The
customer
service
at
this
location
is
nonexistent.
We
bought
my
husbands
ring
at
a
different
KAY
and
needed
a
smaller
size
after
moving.
We
brought
it
to
this
store,
they
first
ordered
the
wrong
ring.
Once
I
pointed
out
it
was
the
wrong
ring
they
said
they
found
the
correct
one
and
that
it
would
be
in
within
2
weeks.
It
took
6
weeks
to
get
there
and
within
those
4
extra
weeks
nobody
was
able
to
tell
me
when
it
would
be
there.
Once
the
ring
was
finally
there,
I
went
to
the
store
only
to
find
that
they
ordered
the
same
ring
they
did
the
first
time
which
was
not
the
correct
ring.
The
man
then
said
that
he
couldn’t
figure
out
what
the
correct
ring
was,
that
in
order
to
do
so
he’d
have
to
look
online
at
all
the
rings
one
by
one
and
implied
that
that
was
just
too
much
of
a
hassle
and
asked
me
if
I
didn’t
want
to
just
look
for
a
different
ring
in
their
store
when
my
husband
wasn’t
even
with
me.
I
returned
the
ring,
went
home
myself
onto
the
KAY
website
and
searched
for
tungsten
men’s
rings
and
found
the
correct
ring
within
15
minutes.
This
location
simply
has
made
it
to
where
I
will
never
return
to
a
KAY
jewelers.
