Beautiful property, very good breakfast. My room was very clean and spacious with microwave and refrigerator. My stay wasn’t long and my meetings were held at a different property so I didn't get to explore. I would recommend this hotel.

I enjoyed my stay here and the free breakfast. The staff was very friendly and always available. However, i did not enjoy eating my breakfast every day while having to listen to Fox News. Please be smarter when setting your television stations. I came here to relax!

We enjoyed our stay. The location was great and the room was clean. Our house keeper Marilyn was fantastic and what made our stay fantastic. Some of the other house keepers could take lessons from her. The hotel was in need of a face lift which it appeared that they were doing. The only issue is that they were doing repairs from early morning. They should have started after 10am. They also should offer a discount due to the noise. We were in town visiting our sick mother and this hotel was good for what we needed aside from these things. If I need to come back to Miami I will stay here and hope to see the new updates which I hope include the rug and then I'll give my full 5 stars. The vanity in the room was a bit off.

Rooms are very outdated and you have the vanitories as soon as you enter the room, so it looks like you are sleeping in the bathroom.

A great vfm hotel, located not to far from Miami Airport, many restaurants and shopping options not far, and a good neighborhood to stay in general, good basic breakfast. Recommended for a short stay

I stayed for almost 11 days . Clean and organized rooms . The curtains must be cleaned more often. The staff was very pleasant and polite specially the cutie cat Ash ! 🥰

Good for the price. We stayed here twice. Second time the carpet had stains. Not a huge deal, but ugly. I give it a 5-Star rating for shorter stays on a budget. Staff are great, everything feels safe, breakfast is fine. 30 minutes from Miami airport.

We stayed here for the Miami leg of our Florida trip. Most value for money. It’s only 20-30 minutes away from Miami downtown, Everglades and 1 h to key largo. A big Shopping Center Right beside it with many.l restaurants.

Its great place not to far from international Airport. Lots of shopping and restaurants walking distance. The hotel is very clean stuff very friendly. The only thing that bothered me is the law pressure of the water in shower .but every thing else is great.

Great location in Kendall, good services, clean rooms, so very very clean rooms, I think the best cleaners have this hotel in whole Miami. Good breakfast, a very good experience.

Great place, close to the Turnpike and shopping center and many other areas. The staff is awesome and friendly, the overall looks and cleanliness of the common areas and rooms was spotless. I definitely will come back and recommend it 100%
