Beautiful clean hotel, safe area. Service was less than desirable the young girl at the front desk, never even makes eye contact with guests. At check in its as if we were troubling her. She has ZERO CUSTOMER SERVICE skills and truly should not be working at the front desk of any hotel.

I recently stayed at this hotel. The managements in this hotel is never to be seen. Whenever I needed to talk to the manager they would always give me an email to contact the manager and she will not respond. I stayed in a room with cockroaches! Disgusting!! There is always suppose to be a manager or supervisor on duty for any shifts, as other hotels have so. The front desk agent looked lost as if they haven’t been trained as well. The next day I had help by this front desk agent named Emily. She was able to move me rooms and made sure everything was okay in the room. When I needed towels she will bring it up to me with no problem regardless if she was by herself. I will love to meet the owner of this best western to let them know that their management is falling apart and I will most definitely not be staying here anymore. Their own front desk agent that works in the afternoon looks like she can manage this whole place.

Overall a good experience for my stay on 2/18/24, but gets a 4 star instead of a 5 star review for the following reasons: The shower had no door, so you're basically showering in the open with just a narrow pane of glass. That allowed water to splash all over the bathroom floor. The shower also had convenient dispensers for shampoo, conditioner and soap but mine were almost completely empty. Also while I appreciated a hot breakfast bar, the "eggs" were disgusting. It looked like a pita folded over a piece of cheese and had no taste at all. Try using real eggs and just scramble them. Tater tots were cold. Otherwise, the room was clean, surprisingly quiet, large and the bed comfortable with adequate pillows.

Nice and neat hotel. The room was clean. Comfortable bed. The bathroom had a walking shower which was cool. They do serve hot breakfast now and it was good as well. The parking is free and has ample parking slots

Very disappointed with our stay! We checked in & I requested at check in if it was possible to change my bed from a king to 2 separate beds because my best friend ended up flying in to. The guy at the front desk said no, they were completely booked. We go to our room, it was hot but I assumed it was because we just arrived. I cranked up the AC and changed so we could go to dinner & pick up my best friend from the airport. We arrived back at night & the room was warm so I checked it again & adjusted the settings. I went to take a shower & it was broken! I came out & confirmed the AC was not working either! When I called the front desk, she said I needed to go down stairs & get a new room key & move onto another room because THEY WERE NOT BOOKED & has plenty other rooms available!! I was upset because I had to get dressed, pack up all my things again & move onto another floor in the middle of the night! Then in the new room, got whatever reason the fridge worked as a freezer verses a fridge & froze all my water bottles & food 🤦🏻‍♀️🤦🏻‍♀️ & the white cover on the beds for whatever reasons (possibly the static from their dryers) kept shocking us and sparking 😳 you could see the sparks with the lights off!? It wasn’t a pleasant experience at all… and was a real hassle! I don’t recommend staying here at all, unless you have to! (Because of early or late flights)

this has possibly been the worst hotel stay ever, and we can thank the Hotel Manger Lynette. For one this trip to Miami was for our vacation trip and i wish we booked a different hotel. For one, we got to Miami at 11am and we couldn’t check in till 3pm. we waited until 3pm, then we went to check out our room in and even after 3 to 4 hours of waiting our room was not READY yet. we still had to wait 30 minutes to be able to actually get access to our room. For second, the maintenance crew is horrible, all they do it sit in the lobby all day. We needed to wash our clothes and so we did just that, of course you DRY your clothes after washing it but in this hotel you can forget the dryers. After trying 3 different dryers from three different floors our clothes was still DRIPPING wet. we had no choice but to hang up our clothes all around the room to dry. i don’t know about you but that is disappointing. not only is our clothes not dry but we wasted a good ten dollars trying to dry it. it has been over 3 hours and we’re still not done doing our laundry. every time there is an inconvenience all they do is try to CHANGE our room, after we’ve unpacked our things. all of the workers down in the lobby don’t do they’re jobs at all, all they do all day is talk. and then they want us to CALM down after having so many problems, but they don’t want to do there JOB.

Always enjoyed my stay here never had a problem but today I got here for check in and they told me my room was booked to someone else. I asked how that was possible if I booked my room on Monday days ago. I showed them my reservation and had to wait to see what they were going to do. Finally, they were able to give me 2 separate rooms for my family’s stay, when we made our way to the rooms we open the door only to find out one of the rooms was already occupied with all there stuff. Luckily At the time no one was inside. Had to go back down to figure out if they could get another room, what a mess eventually we finally got another room, never had this happen to me in any hotel. Won’t be staying here again

When I booked I there was no mention that there is no service to your room once you check in..it should be rather than to be surprised when you arrive. The first room we got smelled of cigarettes they moved us. The second room the AC made lots of noise. They changed it out the next day. Breakfast is 7 to 9am M to Friday..they did give you towels per request..you had to go to the lobby..the room was comfortable enough

Took this hotel for 4 days and 3 nights with family. The sink in the bathroom is not draining properly and complined multiple times. No one took care of it. The staff is not serious about the issues. The Breakfast is good but it ends at 9Am. The kids wont wake upnby then. It should be good if they extend the Breakfast time till 930 and 10AM. The staff has to tale issues seriously and give comfort to guests.

