I have stayed in candlewood hotel before but not the suite. This place is amazing, quiet and big. I forgot to take photos of the room but what I've booked vs what I get, I loved what I got. My husband and I stayed here for 1 night and loved it. The location was quiet, away from busy area but if drive to this suite at certain hours, you will get caught in a terrible traffic. The room is big, nice king size bed, kitchen and living room. The bathroom. Is situated closer to the kitchen so you can have your privacy when your other half is in the bedroom. I'm not sure about the pillow though, they have soft and hard but it makes no different and I ended up with sore neck. Overall good stay, clean and nice environment.

We had a 4 day reservation. The shower is cold. Lucky if you get hot water. The worse part is that we have to be begging for towels. Last two days we were asking and calling so many times for towels and they never came. Went to front desk and they just told me to wait another hour because they were washing. 5 hours later still no towels. We just decided to leave the last day to go to another hotel. Never had issues like this from any hotel.

The hotel is ok normally the front desk is always friendly going above and beyond however today the guy Howard was terrible his customer service was normal to the couple in front of me even had them out in three min or less he looked up at me then made a disapproving look looked back at his screen then proceeded to be rude nonchalant and literally made me wait twenty min while he “prepared my reservation” even though everything was already prepaid for including deposit since me and my children stayed the night before normally customer service is amazing at this location however at this moment and time the rude racist guy in the front needs to go! Feel extremely discriminated against

We arrived to the hotel very late, tired and hungry. The receptionist on duty was Abigail (from Jamaica). I told her how tired and exhausted I was and really did not need any additional drama. She politely gave me the option of personally viewing 2 different rooms. They were both clean and well kept rooms. She invited us to go to the little snack booth where we grabbed a frozen dinner and heated in the microwave with east. For the duration of my stay, we did not have any problems - wish the housekeeping service was more than once per week, but it was fine with me as I'm always clean and tidy. You could exchange clean towels and linen at the reception as often as you wish I was hesitant to book at Candlewood based on other reviews, especially pet issues, but it was the most convenient to where I needed to be and had full kitchenette and laundry facility. There is no charge to use the laundry either. Every day was a pleasant one. Abigail (my favorite) Jennie, Krystina, Anabelle and Tony are the most amazing representatives. also met a supervisor (can't remember her name but she wore high leather boots), she's also amazing.

Good hotel for the price. Enough parking spots. The receptionist at the front desk was super helpful and friendly. Rooms have a kitchenette and a lot of kitchen utensils. If you need other things, you can loan them at the front desk.

We stayed 1 day in this hotel. We had several kind of bad experiences with the staff. First of all once we step in the hotel Reception guy was very rude to my husband 😒 then the second day we requested for late check out due to elite gold card holder has right. They even didn't respond us even they charged second day without getting approval. When we ask them they said there is no late check out policy which was a lie .when we were out , my kids were at room they tried to kick them out from room 🙄we told the kids can come down in front of reception desk. They said my kids to put all my luggages in the meeting room . While we try make check out a lady who works in reception desk said "remove your stuff in meeting room which u have belong to you otherwise we will rent you meeting room " rudely... we travel several country and prefer to stay ihg hotels due to customer services and didn't have any issues before, except for this hotel in particular.

I came for a short stay as a solo female traveller. Very quiet rooms. I was not disappointed. I highly recommend these suites for any female who is travelling solo. Close to all the major shopping areas, London Square , Walmart etc .

my family and i stayed for a week and we loved our stay everyone was so nice and friendly the staff was very kind especially maria she was very helpful for anything that we needed for our stay. the hotel was very clean and we loved that it has a kitchen for long stays like this overall a 10/10 i definitely recommend this hotel and any other location that they have

My family and I spent four days at the Candlewood Suits and I can honestly say that it was one of the best hotel experiences I have had in a long time. For starters the room was gorgeous, very clean and taken care of not to mention everything we could ever ask for and beyond was available. The rooms even have their own built in stove which made cooking meals that much easier. The location was convenient as it was rather close to our old home, we stayed here due to being in the process of moving out of our townhouse and into an apartment. The Suites were right between where we were going and where we were coming from so it made it the ideal location. Lastly the service. What can I say, the staff was amazing in every way possible. Everyone did their part to make my stay as comfortable and the stressful process of moving more bearable but none more so then Maria. From helping my grandmother with a soap dispenser to answering my many many questions, Maria and the rest of the staff definitely helped make my stay at the Candlewood Suites a memorable one and I would strongly recommend that anyone looking for a 5 star experience definitely spend a few nights at this amazing location.

We are beyond pleased. The room is so clean and spacious. The bathroom is spotless, bed is comfy, AC is COLD, fridge looks like it's brand new, TV has good channels and the kitchenette is equipped with a regular size microwave, dishwasher, dishes, and a mini stove. All this for a very fair price, and they are pet friendly. What a great find on the way to the Keys. Highly recommend! The front desk personnel is very pleasant and kind as well.

The stay here was excellent due to all areas being clean and tidy, the front desk staff was extremely nice and helpful. Also, they had a nice “lending locker” feature I had not seen in other stays, which is a entertainment station. Coffee was great, sheets clean, towels clean, and they have dish soap and a way to clean your dishes. I would stay again, highly recommend!

