LOVE this butcher!!! DELICIOUS! Most products are from Uruguay. The owner is usually there & is excited to share his knowledge of beef & pork. It’s so nice to have a mom & pop butcher close by that REALLY cares. Prices are ALL over the place depending on the cut of beef BUT they are ALL worth it!! EXCELLENT for throwing on the grill. If I could I’d give them 100 stars. If you are conscious about the meet you eat this place will NOT disappoint. They’re on instagram also if you want a better look! After visiting just once they remembered us! LOVE them!

Wow I forgot how real meat tasted like! My new favorite Meat shop! Pablo is the man and his team is extremely nice, I would highly recommend you checking out that shop .. you will thank me later !!

HANDS DOWN THE BEST BEEF IN MIAMi!!!! I used them recently to get some Grass Fed New York Strip Steaks to cater for the Washington Wizards after the game. The Beef was very tender and the Quality was Excellent. I ordered 25 Steaks and could not be happier!!! It was a pleasure to work with Pablo and his staff, they are very to detail about there Beef and they are the Real Deal. I reccomend them for anybody looking for Beef a cut above the rest, and there prices are very reasonable!!!

Valter and the Gaucho Ranch Team have such joy and passion in what they do it reflects in the food and the mood of the people they serve. They made my boyfriend’s 50th Birthday celebration incredible! They managed to WOW a large group of lifetime restaurant and hospitality people. Very hard crowd to please but everyone was blown away with the quality of the food, live service and presentation. We appreciate you Valter and the awesome Gaucho Ranch team for all the passion and energy you brought to such a memorable day! We definitely will be calling you for our next event!

I went in today to pick up a Porterhouse steak after speaking to a very pleasant Pablo over the phone. I've been looking for a good butcher shop in town for some time now and Gaucho Ranch kept coming up at the top of my search. I was expecting a typical grocery store kind of shop, but was pleased to find a very clean, organized delightful shop with a variety of things meant to pair perfectly with a steak. Although I didn't get to meet Pablo, Daniel was super helpful. I ended up leaving with two filets and promised to come back and try the porterhouse!

Amazing and vast selection of products, from grass fed meat to Argentinian wines. They have everything you need for a successful Asado including fabulous chimichurri and mate. Friendly service from the Gaucho Ranch team starting with Pablo, the Argentinian owner, with an accent that makes you believe you are in Buenos Aires. They are all very knowledgeable and give good advice and pricing super reasonable.

Entirely overpriced. They should be named gouge-o ranch.

Meat tasted off, like it was spoiled and the consistency was not normal. Ended up getting sick and I made sure it was fully cooked too. On top of that they honored my Groupon at $10 less than what it was supposed to be. They do not treat Groupon customers the same as regular customers :-( Go to a farmers market instead.

Love your chimichurri sauces. Fabulous! I've purchased both flavors at Whole Foods. Thanks for using ingredients that even health conscious consumers like myself have no problem consuming. If you come out with additional sauce options I would like to try them.

Best meats in Miami. If you want fresh, grass fed beef, stop by or order on line. They ship nationwide. And once a month you can go and enjoy an evening with lots of meat.

Jean, Myriam, Gianpaolo and I had a wonderful time and GREAT food at Gaucho R the other nite ! Starting with the small plates ..The steaks are amazing as is the pork belly ! Salads and Desserts are terrific .. and what a great wine selection with a fantastic variety of Argentinian wines .. A small restaurant but a LARGE ambiance .. Enjoy !! Bob
