T was our server... She was booked up, but took us anyways! We had a good laugh or two! Her drink suggestions were very good! I got the blueberry lemonade with lavender and substituted with tequila which was excellent!! My partner and I enjoyed the ambience of the atmosphere and Especially our blooming onion! We had a great time and service was perfect. I had the smoked porterhouse which was delicious but to thin. Nothing like the picture. The Mrs had the ribeye and coconut shrimp and she enjoyed her meal. The star of the show and I hate to admit it was the chili. Was a perfect concoction and the meat was tender and the seasoning was great. I only got a cup and should have gotten the bowl.

Took forever to be seated, order drinks, appetizers, and dinner. Appetizers came out a little over cooked, steaks (med and med well) overcooked and burnt, old baked potatoes, dessert was warm not cold! Husbands birthday dinner awful. Never will return

Strange Outback! Friday night & NO wait time for table! I've never been in an Outback on a Friday or Saturday night without a wait time! Parking IS Limited (but I found a spot across from handicap ramp) but big shopping center lot right across street, so?? New? Strange location? No idea!! BUT: Service wasn't the fastest after being seated, but as soon as I ordered, things arrived quickly. Food was served hot! Was Outback tasty! The portion was nice sized. Waitress recognized Military ID, got my 10% discount. Gave me second drink in travel cup which was nice. I do not understand why this place isn't packed!!! Glad it wasn't, I was seated immediately & food was great!

I went here with my wife on Veteran’s day and they gave us a free bloomin’ onion. It was really good. We got some steak and it didn’t even need sauce, it was already very good and it was perfectly cooked as you can tell by the picture. 10 stars!

I haven’t been to this outback location for lunch ever and today was my first time giving it a try. We decided several weeks ago to start hitting as many restaurants as possible for lunch to expand our list of “Go To”places. So we popped in about 1110 in the morning and were the first ones through the door and were quickly seated in the bar at an elevated booth which was perfect for the two of us. A very nice young man quickly brought us iced tea and offered us a loaf of bread which we declined, trying to watch the calories but I’m sure it would’ve been excellent Here’s the kicker in this review, all of us agree that you can’t drive through anywhere in most towns and get out for less than 10 or $11 So our goal was to hit as many restaurants as we could and enjoy the lunch menu for somewhere around 9.99 or 10.99 So far we have had great success. Bridget is a hamburger connoisseur and quickly settled in on it. Well done. I did the unlimited soup and salad with Tasmanian chili as the soup and a wedge salad, which was off the chain wonderful.. I was warned that the chili was spicy. I would call it about a 6 1/2 or 7 on my scale, and it was advertised to be steak and beans mostly steak and it was extremely hearty. The service was excellent and lunch was way better than driving through and having somebody pass you hamburger through the window and there’s no way I could’ve ever gotten a 9.99 soup and salad through any drive-through chain and Jacksonville. Definitely worth trying if you have the time for lunch BTW - the soup and salad portions were so generous to begin with. I never even thought about going back for seconds. I’m sure we’ll be trying dinner there soon

The last two times I have been to an Outback Steakhouse I have been hopeful. Unfortunately, it didn't live up to what I remember. The flavor of the food was just okay, nothing special. My wife got the bone in steak and it tasted off. I got the new chicken sandwich. It was good but nothing special, I would say it was equal to a fast food restaurant chicken sandwich. The staff was great though, very welcoming and friendly.

I love this place. Eddy is awesome. His service is on the mark! Every time I walk in, Eddy calls me by name and has great conversation. The food is great, the price is fair and Outback can use more Team Members like Eddy. You'll find him in the bar area most nights! When you need a great overall experience, Outback in Jax Beach is defiantly on my go to list!

