My friend and I stayed here just for one night after flying into Miami on a late flight. I specifically chose this hotel because of the Starbucks in the lobby, which was super convenient in the morning! CONS: When we first got into our room, we noticed an almost urine type of smell. I’m thinking it could have been from the humidity and all the storms recently, but not really sure. We also both noticed hair on the bedding, I found a bunch of short black hairs towards at foot of my bed... I didn’t use the comforter, I just asked for an extra blanket hoping it would be cleaner but the one I was given had small black stains on it. I’m sure it was washed, but considering it is a hotel I personally don’t want to sleep on/with anything that’s been stained. The rest of the hotel was great. Most of the reviews say the rooms were very clean so I’m disappointed I can’t say the same about my stay. Last thing to mention which isn’t a huge deal is that there was not a microwave in the room, but there is one in the lobby if needed. PROS: The service was wonderful. The employee at the front desk was very nice, helpful and even checked in on if the extra blanket had been delivered to my room. The rest of the hotel looked super clean, well taken care of and was decorated super cute for the holidays. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool, but the pool area looked nice also. And I liked that you needed a room key to operate the elevator to get up to the rooms, so it felt pretty safe!

I booked the king suite as my get ready location for my wedding. It was so huge and comfortable. Large Bathroom (no tub though) great views and also large closets where I could hang my wedding dress. Lots of outlets and a kitchenette with wine glasses, bowls etc. You will love it here. Large pool area, lots of space in the lobby to chill and hang out and they have a Starbucks on premises. The Starbucks is a little weird tho - they're only open for two hours a day it seems. Another drawback is you have to pay for parking - $15 a day however they have a charging station if you have an electric car but charging isn't free which is crazy. Parking should be free for hotel guests . Another draw back is they have no bell boy. So you're literally dragging loads of luggage to your hotel room. The bed was comfortable though. Easy check in and check out. UPDATE we got charged a $250 cleaning fee AFTER THE FACT and was not told. In the bridal suite we had confetti 🎊 and had no time to clean up. We also booked two nights and didn't stay the extra night but they still charged us to sweep up some dry confetti??? We didn't even leave balloons behind. Honestly ridiculous

My stay here was awesome! I never had any issues, the cleaning lady was amazing and very accommodating! She honestly was the best part of the stay, she was so sweet! We stayed here, my mother and I, 4/25-4/29 on the 7the floor with a balcony! I will definitely stay here again!

I just stayed here for a night while I got my son moved in to start his last year of college, I loved staying here and will be staying here from now on. Staff was helpful and friendly, place was so clean, food was real good at the restaurant. If the staff wasn’t so helpful and nice it would have been a totally different experience so I hope they get credit for their service. Thank you!

The Hilton lived up to my expectations and standards. This was an experience not just a stay. The food was amazing and fresh, even though I only eat breakfast. The room was clean, and they followed covid protocols, so I felt very safe. I loved the sealed doors which indicated this room had been cleaned and covid protocols where followed. The bathroom was spotless, the shower had great water pressure and safe from slips. The room was big enough for my husband and myself, we sleep great but the only thing I struggled with was the pillows. But I sleep on very expensive pillows at home. Overall, I give this place a 10 out of 10. The staff was professional and provided excellent customer service.

Nice modern Hilton in convenient area. Stay was not good though. Food services slow, messed up order on first morning and then didn’t deliver one of the meals at same meal. Restaurant out of a variety of food and one beer on tap. Housekeeping on demand didn’t show up to either of the two rooms I had booked. Needed fresh towels and front desk didn’t pick up the phone so we had to go downstairs 2x to ask for towels over a 90 minute period. We took out our own garbage. Not a Hilton service standard quality. First time I had to write a review before checkout. Very unfortunate I had write this.

The rooms are very nice, beds are comfortable, and I love the bathroom and shower. You need your room key to operate the elevator and checking in and out was easy great service. They have a bar/restaurant , mini mart, and Star Bucks on premises.

Very beautiful hotel. Front desk was friendly and welcoming. Beds were comfortable and it was quiet. Only thing I didn’t like was the standard 20 dollar for parking, but it won’t deter me from coming back. The upside to paying for parking was that it was behind a gate. The stay itself was worth it and will definitely be back when I’m in this part of town.

