Beautifully maintained studio. A lot less people than the Homestead location I used to live near, so grateful for that! I only give 4 stars as the day I went to finish setting up my account, I feel as though the CSA that was helping me was rushing through. She wasn't rude but I didn't get a full explanation of anything that I was signing for. I didn't get her name but I'll give her the benefit of the doubt and chalk it up to her being tired since it was a little late.

I’ve been coming here for about 3 years now. For a majority of the time it’s never been 24 hours even though it’s posted on the doors and the main reason I choose this gym. It hasn’t been so bad because a majority of the people haven’t wanted to work out this past year and just 3 months or so ago they finally opened back to 24/7 because of the large volume of people signing up. I go in this morning and it now is back to operating to limited hours and it’s jam packed again. New operating hours are 5AM Monday - to 9PM Friday. So it’s open 24 hours Tuesday-Thursday and they close at 9PM on Fridays. Not convenient for someone who maintains a workout schedule as part of there lifestyle and enjoying a workout without having to wait for equipment to be free. I could understand trying to cut back on operating costs by shortening the hours because there are few dedicated to waking up at 2AM but please at least give your clients M-F 12AM TO 12PM. Besides that it’s always clean! The staff are Great!

This gym deserves a 5 star hands down. Michael has maintained a tight ship keeping it one of the cleanest gym , Andres, Maria customer Service Skills has been excellent! Been a satisfied member for the last 2 and half years to the point that I have my membership paid until JANUARY 2022. Until today; Today I was informed that my membership was cancel not because of what I initially thought, but actually something way worse!!!!!! Hope there is an Local Internal Investigation done soon. I didn't serve my Country Honorably for 10 years just to have someone come and cancel my membership base on ONE BIG LIE !!!!!!!! You could ask the owners of Hungry Bear, Villa Clara, Local Barbers, Taco and Tattoos etc, I have never had a issue in any of their establishment. My membership was cancel because the new front desk agent at night LIED: FIRST LIE: I followed them home!!!!!! 2ND LIE: LICENSE PLATE that was provided and is now on file 1) I don't DRIVE due to Medical Reasons which I could PROOF !!!!!! 2) I don't own a vehicle which I could Proof 3) My Ring System PROOFS me being at home in the supposedly Time Frame. Hope the Owners encourage and put pressure on the agent to file a police report!!! See how quick the lies will come out!!! My husband and I have been members of the planet fitness in Kendall for a couple of years now and truly enjoy working out there. The facility is always clean, and I especially enjoy the fact they are open most days of the week for 24 hours which makes it very convenient to work out..no excuses!👍😁 The staff are very friendly too, especially Linda who is so nice and courteous with all of the customers. She is always willing to help with a smile 😊. thank you planet fitness!

Planet fitness is a great gym! It’s always clean. The staff are super friendly! I love the Hydromassage chair. It’s awesome!!!

This is the cleanest gym I ever been to. The staff is very friendly. The air conditioner is kept at a on point temperature. The bathrooms are clean. What I love the most about this gym is the hydrobeds they have. I absolutely love this gym. I highly recommend it.

**Update** Scent has improved. Will reconsider the 4 star in the future. Very small and stinky compared to the rest of the PF's. You get hit with tremendo BO the second you walk through the door.

Staff is very helpful and amicable. Super clean all the time. Staff walks around just to make sure everything, including the atmosphere among customers, is up to par every so often. Miguel constantly makes sure everything is running smoothly and everyone feels welcome in the gym.

UPDATE: I was here on 07/12/23 and there was a loud altercation at the front desk with one of the employees and I just wanted to say that it's SO unprofessional. I don't know what it was about, but that's no way to treat any employee. The least the man or supervisor could've done was had a private chat with the staff member. I recently moved to the area and started going to this gym instead. The atmosphere is a little more pleasant than the previous Planet Fitness location I used to attend. The staff I've met so far seem to have a positive attitude and everyone has genuinely been nice to me. Things seem to run smoothly, and I was able to speak to Norma, who was wiping down a machine that a previous guest did not. The gym is DEFINITELY cleaner than other locations I've visited so big ups to Norma and the cleaning staff. Michelle at the front desk was also super helpful and kind. She kindly answered all my questions regarding changes to my membership and didn't make me feel like a burden. Always glad to see them.

This location looks small from outside but they utilized the space very wel.The massage area.beauty angel area..still not too crowded. Staff is professional and friendly. The place is clean and organized.

Thankfully it was not crowded the times I went. The place looks pretty and feels clean. I was happy to see the employee walking around disinfecting the machines, and the employee at the front desk was helpful and knowledgeable about working out to rehabilitate an injury! There's ample parking. I RECOMMEND this gym!

Great atmosphere and very clean! Miguel helped me find my perfect plan that fit my budget and explained how each machine worked. Never knew what most equipment were used for which purpose. Glad I joined

I’ve been coming to this PF for nearly 5 years now and it’s amazing. I prefer it over any other gym because the atmosphere is nice, machinery is good and the staff is friendly! Mari helped me out today and she was very kind. Definitely recommend!!

Hello! I wanted to express how awesome this gym is. Not only clean and organized but the staff, like Danny and Ronnie make it even better. They are so friendly kind, and customer service qualified, it comes natural to them. It makes coming to the gym that much better.

Small gym from the PF standard but well kept and clean. The girl at the front desk was friendly, very efficient and ran the front desk duty as well as keeping the place clean and well organized. The only negative was that it only has 2 hydromssage beds adding to a longer wait and the only 2 rowing machines were both broken

Great place to workout. I was looking for other gyms and came to the conclusion that Planet Fitness is the best gym in the area. Extremely affordable, they have the best new machines, and friendly staff and clean. Come here!