If I could give this restaurant zero stars I would. My husband and I came here on the sixth. To start, our waitress was awful. In the middle of introducing herself, she picked up her tip from the table behind us and started counting it. As we ordered, she did not acknowledge that we were ordering. We had to ask her if she got what we said. When I asked where the sides were, she sarcastically said “on the menu”. Yes OF COURSE they’re on the menu. In the middle of us ordering our food, she turned away from the table a second time to talk to another table. Once we ordered, we waited about 45 minutes before asking about our food. We noticed that people that walked in with us had already eaten and left. She proceeded to take 10 minutes to “check” on our food in the back. Once she can back out, she told us that the were on the “new system” and the “system was down”. How was the system down when others around us were getting their food? Why did she not alert us earlier if the system was down? Would the grills stop working if the system was down? She blatantly lied about forgetting our order. I don’t mind being patient for our food. I don’t appreciate being lied to. She did not comp our meal or even apologize. We ended up waiting an hour and a half for our food. We are extremely disappointed with our experience.

This particular location is exceptional in food quality and service in comparison to other locations throughout Jacksonville. Everyone here, staff wise, is very friendly and if you've been there once they remember who you are and are quick to ensuring your needs are taken care of! I have ordered take out a few times here and Christian has always been on top of it when it comes to making sure my order is taken care of and organized in a timely manner! And Brittany has always made sure to take care of me when I come in too! I will continue to order from this location and come in when I can as often as I can! Thank you outback staff for being the people that you are!

If I could give a -5 I would. We have been coming here for several years. Tonight worst service ever. We’re not even busy and plenty of servers. Either need to pay people more Money to work or give them better training. Horrible excuse for an Outback!

Loved the perfectly grilled salmon! Everything came out timely and tasted great. Our server, Sande, took great care of us. She was amazing and so personable! Will definitely be coming back.

A very sub-par Outback experience. The bar was littered with dirty dishes which continued to sit on the bar for the duration of our time in the restaurant. We watched as several young workers gathered in the 4 booths behind the hostess stand avoiding all work while the bartender had 80% of the customers and very little assistance.the manager on duty clearly does not have control of this situation. Very sad experience.

Steak was flavorless and wasn't even warm Bread was not even fresh Disappointed

Very disappointed. Burger was over-seasoned. Sent it back. Replacement was undercooked. Other 3 at my table were also disappointed with the food quality. Took a while for food to come even though restaurant was pretty empty (I see why now). Blooming Onion way overcooked.

Went in Friday at 3:30. Only a few other tables sat in the entire restaurant. Waited a little over 10 minutes for a server to no avail. Decided to try the bar, which was also empty. Didn't see any semblance of a bartender, so we decided to leave.

Went lunchtime Monday 2/19/2024. Absolutely little to no service. Our party of 4 left and went to Chili’s next door after no service and gal complaining about having to do everything (shorthanded?). No greeting when we arrived for five minutes, no-one at station. Total negative feel so we moved on - figured it wasn’t going to turn out good.

Kim was an amazing server and made our lunch absolutely enjoyable!! She has amazing energy and is a great conversationalist, and took it from just a meal to a fun and wonderful experience!! Will be coming back and ask for her, she deserved a great tip and anyone who has been served by her would agree! 11/10 service!

We got the slow-roasted prime with with mashed potatoes and French onion soup, and Ribeye and choice shrimp with mashed potatoes and Mac and cheese. The Mac and cheese was so cheesy and the Ribeye was one of the most juicy best tasting steaks I've ever tasted. The slow-roasted prime was good, different, but good. The French onion soup was also really good. The mashed potatoes would have to be the least liked item we ordered. It was very bland and didnt come with butter either. You have to add a decent bit of salt (i think they forgot to salt it when mashing) and use the butter that comes with the complimentary bread to make it good. Overall great experience! Staff was friendly and I had a great time.

Had not been Outback in several years and was giving it a try with my 93 year old mother- she fell and they were amazing in helping her and assisting her up - Darian and the entire staff was compassionate and kind and we ended up having a wonderful dinner The young boy who helped my mother after her fall refused a tip for helping her - we are so grateful she was fine and it was a fun experience Shout out to Manager Ryan Newman !! And entire staff

Went for an anniversary dinner on 11/21/23. Had a reservation and they didn't check us is. Our server wasn't every attentive to us or anyone. 45 minutes later our meal arrives cold and over seasoned. We returned the steaks and paid for the appetizers. This is one location I won't be back at

Kim was our server and she is beyond amazing. My family and I love her. Her personality is everything. She has never failed to make our traditional nights out to eat amazing. She always knows how to make us laugh and have the best time!!

