Vegan oasis in Praia. We came here everyday during our stay for breakfast, lunch and pastries. My favorite was seitan, sour cabbage and mustard sandwich. They also offer daily lunch specials. Staff was very friendly and would explain you all the options. There is a store inside which sells all the healthy and vegan foods and cosmetics. They also bake bread and many different cakes and pastries in the back. Be sure to visit when you are in Praia

We went there twice, once for a very late lunch (we had one of each of the 2 lunch menus,served with homemade ice tea, and then desert, everything was yummy) and once for breakfast (coffee, fresh juice, milkshake and pancakes, very nice). It's also a shop with organic and dietetic food. Very friendly staff.

Good vegan food and coffee with Soy milk. First day I had a wrap that could've been a bit bigger, since it's really was just a snack. The second day I chose the dish of the day which was vegan Katxupa, topped with Seitan and it was SO good.

We totally loved this place. It’s the only vegan restaurant in Praia and we went there almost every day. The food is great, healthy and fresh. Our favorites are empanadas and cachupa, but everything we tried was amazing. The big plus is that they also have a shop where you can buy vegan products to cook at home. The staff is very helpful and super nice. Overall, ❤️❤️❤️

They are very nice and polite local people and they are really ( orginal) vegan and you will feel really very welcome :) the food was really very delicious and you can taste the quality 😋 and they have also mini market with very good quality products. For vegans it is heaven 😍

Leuke sfeer, net als de bio restaurantjes thuis maar de gerechtjes en drankjes waren me iets te funky voor de prijs van thuis. Het mag van mij iets commerciëler. Zoals ijsblokjes in de ijskoffie. Nu kreeg ik een lauwe "ijskoffie" jammer.

Leckeres Essen , bio , vegan. Zum Mittagessen gibt es jeden Tag zwei verschiedene Menüs. Frisch gekocht, schnell serviert. Im Laden hat es ein grosses Angebot an verschieden Reformprodukten (Bio,, vegane Nahrungsmittel , Kosmetika, Bio Weine, Nahrungsergänzungsmittel und vieles mehr.

Great biologic shop (grocery and some fresh vegetables) and great food (either lunch or snack). Cool atmosphere – relaxed and with good music. Nice service. Employees or even the owner are always available to clarify doubts and help with the choice of products. Highlighting the hygiene of the entire space, namely in the open kitchen and the bathroom.

Tambake is a unique and very special place and you will feel this as soon as you enter the store. A biological grocery store, a very homely place, which privileges close contact and care with clients and people passing by. It is undoubtedly a must-go place in Praia! Stay for lunch, the vegan menu (besides the natural juices, tea, the cookies and so many other things made there) is absolutely unmissable, a very balanced fusion of rich and delicious flavors. You can even find good quality and original local handicraft and souvenirs. The friendliness and welcoming way we are greeted by Catarina (the owner) or her staff and the service they have to offer makes Tambake one of those places we would always like to have around.
