I can't comment on the skill of the doctor since I never got that far. I put down $1000.00 for a 31K tab. I was going to treat myself, thinking my student loan was going to be forgiven. I'm not a kid. I'm 65+. Well my studen loan starts back next month.. Next I ended up with skin cancer and part of my 31K involved Botox. Botox and skin cancer. Not a good combination. I cancelled my procedure 5 weeks out. I was refunded only 500.00 because my contract said so and there were administrative costs. Bottom line, don't cancel. The doctor was very nice. Office staff very nice. Cancel and you get shafted. If I cancelled the day before, shame on me. Totally not an understanding office, and although a costly lesson, I'll never go back there.

I have been going to Hass Plastic Surgery & MedSpa for over 25 years and have always had a great experience there. I have had the pleasure of Dr. A, Dr. B and Ashley treat me and would highly recommend them to anyone interested in any kind of treatment they provide.

Oh where to begin? From the first phone call to my post-surgery follow-up I felt treated as a true VIP. Saw Dr Andrea Hass for a lower bleph consult and I knew immediately she was the doctor for me. She was sensitive to my needs and listened to my concerns. I was immediately at ease with her caring personality. She did not try to over sell other procedures and focused only on my concerns and the techniques to correct them. I had previously used filler two times in this area to correct the problem but it was only a temporary fix. Had I known how easy the recovery was, I would not have chased the fillers and chosen her office from the beginning. I would highly recommend Dr A and her staff and trust them completely!

Jennifer was wonderful to help me and very patient. She did a great job on my fillers and I am particularly happy she recommended a filler for my cheeks. I highly recommend her and this terrific office.

I had my lip filler done with Erica and she did such an amazing job making me feel comfortable and informed during the whole process. I wanted a light and natural change to just accentuate my natural shape and got exactly what I wanted! She also followed up with me to make sure I was healing nicely and enjoyed my results. Everyone in the office was so kind in making me feel welcomed and I will definitely be coming back!

I recently decided to try BOTOX (at my girlfriend’s suggestion). I have pretty deep brow lines & some crow’s feet going on – but, I am 62 so I guess I’ve earned them. Anyway, I decided to see if this would help give my eyes a little lift and my brow a more smoothed out appearance. WOW --- I am very pleased. Jennifer, the injector that did my treatment was really great. She talked with me first about what I was looking to achieve & she did the treatment in such a gentle way. It was super easy. I saw results within 10 days to 2 weeks and visited with Jennifer again for a little touch up (at no charge) – which she suggested. My girlfriend thinks it makes me look more relaxed and youthful – so maybe I should keep up on this facial rejuvenation stuff! Thanks Jennifer and all the Hass team that made my visit pleasant.
