This Holiday Inn Express is one of the best I’ve visited in the country! The Breakfast was great and the coffee was perfect. The rooms are spacious and clean. The front desk is extremely friendly and very attentive. If your ever in the area make sure you pick this hotel. I’ll stop here definitely when I return. The price is fair and the beds are comfortable. They have a very nice pool. Thank you to the staff.

This hotel is by far one of the best I have ever stayed. The front desk and all of their staff were very friendly and helpful. My room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The breakfast was pretty good and so was the coffee. They also have a nice pool and fitness center.l was able to wash my clothes as well. 20 stars from me no complaints!

If you ever plan on staying at this hotel on a Sunday, don't expect to sleep in. What the hotel doesn't warn guests about is that they have church services on Sunday starting early in the morning and on the second floor it sounds like they are blasting music next door. It literally woke me up. The breakfast one day were veggie cheese and ham omlettes, which were unpleasant. They had a pancake machine, hard boiled eggs in the fridge with the milk and cream cheese. Overall the complimentary breakfast was OK. Not the greatest. I called the front desk one morning for 2 extra towels. They said they would bring it up. I waited almost 1 hour and had to go down to the front desk to get them myself. The first night there was water all over the elevator floors and in front of the elevators. I told the front desk and they sent a guy to only clean the floor in front of the elevator hallway. Not the inside floors of the elevators. Seems to be lack of communication or lost in translation since most of the staff don't speak English. Overall my stay was OK. Wasn't the best. In all honesty, if someone asked me if I would recommend the place, I would tell them, to stay somewhere else, or rent a room that's on the top floor if staying during the weekend, so your sleep isn't disturbed by loud church music on a Sunday at 8am.

My daughters wedding was at a nearby venue. The GM of this hotel arranged for a great group rate as there were many of us staying here. Everything was in excellent order, the staff, the rooms, the rates, the location, and the breakfast was better than others I have seen. They did us VERY well for the wedding. Many thanks.

Of all the hotels in the Kendall area, this is one of the best values available. Conveniently located close to major roads and highways, I can be anywhere in Miami within 30 minutes...without traffic of course. Staff is exceptionally helpful. Cleaning service is great and will work around your schedule. Front desk has put up with me for 30 days and my head is still attached to my body. I wish I knew everyone's names but Miguel, Leslie, Valerie, Elizabeth, and Betty have been nothing short of amazing. The ONLY con is the 3+ dollar bottles of coke downstairs but that's my fault. Oh, and I have yet to play mini golf. Would definitely recommend it over a couple other hotels I'm familiar with in the area. The rooms alone look 10+ yrs newer. Been here way longer than initially expected and I just wanted to say that the service has not degraded at all. The housekeeping is great, Betty will leave towel animals that remind you of a cruise ship.

Our family stayed 3 days at this facility during hurricane Ian and we could not have been more pleased. Place was clean, employees were all kind and supportive and breakfast every morning was great. Couldn’t say enough good things, thank you for helping us feel comfortable during such a difficult time⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Room had a king size bed that has definitely seen better days. Very lumpy an it was low to the ground. Pillows were horrible when you lay down on 2 pillows your head went flat like you were just laying on the bed. Water takes about 10 minute to heat up. Customer Service is only reason I gave it a 3 star.

This is my 4th time coming here, I arrive happy and I leave happy. Only thing the Spa pool/Jacuzzy wasn’t working well it wasn’t hot, but still clean. Overall satisfied. Thank you! 🥰

Today I just got back to my hotel room and I got surprised! My housekeeping made my day after a long and stressful day.. she made my bed so nite and perfect! Made me a beautiful hearth with an special flower inside and she really make the difference! I have been staying here since 03OCT2022 and this is the first time I find my room so beautiful! I can tell it’s seems likes my girlfriend made my bed (it’s so beautiful and organized). Her name is “Alejandra” she’s from Venezuela! and absolutely make the difference today for me coming after work!.. I absolutely recommend staying here because the employees makes me feel like I’m in home, still I have a week left in this hotel but I’m pretty much confident they are gonna keep giving their 110! Thanks again, great work Miss Alejandra.

Nice young lady at front desk helped us find another room after we had an issue with the first room. Staff brought us bath towels promptly when asked. I would stay here again on next trip to the area. Easy access to downtown Miami and Keys.

We had a great management experience, the girls from the resection to the ladies who cleaned the room, very nice people. Very good breakfast.. Oneyci, the lady from kitchen, she was so kind! I love the room, especially the bed, so confer, I will recommend this hotel!

