I live at isles at Bayshores, waterways for 3 years now. The management is horrible, we have a rat infestation, rats coming from outside running around the house inside the walls and they do Nothing. Now this is a 4 room town house and 4 adults live here. We have 4 cars and the garage is very small, they don’t allow Residents to park in visitor parking. They don’t answer bathe phone and don’t get back to emails but they are watching us all the Time, they know all we do, who get in and out of my house and how long they stay. I feel like I am living in CUBA. I hope to move out when my lease is over.

I can’t believe it how they don’t let husbands and wife go inside the club house with one membership. Their policies are getting worst and worst what kind of management is this. This place looks like more checkpoint. Their stuff looks to be nice people but very unprofessional. I am asking for change with their rules. Used to be way better ten years ago. All homeowners she refused to their new regulations. The place is beautiful but zero star to their policies.

Nice looking pool. Way overpriced for membership. Sub par gym equipment in a cramped space. The outside of the grounds is attractive however with what you pay for HOA the additional membership fee to use the facility is egregious. The photos are professionally done which isn’t a bad thing. The place actually looks good, which is a plus as well. Prices and policies are the main detractors. Not being able to have a family member or friend accompany you to the pool when you have membership is criminal. Also there is a limit to how many person can share the membership even if you live at the same residence. These are policies which need to change. It’s cute if you’ve never experienced a Clubhouse before but if you have, you’d be disappointed by their policies.

Poorly maintained. Staff just looks at their phones all day. (did that rhyme?) Pool is not very clean. Gym is small but is cleaner than the pool. price of what people have to pay to be part of this club is a little bit of a waste.

It's always the same, you come to the gym at the time they supposedly open, you wait half an hour or more and they haven't opened yet and you pay a very high monthly fee 😡😡😡 I just came to the gym in the afternoon and there is a paper that says they close at four I came last night and there was no notification When they have to close they have to let them know one or two days in advance because you waste your time coming to a place that is closed. And you are paying a lot of money and they do what they want 😡😡😡😡

Great place to hang out and tan and watch the kids play. I have always found it beautifully maintained. The staff is curtious amd professional.

The island of bayshores clubhouse doesn't follow the opening hours. The clubhouse is closed at 6:30am during weekdays when it is supposed to be open.

the Pool Can be good and all but they have really bad customer service treating residents really bad for no reason having bad attitude.

I was there on father’s day.there was only one guy working.at 3pm we were asked to leave the pool area.because they were closing.it was supposed to be open until 8pm.we were told by others neighbors that they apparently do this every weekend and also weekdays.

The pool is huge, the gym is clean, allways has new equipment, jacuzzi always at the right temperature and clean. Lots of tables, umbrellas and lounge chairs. The clubhouse is and excellent venue to celebrate birthdays or any other occasion. Bathroom are huge and clean and the personal are fabulous.

I love the club house at isles at Bayshore. The staff is nice, it’s nice and clean. The gym is great and the Zumba classes are fantastic.

It’s a great club to spend the day at the huge pool always clean and clear. Gym, bathrooms and a playground for the kids. It’s good to be a member of it!!! It’s nice to live in a community like this one.

I was with my family in the restaurant and a very nice waiter called Sheyla Ojeda was very profesional and careful with us. She tested us well and I would give it 10 out of ten and more waiters like this are needed! I would come again! Thanks!

The association and administration are horrible! DO NOT BUY A PROPERTY HERE. They take your money and don’t help you. You’re paying a high amount in HOA and the association never answers. No one wants to help you!!!!

Great private gym for the community. It isn’t big, nor does it have much free weights... but the equipment it does have is great and kept in decent working order. Machines rarely breakdown but when they do, it takes a long time for them to get fixed. But breakdowns don’t happen much, so it’s good.
