Getting my prescription put in my dive mask. Cannot wait!

I was cruising on my boat in FL when my glasses, both the frame and lenses were ruined. I don't have particularly good vision and my prescription is not "off the shelf" for sure. I had my prescription and called so many places. Their response was 3 weeks and I would have to go back there to pick them up. Thankfully I called Grant Eyeglasses. The team there is amazing. I came in and they helped me select a frame right then (she actually had to talk me down I was so frustrated). The glasses came in and they mailed them to me with tracking and overnight but the post office lost them!! Well the team was fantastic. They put some sort of special rush and had another pair made!!! The post office finally found them 10 days later and I got those. They then sent the extra pair to my home. I will always travel with 2 pairs of glasses from now on. But I can't say enough about how fabulous everyone at Grant is!!!!!!

I was very pleased with what they have done. I had a pair of motorcycle riding prescription goggles. I didn't care for them. So I went into Grant and talked to Judy she was very pleasant and helpful I explained to her my situation and she suggested that I have them produce some rimless glasses out of my lenses. So I agreed and the results were way beyond my expectations! Excellent!

The owner was rude horrible and nasty it was an older guy with a real bad nasty additude

Excellent optical shoppe. They have hearing center and optometrist on site. Service and staff are second to none.as are their glasses.

Helped me fix my glasses that none of the other big name stores would. Service was fast and friendly. They do not take insurance.

I spoke with the owner, Chuck Grant, on the phone, because I was looking for a low vision video magnifier for my grandmother and he used to display them in his store. Even though I am not a customer, he was incredibly helpful, taking a lot of time to speak with me and offer advice. He really could not have been nicer, and if I lived closer, I would certainly go here for my glasses.

Very helpful office. I was on vacation and broke my eyeglasses. After visiting four other stores, no one could help me. The last store suggested I try Grant and the staff here was very helpful. They were able to temporarily repair my glasses for $20 so I could get home. Thanks!

I can’t say enough good things about them! I was visiting a girlfriend from out of town when her puppy jumped up in my face and bent my glasses. I have Maui Jim’s and I was too afraid to bend them back into position and risk ruining them further. I also couldn’t go the rest of our trip with the condition they were in. I called in and asked if they did adjustments and was happily encouraged by the young lady on the phone to come on in. Not only did they adjust my glasses but they made me feel special and that it was no bother to do so. I also have picked out my next several pairs and plan to get my glasses from this office moving forward. They were a complete delight and made my huge oops a worry of the past. Thank you guys!

Fixed the ear pieces on husbands glasses, and replaced nose pads for a very reasonable cost. Happy with this transaction.

I have been going to Grant for many year, when they were on McGregor near Edison’s home. I now live in Naples but driving up 41 is worth every mile. They are always so nice and helpful! Today they went above and beyond and I can’t thank them enough! The silicon nose pads on my glasses had a crack and kept falling off. I asked if I could buy new pads. He took my glasses back and popped out the lens and cleans the glass and frame and put on beautiful new pads and said no charge because they back up glasses they sell! Such great people. Can’t wait for my next glasses!

Had purchased the glasses from an eye doctor here in Fort Myers about 3 years ago. The framed snapped in two. Went back to that eye doctor, found the frames were obsolete and no longer made. Was told I would have to order new lens and frames.. Very expensive! Upon a recommendation of a friend I checked out Grants. They found some frames that would fit my lenses. Saved a ton of $$$. Service was excellent and the staff are very friendly..

We are staying in FL for the winter. My glasses broke and personnel from Grant repaired them within 10 minutes of my arrival at the store. They were great!!

Grant eyeglasses fixed my sister's sunglasses for free and were gracious snd helpful!!!