My husband and I stayed at this Hotel and found it to be great. They have a great selection of food for breakfast (hot and cold). The Location was good for us. However, there was an issue with the bathroom sink water temperature. It wouldn't get hot but we were ok with it because the shower had no problem getting hot. I'm sure they would have taken care of it if we had informed them but we didn't want to have change to another room because we liked where we were. Overall the stay was great!

The hotel was Moderatly great the bathrooms are clean it's a very clean place most people are nice and welcoming. however I will say during the complementary breakfast one of the workers dropped a piece of bread on the floor and then picked it up and put it back inside the bread case instead of throwing it away which is very deplorable. So if you go be careful about the breakfast other than that it's pretty good.

Everything was OK. Clean, spacious and relatively polite staff. The pool was clean, the hot tub worked, so ok. I was supposed to have a king bed but it was a queen, the hot tub jets were lame and our air conditioner made noise periodically. All not enough for a bad review by any means, but not raving either.

Very nice place to stay ! No outside noise my room was very nice and comfortable very clean ! They had a whole list of places to order food and places to walk to get food and shop . The staff was very nice and friendly and very helpful what a wonderful experience . Thank You

Front desk attendants were very courteous and helpful. In the cafeteria, Onixa was very nice and attentive. The housekeeping service by Elaini was also excellent. Overall very satisfied with our stay!

Rooms were clean with comfortable bed. Breakfast was great. Conveniently located close to expressway and bot too far from casino.

The hotel room was okay. The room phones didn't work, and the pool opened and closed at unusual hours. The location wasn't the best but you get what you pay for at this hotel.

Simple and clean. Only complaint is that damn resort fee. I'm here for a two day class so I don't need that.. it's just a way to double the price. I call it gouging

It's close to my family in the neighborhood, otherwise pretty standard suburbian stripmall hotel location in the middle of nowhere. Right next to the executive airport, so lots of smaller airplanes to spot. As usual, the included breakfast is minimal and doesn't cater to people with dietary restrictions.

First off let me start off by saying my car was stolen from out of the front of the hotel and they have a guard that works there and they only have one camera that’s just for the people who enters the building but what about the cars in the parking lot and I really feel that it’s a inside job because some car got stolen the very next day so whoever taken the car feels comfortable to keep coming and doing it that worst experience

The first time that I have an easy check in at this hotel. Mariah was so sweet helpful and fast wow so impressed by this young girl. I wish she was here every time!!!

Even though the administration could do some renovations around the amenities and rooms, I have to say the employees are always doing their best to keep everything cleaned and pleasant. I will definitely come back when visiting Miami again. Thank you!

Located off a busy main street, but it's still pretty quiet, there is a backroad you can take to avoid the main street traffic. Good size room, some upgrades, window is fixed, you can't open it, Carpet is little dated, bathroom has no fan for ventilation, just a common vent on the wall. Basic gym, pool and hot tub, free breakfast is basic.

Wife picked as it was near Zoo Miami. Pros - hotel was clean and well kept. Bed was the most comfortable I have slept on all vacation. Cons - no rolls at breakfast. Was told they made a choice to have pancake machine over rolls. Pancake machine never worked. Hot water took forever to get to our room on the fifth floor and was never more than lukewarm. Breakfast staff was rude to guests. Shooing guests out who were five minutes early to breakfast area. Almost shooed me out until I said I just wanted coffee. Tried to interact with staff during our multi day stay, most do not speak English. Nor would they even smile.

Location is great. They have very friendly service. As we miss our flight and have to check in early but we call them n know our situation they waited for us until late night. Thankyou for understanding.

"You can sleep in you car in our parking lot"....that's what they told us. These folks have no respect or appreciation for their customer. Booked a room here. Confirmed room with a guaranteed late check-in. Drove 6 hours to Miami only to get call from the Holiday Inn to be told our room had been cancelled because they were over booked. What? How on earth does this happen. How off they overbook the hotel knowing they were going to have to cancel people traveling into town. How little concern and lack of respect do you you all have for your customers. Pathetic.

While the service is great and it's great looking grounds the rooms are about a decade+ in the past. A bulky tv with a remote that hardly worked, and even the suites are slightly exaggerated and a bigger bathroom, not worth the extra. I'd go about 2 minutes up the road and stay in a full apartment for $15 more than their suite.
