    I think I have tried every workout on the face of the planet and body fit SM is my favorite! At body fit you not only get a class, but if you go consistently you get a program. It gets progressively harder over 8 week cycles then restarts to keep building you up! There are strength, cardio and even stretching classes! My favorite thing about BFT, though, is the community. I’ve met so many cool ppl who live in the neighborhood! Last but not least, the trainers are amazing. They don’t just stand around, they are constantly walking around and making sure that everyone form is correct and providing encouragement. Love it!

    I had been looking for the perfect gym for a long time, and found it with Body Fit Training. I can’t believe what a difference working out there has made in my fitness level and strength. The personal attention I get from the coaches as I work out makes all the difference. In addition, I’ve gotten to know many of the people who work out there, and everyone is so wonderful and friendly. I highly recommend Body Fit Training in Santa Monica. They are the BEST !!!

    I just started here about 2 months ago and it already has been totally worth it! The coaches are with you the whole way and are there to support your overall fitness goals. Everyone is so friendly that it makes the intense workouts a blast!!

    My FAVORITE gym of all time!! Being new to LA Body Fit provided such an amazing community of like minded people to train with and build friendships with. The workouts are well planned such that you can train 6 days a week without burning out, but still have that sore feeling by Sunday. After 2 months I’ve seen a noticeable improvement in my strength and cardiovascular abilities (I can do pull ups now!!). Also Jake and the trainers do an amazing job of teaching and pushing you within your limits. Highly recommend this place 👌👌👌

    I started at BFT about 3 months ago and have enjoyed every day I've spent there since. It's the right mix of challenge, fun, and routine -- and the coaches are always attentive and instructive. You can work out with any goal here and find success: weight loss, muscle gain, or just overall fitness. Shout out to Lauren, Tyler, Jacob, Kelly, and Kayla for such a great experience. I couldn't recommend the BFT crew more highly!

    I’ve sampled pretty much every gym on the Westside. BFT Santa Monica is by far the best combination of strength and conditioning I’ve found, coupled with a friendly and supportive vibe. I cannot say enough good things about this gym, its programming, and its coaches. I am hooked!

    The best gym on the West Side of LA! It's conveniently located within walking distance from the Wilshire/Montana neighborhood and has free 90min parking in the garage across the street. The workouts are designed for people who stick to a routine, so it's entirely possible to work out 5-6x per week. They also balance targeting muscle groups with high-intensity cardio. I leave feeling energized and stronger each time! It's the little things about this gym too - the efforts to build a community + knowing each member by name make a difference. The coaches (Jacob, Lauren, and Tyler) do a wonderful job of monitoring form and performance during the class. I would highly recommend participating in one of their 8-week challenges too – highly motivating and informative for any category of fitness goals.

    I’d tried out a bunch of classes and gyms in Santa Monica but always felt like a solitary person trying to get traction with a routine. I signed up for a $7 week with BFT and by the 3rd class I was hooked. The trainers are super helpful and encouraging, all the members are friendly and keep you motivated. It’s been 7 months now and I love how BFT has converted me from an “I need to get healthy” person to someone who looks forward to a 6am class. Simply amazing.

    Best gym in Santa Monica! I've been going since they opened at the end of 2018, and I initially joined because I saw all of the "real" workout equipment. Full squat cages, olympic bars, all the plates and free weights you could ask for. The classes offer a great mix so you can go every day and the classes are designed to build off each other rather than just repeating the same things. The members and staff are great, definitely worth checking out!

    I've been coming here for the last six months and absolutely love it. The trainers are knowledgable and pleasant to be around. The workouts are great for people of all fitness levels and they do a good job of mixing it up. Highly recommend if you're trying to get a sweat in Santa Monica!

    Started at BFT a few months ago and have loved it. The team at the Santa Monica location does a tremendous job of being engaging, educational and approachable, while also pushing members to continuously improve themselves. The workouts are challenging in a good way, leading to improvements in strength, mobility, cardiovascular fitness and overall wellness. I would highly recommend checking out BFT to anyone out here looking for a friendly, fun environment to work out in.

    BFT in Santa Monica is hands down the best gym I've ever experienced! As someone who has tried countless workouts, I can confidently say that this gym surpasses them all. Their workouts are perfect for all levels and mix both strength and cardio. The way they structure their programs actually allows you to build and progress consistently and I've never felt stronger. The trainers are phenomenal—constantly circulating to ensure proper form, offering motivation and are just awesome people. There is an incredible sense of community making every workout session enjoyable and fun. If you're looking for a workout studio that combines effective training, attentive instructors, and a welcoming atmosphere, look no further than BFT in Santa Monica. It's an absolute game-changer, and I can't recommend it enough!!

    I’ve been going here for two months. Great place. The body is firming up. You feel amazing every time you’re done. The trainers are all pretty amazing people that are friendly, good at correcting form in a kind way, and make everyone feel welcome and at home regardless of your fitness or ability levels. I’ve made great friends here and there is such a great sense of community if you want it.

