Such a nice hotel and staff. I didn’t even have a room, but was in a hurry to get to the airport and asked for help to get a taxi. Not only did they help me but even offered me something to drink and followed up to check that everything was fine. Beautiful area, great staff, great food. Definitely staying here next time.

Simply perfect !! We loved this hotel, maximum relaxation, all round service amazing, everyone is really friendly and customer oriented. A perfect place to calm down. Especially when arriving and being very warm welcomed by Pepi and Monica. definitely recommendable and would go there again!

We have just returned from an amazing holiday at this beautiful hotel. The whole experience was exceptional ... we had a sea view suite which was absolutely stunning & the attention to detail outstanding. Fabulous stay, wonderful staff who just could not do enough for us. Great location in a quieter part of Portals Nous with a beautiful beach literally on the door step and an easy walk into the Marina or to the high street. Food was superb and the whole hotel has a wonderfully relaxed boutique vibe to it. Pepi and Mikel were phenomenal and went above and beyond on a number of occasions and made us feel so welcome. Would be back in a heartbeat and really didn’t want to leave…always a sign of a great hotel!

Always such a warm welcome from reception staff, bell boys etc. Particular thanks to the warm welcome every morning from the fabulous Juan, Miguel and lady with the glasses (sorry don’t know her name). What a fabulous experience this hotel is. Great setting, and just outside all the show that is portals… it’s like being home from home, breakfast is super, dinner is worth a visit too. Alexia is a delight at breakfast, but in all fairness the whole team are superb. Nothing is too much trouble. We will return MARVELLOUS!!!

Lovely hotel. Very helpful staff in particular Anna on reception…. she is super friendly and goes out of her way for every hotel guest… a true gem. The breakfast is really lovely with a nice mixture of buffet and cooked meals at your request. We had the eggs and the porridge made fresh for us, it was really gorgeous. My only complaint is the coffee machine needed cleaning so it didn’t work. The waiters will bring you a coffee but they are busy so you have to wait. The pool was not heated (in late October), it was disappointing that we could not swim as it was so cold and the pool remained completely empty. I would definitely recommend this arty, lovely hotel but a few adjustments would make it perfect.

I visited with my husband at the backend of March 2023 and we were so impressed with the hotel & service. This was our first visit to Mallorca and the hotel was in the perfect location with costal walks (max 10mins) to the nearby Marina. Surrounded by beautiful restaurants and beaches. Short taxi ride (30mins) to the airport & relatively close to the city of Palma (20mins). The hotel itself is very well maintained & clean. The staff are very attentive and could not do enough to help us during our stay. Food was also great at breakie, pool lunch & evening meals at the restaurant. We will be returning!

If you’re thinking about staying here.. DO IT! We are so happy we decided to stay in this hotel. The views are impeccable, the staff is friendly and the food in their restaurant is delicious. 10 stars for this facility. We got the penthouse with the hot tub on the roof and the views are absolutely incredible. I would stay here again.

If I could give more than 5 starts I will definitely would. Food and service were really outstanding. By far the best restaurant we tried in Mallorca. We’ve been served by our amazing waiter Lucas, that made our anniversary unforgettable. A restaurant to try when visiting the island. We had a lovely meal at the Astir restaurant and the staff were very attentive at all times. Fabulous place to visit, lovely atmosphere. We’ve also been for a drink in the evening. Highly recommended. We will certainly visit again

One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at. Staff were amazing, attentive and friendly. Room was incredible. We stayed in the Marcel Wonder. Good size and cleaned twice a day. Cleaners went above and beyond, even folded our nightwear. These little touches made our stay. Breakfast was also very good. Good selection of meats, egg dishes and pastries and very well presented. Breakfast staff were also amazing, even the waiter remembering our faces and room number made us feel special. Thank you for making our holiday a one to remember. All the best to all of the staff.

This hotel was amazing! I liked that the hotel was located on a cove style beach. I loved the modern decor of the room and the views were unreal. I got the partial ocean view room and felt like I had full ocean view. My room had a balcony as well and it was so nice to sit there and watch the boats and swimmers in the morning. The service at the hotel was excellent and the food was delicious. It was a little more expensive to get food and drink at the hotel than off site. The spa was also great because the amentiies were open to all guest. I would do the cold plunge & sauna everyday. I would highly recommend this hotel!

Beautiful hotel in an equally beautiful location. The pool is so relaxing, spa is fantastic and the massage treatments are amazing. The hotel restaurant is lovely and food is delicious. The location of hotel is perfect directly on the beach and a short walk to harbour where there are many restaurants and shops. Highly recommend for a relaxing holiday in the sun. Can’t wait to return.

Alexia was the best!!! We had the absolute best service at the restaurant day after day. She was incredibly friendly and helpful for the duration of our entire stay. We had an amazing stay and the service was beyond exceptional. All staff we interacted with was very kind and helpful. The rooms were spacious, clean and incredible views. We are glad we chose Iberstar Grand Portals Nous. I can’t say enough how wonderful the staff treated us!!!

I can highly recommend the Astir restaurant. We were tipped off about this place by a friend who suggested we order the seabass, which was out of this world! This gorgeous restaurant looks out across the sea and is beautifully set and staged to fit with a relaxed but high end vibe! David (who severed us) was a particularly delight, as he was so passionate about the food and very friendly. Take the time to come visit here, it is wonderful and very reasonably priced.

We only came to restaurantfor a Monday night dinner and the service, food and view were divine. I highly recommend it, even for a cocktail while the sun goes down. We felt very looked after on our last stay and it made us not want to leave.

It truly felt like a five stars hotel. Service was great, all staff were always caring and aware of your presence. We stayed in one of the theme suites and it was truly special. The breakfast was amazing, they really had options for all. The cala next to the hotel is beautiful also.
