Good stuff, friendly, knowledgeable staff

Had an amazing experience at this smoke shop. Was kind of unsure on what to get so, Gabriel happily answered all of my questions and concerns and hooked me up.

worst vape smoke i ever been the customer service was horrible .i’m just buying a vape i’m not asking for something crazy . i go to my car open the vape and it was already dead literally go right back a the store and the guy that was there was completely rude didn’t believe what i was saying and literally stand up from his seat and open the door for me to leave . i asked to at least have a refund or a new one he laughs at me and open the door i was frustrated and i through the vape because he was being so sarcastic and disrespectful. i have worked at retail before and i know how karen’s are . me i was not a keen but he treated me so disrespectful and didnt acknowledged that he sold me something that was either broken because it was brand knew or at least the package looked like it . $14 dollars are much but it’s unfair to pay for something even if it is 5 box and you get ripped off . thank you for answering he was nice at the end because i waited outside the store after he kicked me out . but he was nice and apologized to me and change the product and yes he did gave me an extra vape to apologize at the end . thank you .

Hands down the best smoke shop in the area. The store presentation really represents how much pride they take in what they do. They have everything I wanted, and even suggested new quality product for me to experience. My day is made whenever I have time to come to Smoke Valley and chop it up with the crew! Great service. I always come here, they always help me get what i need and give me the information i need to decide. The clerks are always friendly and the store has great vibes.

Everyone here is super nice, the inventory is well stocked with all different types of accessories and the prices are reasonable. This company has locations in Sunrise, Plantation and Ft Lauderdale. I can’t say enough about the quality of the products and the friendly atmosphere.

I've driven passed this place many times, and regret not stopping by sooner. It's nice, clean, and very spacious. Doesn't feel cramped like other smoke shops around the area. This place has everything you're looking for. I came in looking for atomizers for my tank. And they have variety of choices. I even left with some juices that were fairly priced. The place has a lounge area with tv, which is quite useful if youre waiting for a haircut at the barber shop right next door. Or waiting for uber which I did. I received help from Anthony who knew his stuff. He also seemed enthusiastic when helping me. Not like some other places where it seemed like the workers don't care, or are uninterested. He offered great recommendations and suggestions. If you've ever driven by and wondered about this place. It's definitely worth checking out.