    I've had various gym memberships in the LA area over the past 13 years that I've lived here and Body Fit Training is BY FAR the best gym I have ever belonged to. Why? Because I ACTUALLY use my gym membership. Sure there may be cheaper gyms in the area, but from my perspective, Body Fit Training provides the best value for a gym membership. Jacob, Tyler, Lauren and Kelly are top notch trainers who keep you engaged, motivated and coach you throughout each training session. In the 10 months that I have been a member, I have seen measurable results in my overall fitness and well-being.     This gym is awesome! The workouts are fun and they are constantly changing things up each day, so it doesn't get boring. Jacob and his team watches over you to make sure you're doing things correctly and safely. In addition to the great workouts, they have also created a fun community. A few times throughout the year they will host parties on the beach or at a nearby establishment, where members can get together for drinks and laughs. This place is worth every penny.

    I'm so glad I started going to BFT in Santa Monica a few months ago; it's been a really fun challenge every step of the way. I'm always impressed by instructors Jacob, Lauren, and Tyler — they demonstrate professionalism and positivity in every single class and have a clear passion for what they do. They're genuinely invested in creating an environment where everyone feels seen and supported, and receives individual attention to form — all while making sure the class runs smoothly overall. Highly, highly recommend this gym and program!

    I’ve gone to so many different kinds of gyms and worked with a lot of trainers. There’s something about waking up and being apart of a group/community that have a great energy! There are so many times where I don’t feel like getting up and working out but it’s that energy that I need to get me motivated to come in and workout! Lauren and Tyler’s fun energetic personalities are infectious. They have gotten me to do things in the gym that I didn’t think I was capable of doing. I love Body Fit Training and am so happy to be apart of it ♥️

    I started at Body Fit two months ago and have had the most incredible experience. While this gym is really challenging, the diversity of workouts, the emphasis on strength training, and the overall focus on increased mobility is exactly what I was looking for. I've already seen incredible progress in these short few weeks and look forward to progressing even further with them!

    You won't find a better workout studio in Santa Monica than BFT. Their programs are tailored to all levels with a perfect mix of strength and cardio. Trainers do a great job making sure everyone is doing the exercises properly and keeping classes fun and upbeat. My favorite part is the community vibe -- all the people I've met are awesome, and I've made some great friends here. I used to work out by myself at Equinox, but BFT group classes are a lot more fun. And I've been seeing great results!

    I decided to check out BFT after a friend’s recommendation. I’ve been training at a gym lifting weights but wasn’t seeing results fast enough. I was also recovering from some injuries which limited how much I could lift. After a friend’s recommendation, I decided to check out BFT. I’ve been with them now for a little over 2 months and my strength has dramatically increased. I still go to my other gym and I am lifting a lot more. I was having issues doing 1-2 chin ups and now I can do 8! I’m seeing results. The staff are super friendly & helpful. The members are super friendly and easy to get along with. I’m loving my workouts here!

    BFT has been a game changer. It has focused my work out routine to see results. The classes are fantastic and always push you to achieve. I joined for results, but the social element is equally as good. I’ve met fantastic members and the trainers make it challenging, mixed with good times!

    I found BFT during the lockdown and to thrilled to find a 100% outdoor workout that didn't involve me running for miles on end. The variety of the workouts each day, the coaches and the friends I have made, have helped me keep my commitment to health and fitness. I recommend it to people of all ages, sizes and experience levels!

    I recently moved to the area and found BFT online and that it was only 10 min walking distance from me, so I decided to check it out and so far I love this place! I get a great workout and the owner and trainers are super friendly and very informative and encouraging during the classes! Lauren helped coach me since I was new, and made sure I did the correct form which I really appreciated a lot! They have a different class everyday so it doesn’t get boring and they play really fun music! I’m hooked :)

    I love BFT! I’ve been going to Body Fit for over a year now and I don’t think I’ll ever go back to a normal gym. It is so nice to go to group training classes where everyone is motivating each other and I never have to come up with my own routine. The classes are a great combination of group training plus strength training which most other group training gyms don’t offer. I feel better and have gotten so much stronger over the last year and I’ve made amazing friends along the way!

    6 weeks in and noticing pretty substantial results. The staff is really good about making sure you have good form before encouraging you to up the ante on the weight. Feels good to get pointers on certain lifts or techniques, and also have someone there to encourage me to finish out the last set, to keep running, jumping, etc. Jacob will partner you with someone of similar fitness/experience, and will make sure to check in with you during your workouts (especially in the first few weeks) to make sure everything's going well and you know what you're doing Everyone that attends these classes is really friendly and inviting, and fun to work out with. Positive vibes all around. Classes are difficult, but fun, in a tough, sweat-it-out and push yourself kinda way
