My wife and I came to find more information about bikes. The staff there are amazing! They were very helpful, fitted us to the bikes, allowed us to ride around their parking lot and try out the bikes, xplained everything in detail about the different types of bikes and helmets. They event installed some of the accessories we purchased. Ravenna and Jose helped us with fitting, bike, helmet and accessories selection. Georgia the cashier was very kind and friendly. Will definitely recommend this place! Thank you for helping us find the perfect bikes!

Not once have I been disappointed with Mack Cycle, as we age the bike changes (not really but we’ll blame it on the bike) came by to see Jose and he made recommendations to make my ride more comfortable. I was able to wait for the modification and try it out on the parking lot and it is a WOW!

Since moving to Miami I have only ever worked with Mack Cycle for all my cycling needs. The inventory, pricing, staff and community at Mack is unparalleled. Whether you need gels for your race or a bike fit and a brand new bike (both of which I have done!) Mack does it all. Being new to cycling in the last 12 months I didn’t know what I didn’t know and the staff at Mack made every effort to educate and guide me rather than push a sale on me and for that I will always be appreciative and continue to only use Mack!

Mack Cycle is AWESOME! 2 weeks ago, I was a beginner interested in becoming a road biker. Fast forward 2 weeks later, and I'm riding at 16mph several times a week to Key Biscayne on my sleek Liv Avail. (They also set me up with shoes, a Mack Kit, lights, and other necessary accessories). Our family had the most wonderful experience at Mack Cycle. Everyone there is so friendly and helpful; they even went the extra mile and helped install all the accessories we purchased for our bikes. This place is like a cycling shrine...they have a huge stock of amazing bikes. The staff are super helpful and genuinely nice people. I rented a road bike there while on vacation then found the bike I had been looking for for months in their store. They had one of 2 in the US, so i snatched it and they shipped it to NY for me. Love the whole team, ask for Ricardo, he rocks.

I ordered online. Went riding on a Sunday, and found my bike shoes were literally falling apart. Had trouble finding the bike shoes I wanted, and was elated to find them here, and at a good price. On Tuesday, I ordered from Mack online and asked for regular shipping. Received notification the same day that they were shipped, and another notification that they were delivered on Thursday. I was shocked to have them in 2 days!!! Even Amazon barely makes that window with their "Prime" shipping. The simplicity, good communication on order confirmation and shipping, and quick delivery have made me a fan!

If you want top-notch Customer Service with an excellent variety of choices to purchase your new bike, I strongly recommend Mack Cycle!! Their knowledge and product offerings are superior to other shops in Miami. Tommy, my sales person really let me test the bikes and answered all of my questions. I highlight the great service and customer communication with store in my recent tune up and triathlon bike fitting. Ryan was great in service with his knowledge and attention to detail. The technician in the rear checked and tuned up the bike to perfection, recommended parts that needed to be replaced and went the extra mile to make sure everything was good to go. In my appointment for fitting with Chris he took my morphology measurements and made sure I would be in the most comfortable position. He also when above and beyond in his personalized recommendations. In conclusion I was extremely happy with the overall experience. Thanks Mack Cycle!!!

The people who work at this shop are smart, kind, and knowledgeable. I have shopped here for a couple years. Went recently to get fitted for my bike and the experience was great! Chris was so helpful and I feel like the adjustments to my bike will make my rides so much more enjoyable. Marc Anthony was also very helpful helping me decide on clip shoes and socks.

