South Beach Regional is a great shopping center with a variety of stores and restaurants. It's located at 3740-4194 3rd St S, Jacksonville Beach, FL 32250, USA. I've been there a few times, and I've always had a good experience. Here are some of the things I like about South Beach Regional: * There's a wide variety of stores to choose from, including clothing stores, home goods stores, and restaurants. * The shopping center is clean and well-maintained. * The staff at the stores and restaurants are friendly and helpful. * There's plenty of parking available. I went here for one thing and that was Almond Kringla coffee cakes. They are good.

Decent place, though older. Unfortunately, people tend to speed through the parking lots instead of observing the safety limits, wish there were more speed bumps throughout so it forced folks to do so. Relatively clean, nice shopping experience because Trader Joe's is there

Friendly staff, great prices on wine and eggs. A bit high on fruit and the organic peaches I bought on Friday were moldy by Sunday. The store was very busy, which is not my vibe, but I can't hold that against them!

As it always has been Trader Joe’s is full of unique product line, healthy product line and not overly expensive. Can’t say enough about the people that work there. They’re great help and they’re in a great spot. Thanks Joe.

Very relaxing. Somewhat crowded but that did not interfere with relaxation. Life guards were available at required intervals. I brought chair and large umbrella to stake in the sand.

My Husband went here an found great deals on items for grill,he said prices were reasonable

This is an older mall but appears to be well-maintained. It's quite a large area with many stores, some eateries, and other businesses. Large parking lot. I'm not sure if the area was technically two shopping centers with different names or just one. I was there to conduct business inside Staples.

Very nice Trader Joes, they are very busy at this location, occasionally high demand items are sold out (hash browns, freeze dried strawberries) but I usually find them on my next trip. The store has always been clean and the employees are friendly and helpful. Clean bathrooms too

Even when it's crowded it is always a fun place to shop. They have items not available elsewhere. Cool stuff! We always stop by when we're near the beach

Traders Joe's, Home Depot and the cat clinic are three of my destinations. There is also a bagel place, AT&T and assorted other stores. It's convenient for me and loads of free parking.

I love coming here for the best tamales with cheese and pepper slices, they have all kinds of cheeeses meet, this store never disapoints !

I love TJ's!!!! I do drive an hour to visit but it's worth it. Fruit is always fresh and lots of variety in special foods to pick from. The cashier is usually pleasant but not always. Now the employees around the store is a different story. They go above and beyond to help you in any way for any product. My only concern about this place is that as soon as I like a product it suddenly gets discontinued or production is stopped. For example, the pork belly! However, I still love TJ's ❤️

Went to A Cat Clinic at their Jacksonville Beach location. They were wonderful! Many thanks for seeing us on such short notice!❤️🐾❤️🐾

I love Trader Joe's! Any time that I travel, I look for one to see if the quality and Customer Care are the same. The worst Trader Joe's is the one on Flamingo in MIAMI. UGH.

I go here mostly for Trader Joe's. However Home Depot is here, a great bagel place, Bsd Bath & Beuknd and other locations.

So clean great variety of stuff. But I took off a star because only one associate in the store was talkative to the customers and the others seemed they didn't want to be there. I would go back because of that one associate her energy was lifting. I feel she will be a better fit for the trader Joe's near Beach Blvd because they are all energetic energy. BTW that one is my favorite. Everyone there is smiling happy and looks and feel more than shopping you are leaving with a smile. Happiness keeps you alive longer.

Went to Massage Envy..It was one of best experiences.Such Friendly helpful staff,clean ,and I felt like a million dollars after my massage..Ask for Tiffany..She's great

Actually only visited Home Depot, but considerable variety of stores/shops including Staples, Ross. Bed, Bath and Beyond, Outback Steakhouse, Five Below, and Lens Crafters to name a few.

Interesting shops, great local & had Bed Bath & Beyond that wasn't closing. Nice variety of restaurants too.

Love the selection at Trader Joe's and stop by frequently to see what seasonal items are in stock.

Pizza was delicious! It's a sports bar so games on TVs were loud and made it difficult to hear one another. Totally understandable. Waitress was friendly and helpful.

I come here strictly to shop at Trader Joe's. It's a little out of the way for me but the store is so well worth it. It appears to be a really large well-kept area.

Trader Joe's has so many great items but the dried fruit options are my fav!

My first experience at Trader Joe's. I loved it. The staff was so friendly and helpful. When I commented to the manager, I mentioned it reminded me of an Aldi's. He quipped back, "and our cashiers speak to you" !! Lol
