Can't even get someone one the phone, automated system not responding to even number choices. Forget actually getting as far as making appointment... and it's too far to go and "hope" we get in. Can't even find out on the website if they take our insurance!

These people don’t want to work. Te doctor/nurse whatever immediately said there were no available appointment because they close in 30 minutes. They close in an hour and the waiting area was completely empty. No sympathy whatsoever. Do not come to this place for help because you will not get it.

Make an appointment online before hand and you'll only need to wait 5-10 minutes. Friendly, quick, knowledgeable staff. Took my insurance. Been there 3 times.

Website states they provide wellness visits and physicals but This is not the case. Do not go here if you need a regular check up, doctor does not take your height, blood pressure or even weight and it seems they want you in/out quickly. Water fountain in waiting area did not work and was full of dust, you could tell it was not cleaned in weeks. Cvs location is also a bit run down and under construction

I was in and out in about 30 minutes for some vaccines I needed for college. The nurse practitioner was very professional, knowledgeable, and sweet (Her name was Beverly, I believe). I would definitely recommend coming to CVS Minute Clinic.

I've registered in the clinic and with all of the other people who registered after me and they kept on going inside and they registered BEFORE me, and we were the third on the list when she called out someone else that just came here and since we had been waiting for AN HOUR STRAIGHT we left. I recommend not going here you WILL be waiting for a few hours .

The Nurse Practitioner, Ms. Pineira was excellent!!! Professional, knowledgeable and caring. She patiently answered all my questions. I would give her 10 stars if I could!

I was a walk-in, The nurse took me in and helped me. She was very friendly and nice.

Horrible expirence with minute clinic. Was on time and nobody was infront or behind me and the workers said were busy when nobody was in the room. Stayed there for a while and she did not call me. There’s no option for 0 stars.

The nurse Dianelys who saw me was amazing! I was in super quick and was seen and tested for my throat and got results right that moment. The most kindest nurse I’ve ever been seen by.

Took my daughter to be seen. Was told they NO LONGER take walk ins. There was no one waiting to be seen. EXTREMELY UPSET Walked out and headed to urgent care. Will NEVER use CVS EVER AGAIN!!!!!!!

If I could add zero stars, I would. This place is terrible. Save your time and don't come here. Made an appointment ahead and when I arrived they informed me they didn't have the supplies needed for my screening and there is nothing they could do. Called customer service and the answer was the same. Not sure how a "healthcare" company can run like this.
