Everything with this hotel was just perfect. From the moment we checked-in until the moment we left. We never experienced such a high quality service as we had in this hotel. The staff was extremely friendly, polite, attentive and speaks excellent English. The rooms and the all other facilities were super clean, luxurious and stylish. What we also loved was the very quiet, private and familiar atmosphere. The selection for breakfast was amazing. You could choose between a menu and buffet. We also attended a lovely barbecue dinner. The quality of the food was outstanding here, too. It’s possible to have lunch at the pool area what we enjoyed a lot. All in all we can’t wait to get back and can only highly recommend a stay at this beautiful accommodation!

I have stayed in this beautiful hotel with my girlfriend in july 2022 and we spend a lovely moment in this amazing venue! If you come to mallorca and expect, comfort, excellent service and friendly staff this is the place to stay!! NO DOUBT! For sure we'll be back here for our next trip in Mallorca!

Everything about the hotel above avarage… but ehen it comes to the stafff… words are not enough. We felt like vacatoining in a big and marvelous house with our closest family.

Great suite rooms in a clean and well run environment. Staff are friendly and helpful. Most guests seem content to listen to the incessant beat of music around the fairly crowded pool deck. There's plenty of better places to eat and drink close by if you're a bit more adventurous.

We enjoyed everything! Lovable treatment from the staff and they were very attentive, we were recommended by the waiter some delicious dishes, specially squid croquettes were from the heaven. Miguel Angel and Ritu were our waiters and I have only good words for them

Stylish 5 star property. Limited number of well appointed rooms all with sea views. With the limited number of rooms and the high number of staff, service is very good! It feels as if you have your own team of staff appointed to you. A few standouts on the restaurant team include Ritu, Victoria, Rosana, Pau, Marina, and my favourite, Alba. Concierge team is quick and efficient, making dinner reservations across Palma and booked our departing PCR tests. Valet services very quick. And we arrived very late at night to check in - no problems and in fact, the security guard assisted as a porter! Overall very good service and good value. Highly recommended.

Never experienced such friendly and courteous staff. The room is great and we were even surprised with a gift for our wedding anniversary. Great !

Stayed 6 days in November in this wonderful hotel in the Fendi suite. Awesome rooftop terrace and great design of the suite made this a fantastic choice. The hotel is very modern and definitely a top pick for Mallorca travelers who want to enjoy a more personalized experience and are looking for privacy. But next to the little details which make this place special, I just can’t mention enough about the friendly staff and the excellent service at any time. This makes a boutique hotel like Portals Hills really stand out of the mass. And so it does. 6 stars for the staff!
