I was at Taco Bell a little while ago and one of the attendants was super rude didn't greet nor asked if I needed sauce with my order didn't give me my drink I had to remind her, and all my tacos were soaked in grease barely able to hold in my hand without a grease bath! As a fast food restaurant worker my number one priority are my customers, the employees in your establishment need better training, your night shift staff can afford a lesson on proper etiquette and treatment of customers. As it is because of the public that the restaurant maintains itself and provides employment to the team members at your location! I suggest another orientation course for your night shift including your Manager as she is unable to make decisions without fear of some sort...

I’ve been coming to this Taco Bell for years, this first time, That I get treated so bad at the drive thru. Wow worse customer service ever the lady at the drive thru was super Rude yelled that she needed a Vacation while I was at the window so unprofessional. Just because, I had difficulty hearing her at the time. If you don’t feel like working don’t come to work point blank leave your issues at home. So I went in to complain and the manger was rolling her eyes the whole time that was talking to her about the situation and had the nerve to tell me that the lady at the window says that all the time like really lol

Worst customer service. They were making fun of me because of my accent. I order Doritos Tacos, I guess I sounded funny because they were laughing and repeating Dorito tacos multiple time and laughing, I was paying and watching them. They told me to wait in the front, when he came with my order, He asked what my order was. I started telling him and he cut me off and told everything is in the bag. I will never buy anything from them again.

I told myself I would never come to this Taco Bell ever again but I was close and I said OK let me pass by let me give it another chance.. I should have listened to my instance I placed the order and dried through and I asked for my order to be repeated again. When I got to the window I asked please can you repeat the order again just to make sure that I got everything and she said her words were exactly like this again again ma'am to repeat order again. Never in my life in the years of customer service that I have worked in has there ever been a person so rude when a customer asks to repeat the order. I had no choice but to just drive off because she got me so mad that I ended up driving 3 miles for the next Taco Bell because my kids were craving Taco Bell. And the reason why I drove off it was not so I wouldn't Give her a piece of my mind someone should really teach her 1st manners and then how to really treat the customers because it's because of us that you guys have a job... The way I always ask for my orders to be repeated is because this Taco Bell constantly constantly is missing something in the order or the order is wrong

I went inside to order the lady taking my order was very rude to me. Not only was she rude she purposely made my order wrong. I told about five times that I didn’t want beans in my burrito and guess what my first bite into the burrito it was full of beans. I had to buy another order and when it was my turn for her to take my order she turned around and left. She started doing other things rather than taking my order. When I received my orders I didn’t have a box (I ordered a Taco party box) and when I looked around everyone else had boxes. Don’t go to this Taco Bell/KFC. People are rude and the food was disgusting on top of that. (It’s very obvious they just threw my tacos in the bag)

Don't know if thre is any changea that can be made but if you order crunching tacos to take home by the time you get to eat them they are glued to the paper and in halfs..half... you have to eat ot like a taco salad

This taco 🌮 Bell was popular. It was a really nice open kitchen the first time I ever saw one like this. I really liked that. The food was really impressive 👏. Ask them to cook the tortilla a little bit longer. You see the difference, Great job, everyone 👍.

Filthy place. Drive through woman is so rude that we had to go inside. Can’t even keep a single table clean and the food had hairs. Avoid.

They never give you the food you ask for and the employees are rude The service is bad The food ( tacos are mushy cold and not what you order

It's Tacobell so you know what you're getting, but the staff is friendly and the food is good quality.This is a good location.

The health inspectors should take a look at this place my chalupa was super wet like a sponge and the hard tacos was spongy also….🤦‍♂️ Gas is to expensive to go back and ask for a refund never again. I had to bake the shells in the oven to make it half decent to eat hopefully im not a victim of food poison and business like thes should get shutdown permanently.

I dined on KFC chicken and fries economy sized, Taco Bell though is on the same site, joint business together Taco Bell and KFC, my experience, Great place. 👍👍

I was at home looking at the commercial of Taco Bell I hadn't been in a while and I said let me go I love the chalupas I ordered three two chicken and one beef but when I got them do the drive-thru and we parked on the side it was so hard the bread I couldn't remember why and the chase is so Bland I was wondering were they changing the recipe to make it cheaper in order to be able to sell it for higher price or was it the staff who cooks it I was so disappointed it'll be another while before I go there if at all times are hard these days what my money spends on something I want to enjoy not regret

I give it one star because that’s the least if not I would give it 0, super disappointed with the costumer service and also with the food. Waited 30 minutes for soft nasty tacos that I couldn’t eat. My order was also missing one taco and it was overall the worst experience , the worker cursed in front of me and after paying almost $30 in a fast food $9.50 for 3 tacos which were supposed to be suprime and we’re not which were supposed to be hard shell and we’re not. Just go somewhere do not go here!

Ordered a chicken little. Waited 30 mins The bread was harder than a rock. I also witnessed poor customer service after I returned the chicken little to get fresh bread. I received bad bread again. I will never come back to this so call fast food.

I though all taco bells serve the same food but then I went to this place: I ordered three chalupas and the bread was old and the food wasn't fresh. This taco bell has a Kentucky fried chicken inside and the chicken was also disgusting. It was old...OMG... Horrible place and do not recommend at all! 🤮🤢

The KFC part was awful chicken was dried and over cooked, bread was hard & cole slaw was swimming! I hated the experience!

Drive thru was incredibly slow. Didn't ask what sauce I wanted, just gave me whatever they chose. Food was warm at best. Prices were 25% higher than any other taco bell I've been to. Won't go back.
