Wanted to buy the Groupon, however there was an error made on my part. I called several times, to which no one picked up the phone. Finally, I left a voicemail. I was really interested in this studio, the reviews were great and it was close to my home. I called back again, and Danielle said “ Amanda right, sorry I was supposed to call you back“. I was interested in the intro to Pilates class and was wondering if it would count as one of my classes from the Groupon. She mentioned it would not, and to just bring the Groupon voucher. after checking my computer, I realized that the error I made was putting the incorrect email address, I called back, received no response. I left another voicemail, I got a call back from them, Danielle says “I missed a call from you?” I’m not sure what type of customer service this is exactly, but I’m glad I am put it in the wrong email address and was not able to go forward with my Groupon purchase. They also mentioned that they would not price match for me, Their Instagram states that their Black Friday deals ends on 29 November. However, I am not able to get the same price Groupon offered from yesterday. don’t really understand the reviews behind this establishment. I can’t believe I was going to purchase ten classes Groupon at a studio that can’t pick up the phone or even provide average customer service.

Teachers knowledge is outstanding. Front desk is super helpful always. Customer service & professionalism of all individuals who work at the studio is on point. Couldn’t ask for more!

It's a great place, and it's very well located! Instructors are very professionals, and classes are always nice and challenging. Also they have a lot of instructors, so you can have a great variety of styles. You can choose the schedule that fits better for you, because they have plenty of options.

The amount of equipment both for fitness and rehabilitation at this place is amazing.

I can’t express how much I love this studio. I have been coming 4-5 days every week for the past year. Staff is wonderful. The instructors are amazing, very knowledgeable. The studio is very cozy and always welcoming. One thing I will say is, we need more Level 2 classes available (with Michelle Unzueta). She really understands the practice. We’re always excited to have her, but we need her more! Thanks Polestar!

The studio is huge with plenty of space for group and private classes. Always clean. The instructors are passionate and love teaching. My private instructor Michelle is amazing.

This Polestar group never disappoints. This organization and the new studio is run by professional physical therapists. The new space is bright and spacious with tons of natural light and all the best equipment available to balance your body and achieve the optimal length / strength relationships in your musculoskeletal system. The Polestar method of Pilates is a shining example of how creative physical therapists can take their medical knowledge, and enhance one of the best exercise methods available for healing from injury, surgery, or general postural imbalances. Because of their skill sets, and the thought that has gone into developing the Polestar Pilates methods, there is a night and day difference between signing up for general fitness club Pilates classes, and signing up for a Polestar class, private, or therapy session. I did survey other local studios that were closer to me before signing up at Polestar again, but can see that the others are missing the mark in terms of space, natural light, layout, and equipment, and of course they don't have the benefit of the Polestar Pilates methods and teacher skillsets. Happy to be back, and love the new facility.

I used to take classes at their South Miami location. When that location closed, I wanted to use the classes that were left in my package at their Dadeland location. But I was told I could only use them if I bought a new package. They will not give me a refund for the 17 classes left, worth $400, and will not let me use them either. So much for their initial allure of being able to take classes at any of their locations!

Since Ive been going to Polestar Pilates’s reformer classes, Ive seen positive changes - muscle tone, increased balanced, more energy and have better posture! Since this also a training location, I feel like the instructors are amazing and have a great way of making sure we understand each movement, while offering helpful modifications. They have a therapeutic focus which I also like. See you there!

Polestar is a very professional and well run fitness establishment. It is very clean, the staff is very friendly, the equipment is excellent. They offer a variety of classes at a variety of times during the day. I highly recommend them!

I'm a 7x stroke survivor and my one on one sessions with Monica are better for my overall body and recovery than anything conventional medicine has offered. I leave sessions feeling balanced both body and mind.

I would definitely recommend Polestar pilates! I came in with slight knee pain and my instructor Luana made sure to provide modifications while still giving me a challenge. I appreciate her attentiveness to all of the student's limitations. Although it is a group class it feels like it is personalized. Camille at the front desk was extremely helpful and kind. Looking forward to coming back. Thank you Polestar!

I had a private session with Chaney. I was a little off from an accident & unable to accomplish advanced exercises that I could previously perform. Chaney gave me some creative variations in order to practice the same exercise with more support.

Instructor provided thorough posture and alignment oversight. Great class!