This hotel is one of the better Best Westerns in South Florida. The room service is Amazing and the Front Desk staff as well. What made my experience is the amazing Bar 🍺 🍻 and Bartender they have there named Alex. Happy Hour between 5pm - 7pm and they have some selection of Bar Food. The Hours of the bar are Sunday through Thursday 5pm - 10pm and Friday through Saturday 5pm - 11pm or later depending on the business.

This was close to the Miami zoo that my daughter wanted to go to and with the free breakfast was amazing before heading to the zoo for the day! Friendly atmosphere, good pool and great room!

We booked at Best Western since it was on the way to Key West and we thought it was going to be safe since it's a well known hotel. Our stay was good, the room was clean, comfortable bed and pillows, good AC, continental breakfast. After checking-out we realized the catalytic converter from our rental was stolen. It was a nightmare, not happy at all, it ruined our whole day. We had to make a police report, the front desk personnel was helpful to find the video record but of course we parked where the camera was blocked by a tree. It was very stressful. We were there for 5 hours waiting and no one asked to see if we needed anything. Not even a complimentary drink. Needless to say, it was a good hotel but a bad & not a safe location. It should be gated if this happens often since that is what we were told. It's at your own risk.

Overall, it's a nice hotel. Front desk girl was very helpful with fixing our reservation issue (our fault, not theirs). Nice and clean, large spacious room. Wish the shower had a little bit more water pressure, but it is a rain shower head, so i guess thats how they are designed. Breakfast was super good, but get there early cause when it's time to shut down, the shut down FAST. I was a little disappointed the bar was closed.

Read entirely before booking: This is the 2nd worst hotel I have been to. A hotel in Las Vegas takes first. Anyways: For me, the most important part of a hotel is the shower. Keep that in mind as I rate this part harshly. The bathroom was not ugly. HOWEVER, water pressure was nonexistent. The showers on the beaches are better. There was no door so the floor always got wet. The shampoo, conditioner, and body soap were terrible brands as they did nothing. As in they were not potent and it always felt like I never showered. We went to Dollar Tree to pick some up toiletries and the quality was better. The greatest part of all (sarcasm) was I expressed my concern to the front desk and no one cared. Second, the TV only had one working channel. My mother went to ask someone in the front and they told her apparently the storm "blew all the channels away". (Interesting) Thirdly, the breakfast was mediocre. Granted, it is hotel food and free. But I stayed at a Best Western in Kendall in November and it was 10000% better overall. Yes, even the breakfast. Fourthly, the other comments are correct. They only clean every 3 days. This is dumb and makes me wonder if they really make up the beds before people stay in them because we stayed 4 nights. So they made up the bed on the 3rd night, but on the 4th night when we leave, they have to redo it? Weird. Why not do it every 2 days as a middle ground to keep the guest somewhat happy? Fifthly, the gym. Do not plan to work out here because the machines are broken, old, and overused. Clearly, no maintenance is done and makes me fearful of the pool. We will never stay here again.

Bed was too soft and low. The water pressure was difficult to use. Breakfast was better than the average and they had no muffins. The coffee was alright. We had an accessible room which was conveniently adjacent to the elevator.

I recently stayed at the Best Western Plus Miami Executive Airport Hotel from October 19th to the 23rd, 2023. While there were some positive aspects, I had a few concerns. The front desk service was disappointingly slow, leading to lengthy check-in and assistance times. One major issue was the housekeeping service. Despite my four-night stay, my room was not cleaned even once, and clean towels were not provided. Additionally, the absence of a shower door in the bathroom was inconvenient and led to water spilling onto the floor. On a positive note, the breakfast was enjoyable, offering a variety of options. Overall, while there were positives, the issues with service and room cleanliness were disappointing for a Best Western Plus property, warranting a three-star rating.

Gorgeous hotel. Super clean rooms, and an AMAZING breakfast selection. The only reason I gave the location 4 stars is because is 20 minutes from the airport and firstly next to broward county municipal airport

No regrets! This gave us a great experience for one night before our cruise. The room was clean and quiet. We never heard any other guests throughout the evening/night. The breakfast buffet was nice.

Located in a very nice area with coffee, restaurants and shopping nearby. Staff was very friendly and helpful! Breakfast each morning was better than average and kept well stocked and clean. Fitness center and pool had extended hours and although the pool area was small, it was clean and had seating available. Would recommend this hotel-excellent price for what you got and also had free parking which is a premium in Miami.

Rooms are fine, but reception was a mess. Room card machine was defect. Means every time we wanted to go into our rooms, we needed somebody from the reception to open the room door. I stayed two nights. The invoice was on two nights, but they have booked three nights on my credit card. It took me some time to find out, that one night of my colleague (other room) was charged on my credit card. An email to the hotel was not answered at all. I had a lot of trouble because of this mess.

