The service here was decent, they have breakfast options, which has a fair variety. They have their onsite Starbucks as well that can’t be placed on your room. The bathroom tubs are scary. They are edged to where it feels as though you are going to slip. The bed wasn’t the most comfortable and I could not get a fair amount of sleep. Aside from these, I wouldn’t mind staying here again. Just a heads up they do $50 a night. A bit steep.

In a really sketchy part of town, valet parking only, no free breakfast- in fact the Starbucks in the lobby, serves the worst breakfast I have ever had! & it's really hard to ruin a breakfast burrito- but they DID! Bacon was raw! Scrambled eggs runny! ?? Even the fruit wasn't ripe?? & it was $13 with a bottle of water!!! Wasn't edible, ended up feeding it to my dogs! The room stunk like stale smoke, cat piss& Marijuana! Room was horrible! DO NOT STAY HERE!!! CAPT J

Dated, LOUD AC unit, AWFUL bed. This hotel is in serious need of an overhaul. I was lucky if I got two hours sleep between the godawful loud AC and the painful bed. If you stay here pack Motrin and ear plugs. BTW, I'm seeing more and more Marriott hotels that don't meet basic standards. This is just the latest example -- which is a shame because it's a good location.

Be aware! There were two charges instead of one, and I have called several times, I once spoke with Randy at the front desk and he said that after four to five days there's going to be a credit... nothing. I have sent emails regarding this problem, with a screenshot of both charges, yet no one has replied, and the charge is still there. Awful service!

This isn’t a hotel I would normally book but with the Orange Bowl in town, downtown was booked solid. This hotel isn’t bad per se, just dated and poorly managed. Starting with the room, someone was clearly not thinking ahead with the design. The bed is shoved in a corner with only a foot of clearance on one side. The bed itself is rock like and we woke up with stiff backs. The room isn’t oriented well either, with the TV pointing at a window with the bed and chairs off in the wings. Don’t plan to spend time in this room. Amenities wise this hotel is weak. Breakfast is limited to a Starbucks in the lobby, which is horribly overpriced and doesn’t serve what is on its menu. I ordered a breakfast burrito which was advertised with green onion, came absolutely LOADED with white onions. Not a good breakfast. The fitness center was decent but that’s really the high water mark here. This isn’t a bad hotel but it’s definitely not particularly impressive. I wouldn’t recommend it for most folks.

Thaddeus really took great care of us! We got in at midnight and he provided excellent and friendly service with a smile, despite the lateness of time. Be sure to ask for him when you arrive! Amazing host

Hit or miss hotel. Staff very nice but they are not overseen very well so details are weird. Like an employee vaping at the front desk and cars left in driveway because previous staff left without moving them. Exercise room cardio (4 ot of 5) equipment broken.

We arrived much earlier than check-in time but called ahead to request for an early check-in. Staff checked for availability and gave us a room. Staff were very courteous. Hotel is located at about 5 minutes walk from Dadeland South station which has trains of both the orange(till MIA airport) and green line(Palmetto).

Very clean, nice service however : - $50/night deposit is way too much... - Soap bars cannot be used as shampoo - Not enough sunbeds by the pool - No breakfast possibility apart from an over priced Starbucks.. and you cant put it on your room, even with a $50/night deposit *dead*

Great service from Tabitha, Joe, and the rest of the team. Thank you very much for your kind assistance during our stay!! They were very attentive to our needs and helped us resolve an issue in a timely and professional manner. They really went an extra mile and made an extra effort to make sure we were happy with our accommodations!

Beware staying here. My stay here with my significant other was absolutely horrible sadly. We paid more and booked the spa room specifically for the jacuzzi for our night in Miami, but the jacuzzi didn't even have running hot water which was a waste. The customer service was beyond pour, when I called the front desk from the room I was answered by someone responding rudely to my concerns. Finally a mechanic came around 30 minutes to check the problem. We were promised a solution after a mechanic came to observe the jacuzzi and couldn't fix the issue, but no one came back to contact us for the rest of the night. What made the stay even worse was when we were rudely awakened around 9AM the following morning by someone randomly letting themselves into our room just to say check out is at 12pm as if we didn't know that already. That's not a justified reason to just let yourself in a guest's private space at a hotel so early. This hotel offers no privacy, and no concerns whatsoever when it comes to room quality and sufficient customer service.