The lobby is nice and spacious. They even have a Starbucks in the lobby and more! It seems like they don't really like strangers roaming the hotel without paying because most of the stuff requires a keycard in order to work, even the elevators need a keycard! The room i got was a modern 2 bed room with a beautiful view, the bathroom was very nice and felt like I was at home still. The room and bathroom was very clean and neat, so the previous service that was cleaning the room did a good job! I would rate this a 4.4

The hotel is quite good but it is far from all attractions and city center. The staff were positive and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and bright. but the bath was disaster. The shower was broken and there was not enough pressure to take shower easily. There was no brush for the toilet. The breakfast was in the Hotel’s restaurant and there were a few options to choose between.

I was overcharged $185.52 for what the hotel says I was checked in after 12 midnight when I actually arrived at the hotel with a 2 night reservation on July 4th at 1150pm. I had to wait for another family to be checked in, front desk Grace most rude person at the hotel, and I am a Hilton Honors member. Did not matter.

I was looking for a clean, quiet and safe hotel to visit in Miami/Kendall and close to Baptist Hospital. This was -away- from the hectic Spring break crowd as to why I also choose it. By far this Hilton exceeded my expectations! Everyone was very friendly and helpful. Mariah at the front desk was professional and very accommodating. This is a newer hotel in the hospital campus area with a very quiet charming vibe. Security is visibly present around the lots for this is on the Baptist Hospital grounds. The restaurant had great service with a nice menu. Starbucks also there in the lobby. Nice pool but I didn’t get to use it. Thank you to the staff for the accommodation!

Nice hotel. Avoid if you need a late check out. As a Diamond member the best they'll do is 1pm as opposed to the standard 2pm offered at other Hilton Hotels.

Great location with businesses ans shopping nearby. Hotel is fairly new or renovated and amenities are great. I chose a room with a Peloton and weights/exercise area. Everything you would need to get in a workout. Parking is close but the parking lot can fill up quickly so you may havebto park in one of the the other lots, but everything is still close and safe...Security patrolling the grounds.

Beautiful hotel, but the neighboring room’s tv kept me up most nights. When someone slams the door, you feel the vibration in bed. The staff barely answer the phone… no one’s phone calls should go unanswered at the front desk. It’s usually one person at the front desk during peak hours from what I observed. Other than that, the location of the hotel was great, it is literally in the middle of everything and clean.

Fantastic in every way! Outstanding location, amazing facility and caring staff (special thanks to Yasmin). The grounds are impeccable, the pool area is gorgeous and the security is excellent. I felt very appreciated as a Hilton Honors Diamond member and enjoyed every aspect of my stay! Will definitely return!

I gave 2 stars because my room was immaculate so kudos to housekeeping. My dad is a patient at Baptist Hospital so I drove down to Miami to see him. I was driving by myself so I decided to stay here because it’s close to the hospital and they have room service. I was exhausted and hungry when I checked into hotel. I asked the front desk about where to find the room service menu. I went to my room and called room service…..no answer. So I decided to walk down to the restaurant to eat only to find out that the dining room is closed but I can eat in the bar area, there were only 3 tables and they were full so the only place to sit was at the bar tables. I have back problems so I can not sit in a bar stool to eat dinner. So I decided to go back to my room to call room service again and finally someone answered the phone and says “Oh, we aren’t doing room service today”. What? But this is the reason I chose this hotel. So I basically paid for an amenity I did not receive. I asked the desk clerk about it only to get a generic response. I will never stay here again and Hilton should be ashamed. Customer service has gone downhill.

I booked a room with a gym station and LOVED it! The staff was amazing and was super accommodating. The bed linens and sheets were luxurious. Parking was easy, the starbucks in the lobby was quick and efficient, and the location allowed me to get to several locations within Miami as quickly and easily as possible, including the airport.

The rooms were clean! The staff was nice and it was great having starbucks in the morning! We thought we had to pay for parking $15 a day but it never charged to our room.

*Edit* We still here and neighbors had a party, so no sleet for us tonight. Asked for fresh bed linnen but they did not change. Breakfast was what made us choose this place. We are not big eaters but still like the buffe where we can choose and after 14 days of motels with bad breakfast we wanted real breakfast so we choose this place for this, and no, we end up with 8 dollar for coffee and a tab for 20-22 bux after our vouchers was used. That’s just bad manners. Other than that the girl (who is super cute) asked if we wanted the chicken medium rare or medium well. So language barriers and education is needed 😂

My recent visit to Hilton Miami Dadeland was outstanding. The modern, spacious room and plush amenities made for a comfortable retreat and the on-site dining was a culinary delight. Hilton Miami Dadeland seamlessly combines luxury and convenience, making it a top choice for any visit.