This gym is nice and the staff is super friendly. Nice environment and clean. The only complaint that I have is that I wish there was a mirror in the locker rooms besides the circle ones. I like to keep track of progress and I like to be able to see and take photos.

Great environment! Workers are friendly and provide advice when needed. The gym is always clean and has a fresh scent. Miguel is always at the front desk to greet us. Mercy is very welcoming as well.

This location is always clean. None of the members are trying to have a convo with you. Just working out and leaving. The staff is really nice too. Especially Mariangy. She is always so pleasant and cordial. She greets you with a smile and I appreciate it at least. Hope she is getting paid really well.

Kendall location is always super clean with equipment well kept. Staff is very friendly and professional. I love coming here after work to de-stress at a great price!

I always feel comfortable coming to this gym. They keep it clean and they always keep up with the cleaning items for guest to use while working out to use on equipment before and after workouts. Their bathrooms are always clean. The music is never too loud, the AC is always comfortable, great price for what you get and the staff is always friendly.

Hi, I go to my local Planet Fitness from Monday to Thursday each week. The staff there are always friendly and helpful about fitness stuff. But, there's a problem with the late-night shift. It doesn't sit right with me that they leave an older lady, Linda Velez, all alone at the front desk. Maria is great at her job and always greets everyone, me included, with a smile. But it's weird that she's left alone for long hours running the whole gym by herself at night. It feels risky and just doesn't make sense. I worry about her safety and the safety of the whole gym. It seems like they're not taking it seriously.

Love the judgement free Zone. The membership prices are great and the gym has a wide range of equipment to my needs. They are conveniently located with free parking. The attendants are always readily available to clean and assist where possible

Monica is the most sweetest person I’ve ever met she’s extremely attentive and helpful! Kelly is the exact same! Thank you ladies for all your attention! I’m not a fan of how the machines have been moved around, trash cans, weights etc or how the fans dont get shut off when its already cold outside. I get cold easily and it messed up my work out. Not happy about that. I’m also unsatisfied about the machines not being updated!

Joined the gym a while ago, its pretty decent. Bathrooms are clean, gym is clean as well. However there are tons of cardio machines that no one uses but there ain't enough power or weight machines. There are no weight lifting barbells so you can't do deadlifts. Smith machine is there tho. The dumbells go upto 75 lbs. When it rains there are some leaks in the ceiling so they put a bucket for that. But for 10 bucks I can't complain. The best time to go to the gym is 1-2 pm when its almost empty. After 5 pm its gonna be full so pick your time accordingly as its hard to find a bench or machines because of the scarcity of them. Overall its a decent gym.

My wife and I joined. The staff is exceptional especially the young man in the front, Miguel. He explained everything in detail and took time to listen to our need and what we were looking for in a gym. The hours are convenient and the location is very clean and sanitized.

My husband and I have been members of Planet Fitness Kendall for several years and we have recommended this location to several people. We find that it the facilities are always very clean and orderly, including the bathrooms / locker rooms. The other members tend to be of all ages, but everyone is respectful and considerate of other members. All exercise equipment is well-maintained. They have a good variety and quantity of equipment. The staff is helpful and polite.

A clean and a good gym. The price is cheap for membership and it has every facility an over the top gym would have. Great for starting out.

I had stopped going to this gym due to the pandemic and work but now that I am back it is even better than before. I’ve specifically had the best experiences with Norma and Michelle. They’re always on top of things both on the floor and at the front desk with a smile on their faces. Will definitely be going back.

This is by far my favorite gym(kendall location) !!!! From the manager Michael down to every single employee. I have never had an issue at this gym. Everyone is super friendly and they go out of their way to assist me with my day to day gym adventures. They make everyday an experience and not just a regular check in and out. I will never ever ever cancel my gym membership with Planet Fitness all because the Kendall location across the street from Miami dade college is extremely professional, well attentive, very clean, respectful, accommodating, and overall just a great and friendly place to work out. #Bestgymintheworld

Best experience at gym has been here. Staff are exceptional. They are always courteous, kind, friendly. They are always willing to help someone in need like myself who has a physical disability and use a wheelchair. Always willing to give sound workout advice catering to your personal goals.

It is a very small location. There are a lot of cardio machines, but they don't have a lot of weight machines. The bathrooms and the machines are clean. The staff is friendly and helpful.

Love this gym and the staff, especially dayanara! She showed me around and was so extremely happy! Will come back for the membership!

Not happy. I'll report to BBB if I see one more charge. I have moved out of the country so I've been told I can't cancel my "month to month" autorenewal plan. It turns out my "month to month" payment plan has turned into a lifetime contract. When you call to cancel, they say "you have to come in in person or mail a letter". I have mailed multiple letters to them to cancel and here I am still paying for an account I can't even use. I will be reporting this to the BBB if I see one more charge on my account.

A great way to get into fitness and stay motivated. Every trainer is awesome. The workouts are different each day.

I would give it 5 but the gym is very small and congested but still a very good place to work out as long as it's not busy. It does have the smallest bathroom/locker room I've ever seen at a gym though lol. But still again very good.

Afternoon staff are amazing they welcoming and know how to run a gym. Gym floor is always taken care of and they help you with any of your problems.

I love how accessible the machines are and how easy it is to do a consistent workout. Do not go around the peak times after 5:00 PM-9:00 PM, it will be hard for you to find a bench.

Awesome gym, super clean, super friendly employees. Classes are great here too! I love this place and its never too packed.