One of my favorite dining spots when I visit the area for a concert! Interior is clean & comfy. Staff is friendly and professional. Food is fresh and great tasting. This was my first time eating at Outback and I was very impressed. The food was delicious. Best steak I've ever had. Our waitress was wonderful. People that work there were making sure everyone was comfortable and happy with their food and drinks. Awesome place. Love going there every time I'm up that way.

I recently had the pleasure of dining at this Outback and I have to say, it was a truly outstanding experience! To start, the blooming onion was simply divine. It was crispy, flavorful, and oh-so-delicious. But what really made this dish special were the three unique elements that set it apart. Firstly, the batter was expertly seasoned, adding the perfect amount of flavor to every bite. Secondly, the onion was cooked to perfection, giving it a delightful texture that was both crunchy and tender. Finally, the accompanying dipping sauce was the cherry on top, adding just the right amount of tanginess to the dish. But the real stars of the show were our servers, Dani and Kim. Dani was our food runner and she was a true professional, always making sure our table was well-stocked and our drinks were filled. Update: And the response is a lame attempt to do nothing. Not even an apology. Wow! We had dinner there last night (6-28). Service by Danni was okay. We ordered appetizers. Before they arrived out soups and salads were delivered and no bread. We had to end up asking for bread. One of the appetizers was the bloomin' onion. It was burnt to the point that it was bitter. Then our dinners started arriving. My husband's coconut shrimp was overcooked and burnt. We alerted Danni to both the onion and the shrimp. She told her manager and said the manager would be there to talk to us. The manager never took the time out to come to our table or to comp our bill. The chef brought a new batch of shrimp out. At least he made good on the shrimp. We quit going to the Outback at Queen's Harbor and now it looks like this will stop us from coming back to this location.

I had such an amazing take out experience. Christian and the take out curbside team went above and beyond to provide amazing service. They got me extra peppercorn sauce last minute and my two ribeyes were out of this world. They are always so fast and attentive!

An incredible experience made even better by our server and food runner, Kim and Danni were incredible! Gave us amazing service. Anyone who gets service from either should be ecstatic. Ordered a bloomin onion. Will be coming again soon!

I came in not to long ago with my family and we had Sande as a server. She made sure our whole experience was great and that we had what we needed the entire time. Super friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. The food tasted amazing, she recommended the Alice springs chicken! It was amazing! We will be back!

Ate here last Wednesday just after getting out of the hospital and Trinity was our server...she did a fabulous job. All of the staff was very attentive, food was cooked properly and on time. I really enjoy a steak and baked potato from Outback!

This has been one of the best experiences my husband and I have ever had in an Outback restaurant. Thank you to Kim, Winter and the manager Le Roy and the chef (superb flavor and presentation)! Kim is amazing always attentive! She always made sure we had refills and made great suggestions on meals and desserts. She never stopped smiling! Winter always made sure our order came to our table as soon as it was prepared. Always accommodating to our requests and very nice! The manager Le Roy came to our table and checked in on us. He is very nice and we wanted to make sure and tell him that the crew was fantastic and compliments to the chef too!

I brought my daughter in the other day and Ellie was remarkable server ! She was outgoing and observant. The food was delicious and she did great at explaining in detail! The Darn was delicious and I can't wait to come back for another one of our daddy daughter days!

I came with my family a few days ago and the service was incredible! It was my wife’s birthday and we were in town, came across Outback! The food was cooked to perfection and our server Ellie had all the answers! She surprised us with a birthday song and made my wife feel special on her day! We will definitely be back when we come back in town and we hope to get Ellie too!

There wasn’t a wait on Friday. The waiter was friendly and attentive. I didn’t wait too long for the food to be ready. The filet mignon was very tender, the loaded mash potatoes was flavorful and the asparagus was cooked to perfection. Had a great lunch.

The food was real good, we had ribs,- very, very good., Our waitress Ashley was great, friendly, very efficient, and had real cute watermelon earings