My stay at Hilton Dadeland was nothing short of luxurious. This 5-star gem offers impeccable service, excellent amenities, and a perfect location. The night lobby receptionist was not only super friendly but also incredibly helpful. Hilton Dadeland sets the standard for a top-tier hotel experience. Five stars without a doubt!

I was here for business and one of the best hotels I have stayed in. They have an executive lounge to get work done equipped with cooler stocked with water and a coffee/expresso/tea machine. The bartender was nice and made excellent drinks. Food was delicious!

Worst customer service hotel considering Both trips 3 months apart The staff didn’t care that we needed something to bring our luggage in until I tried canceling my stay. Without it it would have easily been 6 trips back and forth as we reserved the deluxe suite and had groceries and kids with us. Paid over 5K for a non deserving hotel They don’t honor the Hilton brand When you say hi to employees and they don’t acknowledge you… not a nice vibe Reported issues to customer service Two weeks later still no response Never again and def won’t be taking our business there.

Location is ok. We were charged for our room twice and couldn't get the money back till a week after we left it really cut our vacation budget in half. We couldn't enjoy our trip the way we wanted to. Staff seemed confused and didn't know where our money went until they called accounting. Overall stressful not a great trip.

Best housekeeping team I've seen in years! Not sure of the gentleman's name that cleaned our floor but he was phenomenal and went above and beyond to accommodate us when our daughter got sick. Hotel & rooms are very clean. Most hotels have changed for the worst since COVID, not this one. The quality, cleanliness & service are still top notch for the price & location. Definitely will be back.

Was there for a brunch. Ballroom was perfect. Food service & presentation was excellent. Pleasantly surprised to see a Starbucks in the reception area. Easy location to get to. Right next to Baptist Hospital

Fabulous!! Loved the very bright airy colors. Especially the doors not being the dull brown. Friendly customer service, outstanding breakfast. I asked for something not specific on the menu and they were able to accommodate.

This place used to be our go to when visiting Miami but no more after this last stay. Everything was broke and when we called several times to have someone come to fix it we were totally ignored until we had to get downright angry. Check in was a nightmare. Their so called executive lounge is a joke. We had to almost beg for clean towels. Our room was freezing, every time we set the temperature to warmer it would drop back down to so cold it was impossible to sleep at night from shivering and shaking with the cold. Finally found out all the control needed was a new battery but this was after much begging for help with this problem. I am a lifetime diamond member and expected much better service being a frequent guest there. Obviously they do not want my business and they can be sure I will never visit again. We finally did get a snarky sorry which meant nothing as it was not sincere

I've stayed here a couple of times now, staff is very friendly and accommodating. Rooms are always clean. There's a Starbucks in their lobby which is a nice touch. Pool is clean. The hotel is pretty small but modern. Rooms are spacious. Overall pretty quiet.

I stayed here for 6 days during a recent visit to FL, absolutely one of the best hotels with quality service. The staff was friendly and professional and the rooms were clean I would definitely stay here again if I was ever back in that area. Everytime I asked for something they were kind enough to help or go an extra mile. Cleaning staff was so sweet and helpful. As far as safety it’s the safest i have ever felt in a hotel you have to use your room card to get in the elevator even! I was just so impressed! Thank you to everyone for their hospitality and making my stay comfortable and smooth :)

Starbucks is great. They have their own parking. Hotel looks beautiful. Bathrooms very clean. Beautiful pool. Wouldn't mind staying there while my house gets repaired.

Teaching at Baptist for the weekend. Lovely room overlooking the lake in front of hospital. Close to multiple restaurants in area to choice from depending upon your tastes for the day.

Nice looking hotel with very nice staff. Room was clean and very comfortable. We didn’t try the bar/restaurant so can’t comment on that. Having the Starbucks in the lobby was great though. Only odd thing is the sliding barn door to the bathroom. It doesn’t lock or even cover the entire door. No privacy from that odd design.

I stay at Hilton properties most of the time while traveling. This property is very nice. The property seems like a newer hotel in the Dadeland area. The room and bathroom were spacious. The outdoor pool was great in size with plenty of lounge chairs and a few cabanas. The spa pool was nice and warm as well. The young male front desk clerk was very friendly and suggested a few places for dining. I wish more Hilton properties were like this one both with how the property is kept and the employees running it.
