will definitely stay there again

Great location. Great beach. Property is getting worn out. Attention to detail is lacking, Staff is so so. Needs an upgrade.

Embarrassing to see the staff calling the police on someone who is expressing such an important sentiment to take care of homeless Veterans. I hear thank you for your service thrown around, but when I comes to really caring places like this only care about how much money they can make and not giving back to the community. A man simply holding a sign on public property saying “God Bless The Homeless Vets” was threatened with the police because he was making guests feel uncomfortable boohoo. Imagine having such severe PTSD you can’t leave your house and because of that you loose your job and home. Those are the folks who need your support and help not disdain and the police. Shameful.

The lamb chops were good, served with broccoli and rice. The music was so loud you couldn't hear the person sitting next to you. I suggest turning that music down so people can also enjoy their outing. The location was good and the lounge had a good vibe but several people upstairs were discussing the music is too loud!

I cannot say enough good things to describe the awesome experience my wife and I recently had at The Lodge & Club but I will try... From the very beginning accommodations and service were way above 5 star. We travel a lot and seek out fine lodging and this is the best! I would like to personally thank Robert, Jackson & Ashley at front desk, John with housekeeping, and Christina, Joseph & Edward with F & B for making our anniversary trip the best experience ever. Thank you, thank you, thank you! We look forward to returning for another visit very soon! Jim & Jill Tomlinson
