Teresina deserves 10 times more stars. Our home was on the market for 6 days when we received an offer. We were given step by step instructions on what to do from beginning to end. Whenever we had issues such as we need help moving an old metal desk, debris in the yard, garbage from packing, old refrigerators, and more. Teresina new exactly who to call and help us in the nick of time. Anything that came up we thought would be a problem Teresina would solve it or knew who to call to resolve our issue. There were no issues with being able to get in contact with Teresina.

Teresina's team is amazing. From focusing listings to closing and final walk-through she went the extra mile to help me get my VA loan. When the VA appraisal was to low for me to purchase she did additional comparables and wrote a waiver request to VA. As a result of her work the VA increased the appraised value $10,000 which is not done without factual documentation. Every step was fully laid out with the required completion dates. Teresina never stopped remaining in touch during the escrow process! She was referred to us by a friend who used her to buy several homes and I will be referring Teresina to everyone I know who is in the market for a new home.
