Ordered Sweet and Sour Chicken Tonight. Got it home, outside looked good. Chicken on the inside was dry & looked previously cooked, hard outside corners. Called to ask for a replacement or refund. Was told only 5.00 off because she saw the food & it was good color. HELLO YOU DID NOT SEE THE INSIDE. She refused until I mentioned the health dept & BBB. After saying she would give me $10 back, I was not allowed to order from there after getting a refund. Then proceeds to tell me I have had multiple no pickups. NEVER have I not picked up an order. From anywhere. This place is shady & food is questionable. Why does it look like this was leftover pan seared left over chicken? No gloves, they move from register to food. Never see anyone wash hands. Just gross. Which is why I rarely order anymore from there. Last resort dinner usually. Find a better place. Seriously.

Ordered the hot and sour soup and that was not good at all. The crunchy things they give you to put in the soup were stale. Smh. Just bad all around. Won’t be back.

I ordered the pu pu platter and beef with vegetables for delivery it got here piping hot and 20 mins faster than expected through their easy to use app. An amazing local family runs this restaurant and the food is consistently amazing, this is probably my 100th order and no matter what you get on the menu it’s delicious!

My order was ready when I was told it would be, The food tasted really good. The portion was very plentiful, and most important, the food was very hot when I got home with it! Well worth trying it again!

TAKE OUT ONLY..... Great portions.... great prices and very tasty.... it is the best Chinese i have had in Jacksonville....Only gave it 4 stars because their might be a 5 star out there....and also when you ask for them to make a non-spicy dish they seem to always forget.... the dish comes with FRESH veggies...TONS of them... i have had the Moo shu pork, General Taos Chx, Kung Pao Chix & Beef, and their steamed dumplings... my favorite

Two of us ordered the Bourbon Chicken. We couldn’t even eat it! We are really concerned about what they really used for the meat???? It’s not chicken if you ask us! Concerning For sure!!!

Not good, threw the food away. Used to order from here years ago and was always good, thought would try again. Nope, no more from here. The one on Racetrack is consistently on point. Recommend trying there instead.

Excellent, The people working are awesome. We order from them weekly & the food is always top notch. The staff always remembers my order and is always nice and helpful. I’m 2 chickens no broccoli! Thanks for providing quality take out! The portions are large so we always have leftovers for lunch the next day. It’s so good, try it!

General Tso chicken is great. The rice isn't that yellow rice, it is white rice that is fried! Every time we go, the people are friendly and food is good.

Before I even got home and checked my order they called letting me know they had forgotten to put an item in my bag and offered to deliver it to us... on top of great customer service the food was delicious. The honey chicken that I got was the freshest, sweetest, yummy chicken I've ever had. EVER. I MADE INVOLENTARY MOANING SOUNDS IT TASTED SO GOOD 😂😂😂😂 No seriously, no other Chinese food in Jacksonville can touch this places honey chicken. I can't speak on the other dishes but I heard no complaints from the family either.

Been coming here 2 years...something wasn't right the last two times I visited. The TSO was not good, and the rice had zero flavor. Visited yesterday and owner's 5 year old sone took my credit card and processed the transaction. The parents/owners need to stop this before I call the police! Unsat!

Never had an issue with this restaurant. The food is cooked completely with lots of flavor. The vegetable spring rolls are especially good. I also appreciate the vegetarian options. Usually have to order 2-3 times a month because I love their food so much.

Friendly professional staff. The food is always good. I recommend you try the tea, I can't remember the name, but it's in a red can. It's a sweet tea really good. If you like spicy food, ask for a side of hot oil, it's very spicy.

Ordered on Christmas Eve and they had several pickup orders, so our order was slightly delayed. But, thankful they’re open this evening! Food is fresh, warm, and delicious. Will definitely order from here again!

I've been here twice and compared to home loved it.

Disgusting! Had chicken on a stick. I do not think it was chicken! Rubbery and thin, see-through like skin on it when I tried to cut it. Vegetable fried rice was cold and left a bad taste/film in my mouth. Will not return.

Stale rice,burnt eggrolls.they need to take more pride in preparation.

Used to be great. Impossible to know how long it will take to get food. They say 20 minutes. Takes an hour even when you are picking it up.

Egg rolls were good, the other items were just OK.

That was the WORST meal I've had from there yet. I got the sweet and sour chicken. I've still yet to figure out if there was even chicken in the fried batter. The rice was "ok" but nothing overly good. The sauce was lukewarm...and to top it off the fortune cookie was rubbery! I spit it out! That was the last straw that made me come to write a review. Unreal.

My boyfriend and I have had bad luck at Chinese food restaurants for some time but we decided to try this place and we FINALLY found a place that not only got our order right for once but was fast and food tasted great!! We will be going here from now on!!

My go to Chinese takeout place. I've never had any problems with anything I've ordered, in fact everything is usually really great. I find the location convenient as well.

Food was delicious I had a smorgasbord of food to share with all of the family everyone loved it including a very picky child. Now as far as how fast the food came out I was surprised that it took as fast as I did considering the amount I had ordered on top of the phone in orders that had.

Abomination. Worst Chinese food I have ever experienced. Chicken with broccoli was over seaseone with garlic. Unedible. Boneless spare ribs are doused in what can only be described as a sweet BBQ sauce. Also, unedible. Seaseme chicken was alright. Worst of it all was the pork "fried" rice. Onions we're acractua raw. Frozen veggies we're still cold. Fried rice is supposed to be fried...or at least hot. Spent $30 on dinner that is barely edible. Hungry people be warned.

My wife wanted Chinese for lunch and we tried the Great Wall. I ordered my go to of Bourbon chicken because I’m not a fan of Chinese food. I took the first bite and immediately knew it would also be my last. The bourbon sauce was like gravy and was not appetizing at all. I gave it two stars because the restaurant was very clean and they have taken every precaution to protect their customers.

When we first walked in it took a few minutes for someone to walk up to the counter. She was the cheeriest person and seem uninterested. On top of that there was a worker eating really loud in the waiting area/ lobby and an annoying little kid running around. The food is ok. The rice is good but the shrimp seem a few days old. The sweet and sour chicken is the best.

We absolutely love Great Wall! The food is always FRESH & DELICIOUS and the owners are wonderful :) This is definitely our favorite place for takeout!