One of the best bike shops on the planet. Service team is knowledgeable, experienced, and provides outstanding performance. And you can schedule an appointment on-line. Products on offer are plentiful from kid’s bikes to racing bikes whether it be road, mtn, gravel, tri, city/commuter, or e-bikes. Very few stores in the USA can offer or get limited production super/hyper bikes…Mack can source the bikes. Accessory options are unlimited ranging from hardware to apparel. Lots of nutrition alternatives too. Staff is helpful, supportive and smiling, even if it’s a rainy day. Above all, they will provide advice in a respectful way. The majority of Mack’s Team has been working at the establishment or the industry for many years…always a good sign. I’ve been buying bikes and gear at Mack since the early 1970’s. Yes, I’ve purchased and serviced bikes in other cities in and outside the US. In my experience, Mack is tops. If you want to ride with pros, semi-pros, former pros, or active amateurs, Mack can set you up. Above all, Mack gives back to many local, state, national and international charities. Mack is consistently rated one of the best bike shops in the US and the world. Mack Cycle lives up to its legend.

Wide selection of the best brands with amazing people. Jose Reyes at Mack Cycle helped me pick out some new cycling shoes and heart rate monitor. Apart from answering all my questions and giving me real answers, he also had a lot of experience to share providing insight on things to consider that’d make my training more effective and enjoyable. He’s also hilarious. Highly recommend this icon of a cycling store. Truly one of the last independent retailers doing everything right.

I highly recommend Mack Cycle and will send anyone I can to them. I spoke directly with Roy several times and he went ABOVE and BEYOND. I had a big issue at another bike shop and could not find the bike as it was a limited production run. They went around in circles. I found the bike in Miami 1500 miles away from my home and I contacted SE the manufacture which I was involved in a warranty issue on a brand new bike with them. I got them to agree and they covered shipping from Miami. I should not have to absorb that cost nor should Roy as well. Roy was awesome to deal with. He was on the ball, immediately put my name on the bike and set aside so that Fedex would pick it up that day 2 hours later. Roy got back to me right away, sent me tracking number and our bike arrived via Fedex a few days later. Do not hesitate to call Roy, go into the shop and or purchase from him. Awesome experience all around!!!

What can I say, but thank you for such an amazing experience. I found a Cannadale Scaple online through Mack Cycles with an amazing discount. Called and spoke to Sandy, where she put the bike on hold for me with a small deposit. She said to come down and give it a test drive, not a problem, as I live up in Palm Beach! As I arrived, I was met with the kindest people from Anthony to Georgia, and she even offered me a coffee after my hour drive. Soon after meeting almost everyone, Rachael, one of the owners, took over and walked be through the Cannandale Scaple. She had it custom fit for me! The Scaple fit like a glove! Friendly staff, a lot of products in stock, good service and also they organize rides to integrate the miami bike community together. I bought my gravel bike here and couldn’t be happier what I have. also did the fitting with the hem and my performance has improved noticeable.

First of all, if you know anything about Florida Cycling (especially in South Florida), you’d have heard of or even know about Mack Cycle and Fitness. So for me to get the opportunity to visit them and purchase a bike I’ve been obsessing over (i.e. nagging my gf about) but that they so happened to get in as a pre-owned trade-in, is beyond words. Sandy and everyone at Mack Cycle and Fitness were amazing to talk to and work with! The bike shop is more than you could ever hope a bike shop to be, from the wall-to-wall complete bikes (the previously-ridden Tour bikes are my favorite), framesets, components, wheelsets, tires, accessories, apparel…you name it, they prolly have it, can get it or can refer you to someone somewhere who can. I definitely can’t wait to be fortunate enough to be able to visit and purchase something else from them, even if they’re 4.5 hours away.

Mack Cycle has been a great, overall experience for our son. Great staff and service. He got to pick out his first bicycle and then had the privilege of learning how to ride it with Ms. Georgia! She guarantees and delivers on teaching kids how to ride their bicycles. After my son, my nephew had the chance to learn as well. One of the best bike shops I’ve ever been to. I often travel the 35 miles from my house to Mack Cycle, even though there are much closer options, because the selection is expansive and the service is warm and welcoming. Mack also is tremendously involved in the community, being a longstanding partner in the Dolphins Challenge Cancer ride. Today I came out to train for the ride with their cycling group. They made me feel as though I’d been part of the group for years! This is the Cheers of bike shops!
