This Palmetto Bay location is the absolute best! Every time either I or my family need a procedure done we always request this location even though we live quite a distance from it. Today is MIA who took care of me and she was Spectacular! Compassion combined with her knowledge and expertise was nothing short of EXCELLENT! I hope others take the time for these surveys because all the staff at this location are so deserving of it! Baptist is fortunate to employ such people and we are the lucky recipients m!!

Today’s appointment went perfectly. This was a routine follow-up. Two years ago I went in to the urgent care center at this same facility and they made an incidental finding that probably saved my life. Came in for stomach issue and doctor ordered a CAT scan that discovered a softball sized carcinoma surrounding my kidney. Unrelated to my symptoms. Lucky it was still contained and I had it removed without incident. Today was 2-year anniversary of having it removed! Thank you God and the wonderful people at Baptist.

From beginning to end a wonderful experience. I was pleasantly greeted and given information. My wait time was short to be called in. I was given complete instructions every step of the way and asked if I was comfortable. Upon leaving I was informed of when my results would be ready.

David was excellent. He had to set me up with an IV. When I took off my bandage, there is no black oe blue mark on my arm. I didn't have to wait. Got there on time and was called right on time. Great experience!!!

The receptionist was excellent. She was efficient and very cheerful. Josie , the ultrasound technician was also excellent and very attentive to my needs. Also my appointment was right on time

I had a great experience Kelly k work well with me. My prescription was not signed and she was able to put me in. And I was able to complete my mammogram. Because I had to go and get a sign from the doctor and she was so patient and working with me. When I return back to the mammogram building Is so kind? Not only were she kind, but even a technician. That did my mammogram beautiful person. So patient and calm great job, a great job. You need more people like Like Kelly. K and the technician I forgot her name. great job, great job. To God be the glory.

Always have a great experience here, the staff are very friendly. They took me early as I arrived early. Was out before my appt time. I recommend Baptist health Diagnostic
