A charming tranquil oasis in the city. Full of character and charming staff. Cannot fault our stay. Our room was upgraded, bed was huge and comfortable. Breakfast was an event, fabulous choice and quality. Michelin Star restaurant on site. Walking distance to the city’s attractions including the old train to Soller and the bus station for Valldemossa. Highly recommend.

Sublime luxury, amazing spaces and discreet staff offering great service. It's our second stay here, we always book room XIV, it has its own hammam, secluded terrace with an outdoor shower and is a tranquil space in which to relax. Great location yet tucked away and so very peaceful; and Joan is the best host!

Outstanding place to stay in Palma. We had a larger room with space for an extra bed for our daughter in the older section of the hotel. The bed was super comfortable, bathroom well equipped (even had toothbrushes), had a balcony and a day bed outside. Breakfast was excellent and elements changed daily. Staff were super helpful with restaurant and bicycle bookings. Not cheap, but the experience was worth it.

Absolutely loved everything about this hotel from the amazing staff and elegant hotel rooms. A visit to Marc Fosh restaurant is a must for people looking for excellent food and wine. The 7 course tasting menu with matching wines is a great showcase of Mediterranean cuisine.

This boutique hotel far exceeded my expectations. The staff could not do enough and were so kind and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The location was excellent for the Cathedral. I hope to return very soon.

What a pleasant surprise! We stayed here after an infuriating BA flight cancellation and it was absolutely lovely! Such a cool, artsy yet relaxing and super well appointed place.

The best place to stay in Palma! Our expectations were blown away with this beautiful oasis in the old town of Palma. The staff were incredibly helpful and really went the extra mile for our honeymoon. Joan was an incredible host and really made us feel at home from check in. The hotel has amazing facilities, particularly the private sauna and spa and breakfast. Will 100% be back!

I recommend this hotel and plan to visit again. The Marc Fosh restaurant on site is an added bonus given its delicious dishes and as it also features breakfast. The staff were some of the best we’ve encountered in the last few years. In particular, Nino and Joan made our trip all the more memorable by recommending walking tours, beaches, and places to dine while also facilitating reservations, car rentals (including help with the manual drive reverse gear) and taxis. The rooftop pool makes for an excellent place to relax during the day or even work if you have some evening calls.

For me this hotel was aesthetic overdose.. loved everything about it : location, staff, room size, interior, services..its art gem in heart of Palma!

Loved this hotel. Decor is stunning. Staff are lovely. Cocktails are more-ish. Breakfast was amazing. Location is perfect. It has the bonus of an on-site Michelin * restaurant which is remarkably reasonably priced. Swimming pool area is a bit small and overlooked but they've made the best of it.

From start to end this boutique hotel served us well. Joan was a great help from the moment we stepped into the building, mentioning the history behind the place, rules in Mallorca and places to eat and drink at. We only stayed for one night and was Sunday so the Marc Fosh restaurant was closed, but the room had everything we needed. Pool on 3rd floor is small but cozy but didn't get to try the spa facilities. For breakfast we also decided to go out just to see the town. We will return, specially to try out the evening cocktails that we also missed 😊

Really unable to fault this hotel, upon arriving we had the pleasure of meeting Cristina who was amazing she gave us the low down on the hotel, the area, and even parked our car for us. What a great introduction to the hotel she is really special. The hotel manages to provide an authentic human touch that other hotels fail to deliver. From the management Maria and Joan to Xavier who looked after us during our breakfast.

We adore this place! Gorgeous, and excellent breakfast buffet! The rooms were well-appointed, clean, and beautiful. The architecture of the hotel was extremely interesting and pleasing, as well. Staff was very helpful and charming. Highly recommend!

Loved this hotel. The rooms are spacious and there is a lot of character in the building itself. You can also reserve the spa all to yourself which was the best part!

Top notch in every possible way. Together with the restaurant downstairs, the hotel is and upscale haven of quality. The room was just great. Modern design and smart use of the former convent, appreciate the art display in the lobby and the bar. Helpful staff with genuine interest in people.

The hotel is lovely. The concierge (especially Edgar) is so very helpful. The rooms are spacious enough with all the amenities you need. There is a shower as well as a large tub which is more decorative but also useful. The lights are easy to use unlike some European hotels that have buttons with little clip art and make you try to figure out what the symbols mean;) The staff is welcoming and there is a beautiful rooftop pool with food service available. There is a small gym. (Really it is tiny) but a gym nonetheless. Closet space and bathrobes and slippers as well. History says it was once a convent and the feel with the solid wooden doors and the rooftop cross have a spiritual feel. We will definitely be back and recommend this lovely hotel.

Incredible place, great design and amazing service

Small amazing hotel. Great staff and amenities. Pool area is stunning. Breakfast was outstanding. Also perfectly located in a quiet street but within walking distance to all central locations.

Disappointing stay because of noisy rooms due to a nearby construction site( a nearby apartment was being renovated) and a very noisy bar beside the hotel. Streets are small and noise clearly resonates. Hence, one could really get disturbed by the noise of drunken youngsters at that pub until very late at night. Otherwise the stay was wonderful.

This hotel top class in decor, style, location, character, cuisine and facilities (do not miss the chance to have a perfect cocktail in the bar, nor the culinary tour de force of the restaurant!). However, the simply outstanding customer service was a highlight for us. I lost a valuable item in Palma which was found in Palma Airport, and the team swiftly and professionally helped return to the item to me in the UK. I couldn't recommend more highly. We will absolutely be back for another treat of a stay each time we are fortunate enough to return to Mallorca. Muchisimas gracias!
