Realizei com ela a remoção a laser da micropigmentação da minha sobrancelha que tinha realizado com outra profissional, e o resultado não tinha sido bom. Mas a Joana "salvou" o meu olhar! Definitivamente! Com uma sessão apenas removeu praticamentr tudo! Aconselho a 100%. É extremamente profissional e achei a sua conduta irrepreensivel. Eu estava muito apreensiva, mas a Joana apaziguou todos os meus receios com muita paciência, compreensão e muita empatia! Adorei tudo! E mal posso esperar para a Joana redesenhar as minhas sobrancelhas!

I found Joana's page on Instagram. I was amazed about her work. I got in contact with her super kind and very helpful assistant, Filipa. In few days later when I've arrived to my appointment, I knew immediately that Im in good hands. Joana explained me everything about the tattoo removal process before she started the season. Im highly recommending her to everyone who is still hesitating to do lazer removal. I have no doubt about Joana is one of the best around!

First I would like to mention that I did not have any treatment with Joana. It started with me contacting her because I saw her work on social media and I was impressed. I made an appointment for a consultation which by the way will cost you 50 euros and that she will not mention in the first conversations to you. The consultation went completely bizarre where Joana started attacking me verbally for no reasons. I am very cautioned about my eyebrows and as well the treatments that I choose. She took every of my concerns personally and felt that I was questioning her work or professionalism, which was not my intention however to be well informed and accurately consulted is for me the foundation of everything that follows afterwards. She insulated me in front of the next client and I kept a cool head and did not want to confront her because of her next appointment. She insisted to make an appointment and to charge a pre payment which I find odd to start with. A day after she contacts me and cancelled the appointment which I gladly approved. Even to transfer me the pre payment for the treatment, she was pushing me to provide my bank details right away. I found her way of dealing with potential clients completely out of norm and very much unprofessional specially if you are in this type of business with experts/professionals that have so much more to offer because they have the newest methods and techniques. I would suggest to stay humble yet be on top of your game; listen more to clients’ concerns and not insulting them. After all I’m very happy with the one that I found and promote her in any way possible.

I would highly recommend Joana. She worked with me for like 2 years to fix my nightmare eyebrows and turned them into the ones I always wanted. We did multiple laser sessions to remove the old tattooed brows I hated and finally gave me the more naturals ones I wanted. She is a lifesaver.
