I absolutely love this hotel. Our stay was perfect. Breakfast is superb with so much variety. Housekeeping was excellent, amazing rooms which were perfect and so comfortable with a good size bathroom. The beds were heavenly. . Every member of staff is so pleasant and helpful. I must make mention of Fatima at reception, We will definitely be back. Well done

This place gave me the most unpleasant experience I ever had in a Hotel. Our bed sheet had a huge stain smelling like urine - stain was so big I have no idea how it was missed. To make things worse, manager took a very defensive, unsympathetic and unreasonable stance offering a mere $30 discount. Stay away from this place.

In a nutshell, no frills for a good price. We were greeted by Diamond at the front desk and she was extremely friendly and helpful. The room was clean, and the bed was comfy. This hotel is very very basic, but for $97 in Miami it was worth it for a quick night stay. The water pressure was low but it was a hot shower nonetheless. The parking area is secure and when we checked in at 11 pm there was a security guard on site and the place felt safe. Didn’t use the pool but it looked nice!

I stayed here on Nov.10-12 2023. The first night the room was dirty and had no hot water and hardly any water pressure, when I called the front desk the man that answered the phone said "you have to talk to my boss in the morning there is nothing I can do" so I walked down to the desk and the lady behind the counter (who was the only good thing about this motel) helped us to another room. On the 11th my son and I went fishing all day and upon returning to the room found that someone had been in our room and turned the AC all the way up to 78degrees. I asked if that was normal and all the staff denied that anyone would go in the room. There where no blankets on the bed. The 2nd room although cleaner than the first was still nasty. Tje elevator smells like an ash tray andbis sketchy to be honest im suprised it even works. I can promise I will never stay in another motel 6 for as long as I live.

I came here due to an emergency and the staff was absolutely amazing and extremely helpful and understanding. Patty the manager was so great she made sure I felt safe and was on top of my safety. My daughter was staying here and Yaimi was really helpful and always made sure she had what she needed. I will definitely be staying here again. Thank you guys so much for everything.

Since our family arrived Nina from the front desk has shown us great hospitality and customer service. Nina always has a great attitude and ready to assist us in whatever we may need. The room is a good size,comfortable beds,nice floors and super cold a/c.

My stay at this hotel was absolutely amazing. From the moment I arrived, the staff made me feel welcome and comfortable. The room was clean and spacious, the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the complimentary breakfast was delicious. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a great place to stay

terrible experience. do not stay in this place. it smells of cigarettes and marijuana, inside and outside the rooms. the photos on the page do not look like the place at all, it is old, neglected and dirty. The surroundings are not very safe. I had to move to another hotel.

Stayed Wednesday night through Sunday morning, in town for a family wedding and we chose this place because it seemed to be a good value. The hotel was under badly needed renovation. Our room wasn't very clean at all, there was dust and dirt and op "hair" throughout

Amazing place if you want to stay in a quiet area but still really in the center of everything. Very friendly owner and also reception staff! Went out of his way to help me with any kind of question or issue. If I could I would give even more than 5/5. Can only recommend this place to anyone. Spotlessly clean, great location, very fast response, even I arrived quite late twice, check-in was very fast and uncomplicated. Anytime again!”

It was a very nice outing with my wife ,theservice at checking was kind and courteous, the room were lovely huge and clean wonderful view. We just love this Hotel and we will be going there for our next get away.

I was extremely let down by this place. Smelled like weed through the air vent in my room. I'm disabled. I reserved my room a head of time for first floor, ended up on 6 th floor. Kept asking for towels and a blanket, never got any, no bed spreads on either bed. The fitted sheet was put on inside out and had a burn hole in it.stephnie was very sweet. All the other staff, including Gary,treated me like a homeless person.i grew up in this area and graduated from palmetto high. I'm not ignorant nor homeless.i was in town for a dear friend's funeral! I'd driven 1100 miles to get there and couldn't get clean towels for a shower and paid 96.00 for my first night there..75..for each additional one. If I didn't Have to stay there because of my dogs, believe me,I wouldn't EVER go back there again! Just my advice, take your own sheets yourself and blankets and towels ....etc, so you won't have to do with out! I rays good hotel a -0*

By far the best hotel I have stayed at. The staff are always friendly to my wife and kids and I. We have stayed at this hotel time and time again. Rooms are always clean and the 24/7 service they give is amazing. Mr. Gary always there to welcome you and Marisol and Harvey continue to serve above and beyond. The whole staff top to bottom are 5 stars.

