This was my first time at this restaurant and it was a wonderful experience. I came mainly for the unlimited sushi and sashimi and it was delicious. Don't fall for the few negative reviews written by people who will find anything to complain about. The only thing is that they only serve sashimi for dinner only. Not lunch. This place is much more laid back and elegant than your typical buffet. They also play nice relaxing music and the waitresses are very polite and attentive. Be sure to give the sushi and hibachi guys a tip for the excellent work.

Better than ever while maintaining social distancing/COVID protocols. Barrier between buffet and customers. You choose and employee serves portion. Food was very fresh and delicious! All you can eat for $13.99 weekday lunch. Sushi chefs will gladly make you a custom roll also (I usually tip them a couple of dollars). Sushi, Chinese buffet and made to order stir fry with chicken, beef, shrimp and vegetables and more. I will be back for sure!

First time at this buffet and the food was a total disaster. We went in for the sushi but couldn’t even stomach anything except the fruits. The restaurant has a good ambience but the food just didn’t meet up.

Went this past Sunday May 15,2022 for late lunch a party of 5 friends from out of the country. Haven’t being back to this place since the Pandemic hit . The food was good , but nothing like before. Service was pretty good and staff attentive and courteous. They do honor discount for seniors during dinner time, not during lunch hours. Food variety wasn’t like before, but I don’t know if it was because I used to come during dinner and never during lunch. I will try to come back at dinner time to compare. Linda the owner retired, don’t know who is talking over

Very charming inside! Overlook the outside and give it a try, you would be surprise! Pros: -crudo and sushi selections are good with fresh taste! -cozy ambience inside -free parking Cons: -they refused to use a debit visa gift card -food variety in general is not that big

Arrived on a Saturday afternoon with 3 adults and 4 kids. Seated right away. Staff were very attentive and polite. Warned me about the 15% included tip for party of 6 or more, so I did not have to tip again. But I still gave her more for being honest. Food selection was a little different from the pictures, but I guess the dinner selection is different from the Lunch one. I did not see sashimi or crab legs. The food was delicious, and we tried almost everything. The kids love different flavors of ice cream. A salmon hand roll and Habachi were a good surprise. Recommend this place for hungry travelers.

Super good full service Japanese and sushi buffet resturant with habachi also. All fresh and well made. Lots of desserts. Plenty of parking and decent service. Well worth the $19.95. Try it, you'll like it for sure. I'll be going back.

I had an amazing experience at Shinju Buffet! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ The sushi and hibachi dishes here are absolutely fantastic. I couldn't get enough of the fresh, flavorful sushi rolls – they were a true delight for my taste buds. The hibachi grill experience was equally impressive; watching the skilled chefs prepare the dishes right in front of me was both entertaining and delicious. The variety of food options at Shinju Buffet is impressive, catering to every palate. The ambiance is inviting, and the staff is friendly and attentive. It's a top-notch dining destination that I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a memorable meal. Five stars all the way! 🍣🍱🔥👏

We have been here three times. The service is good, and the food is delicious. Vicky has been our waitress casually two of these three times. She is the best!!. In a place where you receive perfect attention and the food is delicious definitely you will come back.

A good buffet ! Plenty of options, even when it’s full the wait isn’t too long. Service was good and the food was good ! I like the takeout option as well. Would recommend to anyone who wants a nice buffet !

I didn't get to eat here, I was expecting more cooked seafood. I like sushi selection, it had multiple options. There were no cooked shrimp, king crab legs or oysters. It looked clean, staff was friendly, just it was not for us. Also there's an option for hibachi which looks like it's the popular spot, the cook was busy. Friendly staff.

Love this place! The sushi/sashimi is high quality. The cooked dishes are delicious. Service is quick to pick up dirty dishes and refill water. They have something for everyone: kids, non-sushi people, non- seafood people, etc. Try it. You won't be disappointed!

Just had the worst experience at this buffet today I was using the woman’s restroom with my daughter and a male employee walked in did not even say anything and started putting away the toilet paper he had a huge box with him that was blocking the entrance I literally stormed out and called for a manager the manager was a young woman who did not really seem to care there was no apology or anything the waitress were more apologetic than the manager I felt so disrespected do not recommend this place after my bad experience and if you do go be careful when you are using the restroom that does not even have a door it’s just a piece of cloth covering the door so anyone can go inside. the food is good terrible costumer service. Would definitely like to speak to the owner about my experience this was not handled the right way by management and I am sure this is not the kind of treatment that they want their costumers to experience.

The Shinju Japanese Buffet has a good varierity of sushi and Asian cuisine. The sushi rolls and sashimi are basic (nothing elaborated) but the flavors are good and they are always fresh. It’s a good option but a little pricy in my opinion, compared to other local buffets. They charge kids of 10 and 11 years old as adults (so basically everybody is an adult and pays $24.99 + beverages). If you do the math you will be spending way more than $100 for a party of 4 (having kids and not including alcoholic beverages) and that is what it cost a regular very nice sushi restaurant in Miami

Shinju Japanese buffet is not a big Japanese buffet restaurant. I can't say that there are a lot of choice of foods, but the most basic and popular dishes you will be able to find. Sushi in a large assortment in there, I didn’t try everything, but what I had a chance to taste was not bad. It was delicious. There were not a huge amount of seafood, only shrimp and mussels, maybe I didn’t notice something. Desserts were very tasty, there were also 5-6 types of ice cream. There were 3 types of soups. About service. Service was very good. The waiters regularly came and cleaned the dirty dishes. The music was not loud, but pleasant. The room itself was also very tidy. In general, I considered this buffet as an average, typically Asian institution. If you pass by in full, you can stop by and eat. By the way, their prices vary. At lunch until 3:30 the price is lower than in the evening. For 4 person (2 kids) I 90$ paid . Bon appetit 😉 Khumoyun Akhmadjonov

We visited Shinju today, 10/01/2023, at 1:15 to celebrate my aunt's birthday. Our waitress, I wish we would have got her name, but she was awful. She was rushing and giving us attitude the whole time. Even when we were singing Happy Birthday, she was rolling her eyes. We were shocked by her behavior. She just wanted us out quickly because it was a busy day. She spoiled our lunch with her unpleasant attitude. We will never come here again.