This is my visit to my Miami, when I booked the hotel I was under the impression that it was close to Miami International Airport. When I gave the taxi driver the he asked if I knew the area the hotel was located. I was unaware when booking that I should have rented a car as the hotel was not near any sites that I could see without traveling by taxi. When I checked in the person at the front desk seemed more interested talking to the other guest then actually doing check in. I received my room key after waiting a few minutes for the person to process the room key. The room was okay, the mattress was hard. The shower water was good a temperature. I knew after checking in that I could only stay one night as it was a great distance from Miami attractions.

Everything seemed nice at first, but it all fell apart quickly. Our room was good enough, except for a dirty fitted sheet on the bed. It was probably just stained, and had been washed, but it was pretty bad. Otherwise, the room was fairly clean, though it needed some work. I decided that I would just go ask for a new sheet, and went downstairs to do so. I hate inconveniencing employees anywhere unless they've gone out of their way to be awful to me. I just went down there, and asked for a clean fitted sheet for the bed. She asked what size, and I said I think king, but wasn't sure, but told her which room I was in. She came back with a comforter and a mattress cover, saying she didn't know which sheet I meant. Well, neither of those are sheets. I explained to her it was the bottom sheet, hoping that would work. She returned with what seemed like could be right, I took it upstairs, and it was actually a mattress cover (they apparently use two different mattress covers). So, back downstairs to get a fitted sheet; she managed to figure out what that is (I was starting to wonder if I was crazy), and handed me one after waiting another 5-10 minutes while she searched. Got upstairs, and it was for maybe a full, and the bed was a king. So, back downstairs. She says "that was the only one we have, you want me to move you into a different room?" Fine. She does, and the new room smells like smoke and needs more maintenance than the last. Through all of that, even though I don't know how she got through life not knowing the different types of sheets, I don't blame her. She had a name tag that said she is a trainee, and she seemed to be the only one there. It's another case of a business not being willing to pay enough to get decent workers, and then leaving those that are incompetent in charge. It is clear they aren't doing much to maintain their hotel, and they aren't investing in staff, which is either an owner or a manager issue, and not something that will be fixed without turnover of the right people. Here are my typical details: Comparison to others in chain: Worse Internet: 57/22, decent, but may not have been stable Breakfast: Missed it (it ends early), but free Room: Standard layout, sink very cracked, bare minimum towel supply, poor bathroom lighting, bad maintenance Cleanliness: Overall okay, but dirty sheet Bed: Very uncomfortable, springy Bedding: Thin Shower: No door, low pressure, sprays everywhere, towels very small Hard water: No HVAC: First room - very loud; second room - much better, but low fan actually means off, wouldn’t start or stop when it should Location: Average, near secondary airport Noise: Average Staff: Not good Cost/value: At least it wasn't terribly expensive Would stay again: No

Great hotel. Didn't stay long, but for breakfast the gentleman serving, was top notch with such a great personality and attitude. The rooms were very clean and comfortable.

I have been staying here for a few days and thought the experience would better. The front desk is not approachable at all, I felt as if asking them anything would be a bother based on their attitudes and way they look at you. Also, room service kept the same stained sheets and didn’t bring us any clean towels. There was a few of us in the room and only brought one. Also, if you want a watered down drink, go down to the bar.

We stayed at this 3 star hotel for 4 nights. The front desk was nice and they gave us a clean quiet room. After a day we noticed that the microwave is not working and we were told to use the microwave in the lobby! The next day we found that the rooms are actually made and cleaned every 3 days. Meaning that you have to stay more than 3 days to see your room made and cleaned! The breakfast was not good either except for the Saturday that the hotel was busy! We were about to wash our clothes in the laundry and needed quarters, but the front desk did not have the change for it! The last night refrigerator started making noise and we requested them to replace that. So we felt like we are just paying for the room stay at that location and service is bare minimum. But the location was not good either. It was ~1 hour from downtown Miami, and 40 min to Everglades national park entrance. Overall the value of the service received did not worth what was paid.

I stayed for 4 days 3 nights. I Thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Everything seem to be just right. The continental breakfast was more than I imagined even though I only made it once for breakfast. The room was nice and clean when I arrive with the exception of the broken jet tube that I Specifically paid for. The floor was nice and quiet and the parking spots are always numerable. The location was amazing the finest restaurants around 10 to 15 minutes away. The staff was amazing and very helpful. Cons There is no daily room cleaning ($20.00 additional) They are 2 bed covers and the second was dirty The air conditioning system makes a lot of noise. This is not the Hilton , it’s best western and I enjoyed my stay.

Don't waste your time or money. I only needed a room for about 6 hours because of a canceled flight and needed a place to sleep before my next flight. Dirty room, air conditioner didn't work and was extremely loud all night long, sink didn't drain. All of that after they originally gave me a room that was never cleaned after the last guest left. Unmade beds, dirty towels on the floor, overflowing trash cans. Had to go back down to reception to get a new room. Gross!

Run down. Room a bit shabby, breakfast room very tired and cheap looking. Breakfast basic but ok. No hot water in our room, which the hotel seemed not to care about. "No-one else has complained" was the response. Try somewhere else.