It’s really nice here. Stayed here for a little while while I got back on my feet. Melitta is super friendly and great to talk to! And parking that’s only for the hotel makes me feel more safe with my valuables!!! A good place to stay for the affordable prices

The employees are friendly. However smells of mold in room. Found black mold behind head boards. Rooms were spacious. Location is great. The mall is across the street and mcdonalds, gas station is next door. Love the staff here they were hospitable and kind! Great veiws as well.

I’ve been having the most comfortable stay a big part to Mr.Gary he is the one I usually go through for anything and he has been the absolute best. He is polite, friendly, and his hospitality is off the charts I have been loving my stay due to him

I did my research on hotels in the area and I went with this one because we loved everything about it. The customer service was top- notch. The rooms were clean and the beds were extremely comfortable. I will highly recommend this hotel and I will definitely be returning.

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. Not only Were the rooms immaculate! But the service I received at the front desk was outstanding!!! Ms.Brown The night auditor was warm, and friendly. She was extremely knowledgeable of the area, which made getting around town, a lot easier for me as a tourist.

Staff is nice. Very busy location; will hear all traffic on the turnpike. Rooms are not very clean. A/C systems leak into the rooms and need cleaning. Family was here for a memorial from out-of-state; I would NOT recommend this place to anyone. It's a shame... this place has a lot of potential. Only sheets on beds; one roll of halfway-expended toilet paper. Rooms all smell of weed.

Melitta is very friendly she helped me and my family when we moved in she made sure everything was perfect for us and our kids. Our overall stay at motel 6 was phenomenal! I will be back

Front desk staff was great. First room had a door to the adjoining room that would not shut let alone lock. We switched rooms and the staff was nice and apologetic. The second room didn't have that problem but the front door would not latch. You could push the door open with just a bit of force. We didn't feel comfortable leaving our stuff in there. We only stayed one night and the deadbolt worked so we just locked that and stayed in the room. The beds were clean but there was some dirt/hair in the corners of the room. This should have been easy to vacuum. You get what you pay for so if you are just sleeping I guess it works but I would not suggest staying for more than one night.

During evacuating for Hurricane Ian, the staff allowed our family of 5 pets to stay in two separate rooms so we can provide care to them and keep our family safe. This is outside the normal policy, and this staff looked into their hearts and saw our situation as a need to be safe during a category 5 storm. Thank you Motel 6 Culver Bay staff, you were all so friendly to our dogs and we are so grateful for allowing us that haven.

Great value for the money. The room was larger and more comfortable than expected. We did experience low water pressure. Staff were quick to respond to our requests in this matter. Hair dryer and iron available at front desk only.

The rooms felt quite retro which was fun and they were spacious. The elevator sucked and took forever (I think there was only one). The parking was behind a little arm gate and your needed your key card for hotel and elevator access. It wasn't bad but I don't think I'd stay here again unless there was a really good deal. At least the beds were actually queens and it had a pool!

My experience was less than bar none 5 stars, Ive stayed at several Motel6's throughout Florida due to my occupation and current living arrangements. Compared to others this has been the best one Ive stayed to date. I stayed in several rooms and all were clean and taken cared of. On the daily you'd see maintenance zipping up and down the floors doing everything on a timely fashion up keeping the location and the pool and sitting area are great places to decompress after a long day. Security roams the floors and are attentive to ones well being and make their presence felt. Brandon was who I looked forward to seeing everyday because he would always be with a welcoming attitude and who went above and beyond for me several times not only for me but my mom and dog Leo. My mom says this has been the best overall from several Motel6's we have stayed at. If the stars are not up there over 4 I feel it has to be because some of the individuals who have high expectations not realizing theyre prices are competitive and not consistent. Other than that I am pleased and grateful for my experience at this particular Motel6, whenever in South Florida or heading to the Keys and need to stop for rest, I highly recommend this location and thank you again 🙏🏼

The front desk lady Leona was very kind and well accommodating, great hospitality, and exceptional customer service. She helped me with my every needs! The rooms were nice and clean. Overall had a great time and enjoyed my stay.

What made my stay at the Motel 6 was the excellent patience and customer service of the staff doing what is necessary and beyond, the kindness and beauty the radiates inside and out of Diamond G, when you first walk in. A voice and smile so sweet that even Hell would not seem that bad walking in. The rooms were clean. Fresh sheets and soft white wash cloths and towels.The coffee was tasty. The location was convenient. And again the "STAFF" was very sweet and accommodating with no hesitation. The air conditioning could cool off Satan. I would recommend this specific Motel 6.

This is my hotel of choice every time I need hotel accommodations. The rooms are spacious, comfy, and have a cool vibe. The staff is great! The manager is attentive, helpful, and even funny! I should be embarrassed I don't know her name. Also, I have to give, Nigel (front desk agent), an extra 5 STARS for his excellent customer service skills! *****. They always welcome my dog, which is the best and most important amenity in my opinion, and my dog loves staying here.