This hotel is discriminative, and their staff is unprofessional. The women on the housecleaning crew act like they work on the street, the demeanor is unruly, disrespectful, and they have no etiquette. The only person out of the whole staff that was kind was Julissa. The housekeeping manager/front desk manager seeks out to harass individuals whom she finds less than others, and it shows through her biases and her lurking around walls and corners when she sees people of color. Yet she doesn't know I am part Hispanic. Her terminology used also displays dislike for anyone that she feels doesn't use a certain form of payment to accommodate their room reservation. I highly recommend staying somewhere else, although the hotel had great amenities the staff is far from great. Don't make a complaint to their corporate office as they will ask you to leave. They also don't abide by their own polices. I am also disabled and had to find another location to accommodate my remaining days, and they wouldn't even accommodate me until 3pm and were adamant about me checking out at 12pm forcing me to hang somewhere with my belongings for 3 hours until check-in at the new hotel. Even after I stressed I wasn't in the condition to leave.

I walked in with my family, opened the door. Smelled that room and immediately checked out. That smells AWFUL it smells like 10 years of animal urine in there. My pants are covered in pet dander. Literally filthy everywhere I didn’t even bother to check the bathroom. Also the hotel is super humid. The staff was friendly though. I feel bad that their bosses have them sitting in a 90degree front desk. Even they deserve better. Gross

Absolute favorite. We lost our home in Hurricane Ian and we're staying here. Place is perfect. Staff is excellent and very welcoming to us and our 3 dogs. Highly recommend.

I would recommend this hotel to anyone that or looking for a nice place it's very nice and clean beds are very comfortable... Staff or very friendly there one staff name Anna Bell she's was very nice sweet and warm and would take care of visitors quickly and attend to their need very professional. Anna Bell keep up the great work you're going places in the world beyond your amazing imagination!!!

This hotel has been great on both my visits. My only complaint is they don't clean til after you're there 7 days but I'd 100% stay again.

Great choice for staying in Kendall area. The rooms are full equipped with stove, fridge, and microwave. Really quiet environment, easy access to main expressways. The staff is very nice and professional. The have fruit and coffee 24/7 which is really appreciated. The pool and BBQ area is nice. The prices is very affordable.

Uncomfortable bed. AC wouldn’t cool below the moderate setting they keep it on. Now matter how low I set it, it was too warm to use covers. You can barely get in the bathroom because the door blocks the vanity. Loud traffic. Not the pl e to stay if you are looking for a good night sleep

DO NOT STAY HERE! this hotel was extremely dirty and disgusting. There was only one hotel staff there after 5pm handling all clients and maintenance/housekeeping options . They checked us into a room and we immediately tried to check out and they would not give us a refund. We had a terrible experience. There was no manager on staff at night and when we called their corporate office they would not help us after hours of being on the phone. The hotel manager,Howard, was extremely rude and did not even let us speak up about our issue. There were ants, cockroaches, and stains on the beds, and the door did not lock after being moved to 3 different rooms we were moved to. We had to check out and leave to another hotel. It was disappointing. I’m not sure how a hotel runs this way. You cannot even blame the staff. They are overworked and underpaid and must recieve complaints from unhappy customers all day with the circumstances they are given. The place is by no means safe or clean.

The managers were very rude and unfair. Due to flight cancellation, I was late to arrive at the hotel. I was scheduled to stay for 4 days. They charged me for 5 days (one extra day), since I arrived late due to flight cancellation. After my flight was canceled, I called the hotel and they confirmed not to charge for the missed day when I told them about my delayed arrival. The Internet didn't work for one whole day. Also, the toilet flush was not functioning properly for our whole stay of 4 days. They did not send the plumber despite I called the reception desk on the first day itself. I wouldn't recommend this hotel at any cost.

Very clean updated interior. Room layout is a little funky. Closet is in the kit3area and you can't stand at the bathroom sink with the door open. But the bed is comfortable and the a/c works great and is quiet.

Great experience at the hotel cute little kitchens kind of hard to cook on such small ranges but at least you can cook we'll you can cook we only had one problem and it was the laundry situation where they make you make an appointment but everyone that makes appointments never shows up so we figured why not just let us come to our d*** laundry. Extremely comfortable beds very nice employees cute little shops in the LA Vida borrow equipment for the room or buy stuff cute pull outside free parking that's abundant. Close to the airport

Nice service, clean, feels fairly new. Little kitchenette in the room with everything you may need in the kitchen, tho dishes and silver only came in twos. There is a pool, little gym, laundry available, lending locker, a large pantry with alcoholic beverage selection as well. But the best thing is we were able to bring our dog with us! 🐕😁🛏️

We spent ten nights at this hotel. Room was clean, nice and comfortable beds. Housekeeping personnel very friendly, but manager was rude. It took them four days to get us body wash! They had only two washers and one dryer for the entire hotel. The stove knobs were loose, bathroom cabinet drawer was broken and the plate inside the microwave did not rotate.

Annabelle and Melanie are the best. I was staying in room 206 and wanted to extended my stay, Annabelle (front desk) made sure that i did not have to change my room. My car broke down near by and Melanie was kind enough to make sure I made it back safe and sound and guided me in the right direction. They both are phenomenal employees and made my stay the best experience I've ever had. If you are visiting the area, Candlewood suites is the absolute best place to go.