The rooms are spacious, clean and very comfortable. You will feel very welcomed here by the great staff. I would like to recognize the great customer service from Diamond Grant at the front desk who is super-friendly and very patient and helpful. She is doing a great job.

Parking lot is way too small for the amount of people that are staying at this hotel unless they have more Parking elsewhere that they failed to mention when I checked in. It is a 6 story building so probably about 600 rooms or more 🤔 and only one elevator was working the whole week I was there I left for work for two weeks and then went back and elevator was still not working. You think 🤔 that would be a priority to have fixed as soon as possible. I don't recommend that you drink the coffee they provide for in the morning drink at own risk is all I'm going to say

Hot water doesn't work well. Barely warm to cold most of the time. The floors in the room are super dirty. The rooms themselves have good space. If they cleaned the place better and fixed the water I would increase the rating. Not sure how safe it is either. I won't be returning.

Good enough for this price and quality. Clean, comfortable for short time for family with dog 🐕. Good bed, kitchen corner with microwave and mini refrigerator, TV and bathroom. We also liked swimming pool and behind was nice dog park with benches under the palms. As for me it’s good for family with dog (because pet friendly and dog park here in motel territory) and toddler because near macdonalds with free playground 🛝inside.

Rooms with king size beds are clean comfy and nice size. If you get a room on 3rd floor or up you get a decent little view. Great hotel for the price. A lot of good food real close also.

BE AWARE‼️ Discrimination at it finest General manager: Patty (Caucasian) has made false reports and removals on several loyal families whose paid over 3k plus a month to stay there. This location is the epitome of BAD business! Motel 6 was recently sold on July 1, 2022 to a new franchise owner and is now taking advantage of their illegal activities. Their maintenance employees have the privilege to walk around with a master key and enter into guest rooms unbeknownst to them and burglarize the guest properties. 0 stars!

You will need to get a new room key every day, because their keys suck. Also they don't have Shampoo or conditioner.

Horrible Experience! First of all there is no housekeeping so you don’t get fresh towels unless you stop by down stairs and collect them from the front desk! The beds are horrible they are flat and don’t really Have cushion to them! They only Give two pillows for a queen size bed and the pillows are flat also the sink water stinks! One of the days I was walking downs stairs to come to my room and I saw the hotel sheets on the floor in a nasty room with wet floors and they were waiting to be washed! Made me feel disgusting that I was using those same sheets in my room that are laying on that nasty floor waiting to be washed! I know they are going to be washed but why not have them in a basket not on a wet nasty dirty cement floor and for the guest to see! I called down to the front desk and after to failed calls someone finally answered! When I asked why housekeeping never came They said because of the pandemic we don’t go into peoples rooms anymore! That’s ridiculous when I was letting the employee know that no one ever told me we had to pick up our own towels she just hung up On me and didn’t answer when I called back! Like i said I give this motel a 1 star horrible customer service rooms are just nasty and unpleasant! I will not be coming back here again!

Absolutely disgusting, the floor was filthy, covered in hair and what felt like sand. when I wiped the floor with a towel The towel turned black, the toilet ran all night. The shower had hair in it, there’s no refrigerators. The ice buckets were just a plastic tub and the ice melted Immediately. elevator was broken, no Wi-Fi, had to pay cash…. the worst motel experience of my life. And I did not feel safe one bit clientele staying there, I’m pretty sure lived there and was very ghetto.

This hotel is dirty!! We just needed a spot to get a few hours of sleep after an extremely long travel day. It served its purpose but don't hope for a hot shower or even a warm one.

The concierge were very nice, but sadly that is the only good thing i can say about this place. After checking in I went to the elevator,( which only worked not even half the time, and ilwe were up on the 5th floor) while waiting i was greeted by the most rude housekeeper! She thought it was ok to curse A LOT and loudly about my dogs, who were leashed, sitting, quietly and right at my legs. Another guest was standing there and went and told the front desk about how she acted, yet of course no action was taken. When i get to the room it smells so bad i had to light candles the whole time we were in the room. The toilet had hairs left on it! The light switches had black build up and gunk on every single one. The windows, floor, tub, sink were all filthy. I had to clean the WHOLE room to even feel ok about being in the room. The towels were so stained i didn't trust using them so we had to use our beach towels.

I am a repeated customer. I love staying at this motel. Customer service is great. Marisol is amazing and goes above and behind to correct any problems that have may occurred. Completely happy with the staff.
