    If I were to recommend any gym it would be this one. The staff is super welcoming and the members are amazing. All around it is a great vibe. Donā€™t worry if you feel intimidated any of the front desk will be ready to help you if you have any questions!

    Iā€™m a new customer & this is my first week at the gym. I didnā€™t know that the gym closes at 9pm on Fridays. I got on the stair master at 8:50 pm and there was NO indication that the gym was closing. There was no announcement at all. My machine stops running, I find it weird so I go to another machine. I have my headphones in and right at 9pm a female employee with curly hair waves her hands in my face (which normally is rude, but Iā€™ll let it slide because I have headphones on) and loudly tells me theyā€™re closed. This is extremely rude. Iā€™m in the middle of my workout, in the zone, and she doesnā€™t even apologize for interrupting my workout. A nicer way to say this is ā€œIā€™m sorry to interrupt your work out, but weā€™re closed. We close at 9 on Fridays.ā€ She couldā€™ve tapped me at 8:55 for all I care! But she made me feel like I was nuisance by waiting till 9pm and yelling at me. She made me feel like it was my fault I didnā€™t know they close at that time. Seriously just your employees teach proper customer service. I would cancel but I just paid the ridiculous $50 sign up fee but you wonā€™t catch me recommending this place to anyone. Absolutely ridiculous.

If my friends want to work with me, and Iā€™m guiding the workout, I donā€™t understand what the problem is. I was not ASKED. Dayan Carballez approached me & TOLD me what I was doing, wasnā€™t allowed. He didnā€™t ask if I was a trainer. At that point, I wouldā€™ve said no & end of conversation. I asked them to pull up the tapes where it looks like Iā€™m ā€œtraining peopleā€. I see people work out together all the time. Sometimes I see a friend who knows more about exercises than the others, and they are leading the work outs. Why was I bothered? I go there, mind my business, clean up my area after Iā€™m done (which most donā€™t), AND if Iā€™m in the turf area, I ALWAYS ask for permission. One of the guys mentioned ā€œthere are black guys that look like theyā€™re training people too, so itā€™s not just you.ā€ Hm. This is a predominantly Hispanic gym. Iā€™d hate to think they notice/target non Hispanic persons more. I always work out with friends & I even have had friends help me with working out too. So Iā€™m wondering why Iā€™m unable to help and uplift my friends when working out. This was ridiculous and I felt attacked. I will never go to this gym again.

    Love the gym!!! Staff is great I go in the mornings and the guy at the desk Devin is always so cordial and politeā€¦ not what I am accustom to seeing at most gyms in the areaā€¦ great gymā€¦ thanks you fit

    When I first joined this gym 8 years ago I would have given it 5 stars but unfortunately it hasnā€™t been the same since the pandemic. At least once every 5-8 weeks they donā€™t open on time which is a big deal to members like myself who wake up to be there at 5:00 am. Also, the place hasnā€™t been cleaned in months. The garbage is only taken out when itā€™s overflowing and the dust on the equipment is unbelievable. As far as the equipment goes, a good one third of it doesnā€™t work and there are no signs of them getting repaired. Lastly, talking to management doesnā€™t seem to make a difference. Itā€™s excuses after excuses. All in all, there are way to many gyms out there with very competitive prices that are maintaining their gyms and hiring staff that care for me to continue my membership here.

    How can I even beginā€¦ this gym is my favorite place to be. I consider it my hyperbolic time chamber! I love the atmosphere everyone that works and has worked here creates! Employees like Maikol, Martin, Camila, and Francisco greet you with a smile and positivity which makes entry a pleasant experience. Management like paolo and chino are extremely helpful and keep things running smoothly around this location. Iā€™m blessed to have a wonderful location so close to home.

    My wife and I joined Youfit in the Crossings back in April and have been going 4-5 days a week since. The place was starting to fall apart with broken equipment everywhere, not very clean, water leaks all over the place, etc. We started to look for another gym but fortunately they brought in new Management about a month ago. Since they brought in Nandis, he has transformed this gym for the better. New equipment, new layout, cleaner work areas, etc. just a better atmosphere. All the employees and trainers at this Youfit are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. If you left this gym due to the old conditions and management, you should come back and see the changes. The place is 100% improved. We also take advantage of their personal trainer service. They have a great group of trainers. Both my wife and I work with Dayan twice a week. He's a great trainer for all types of individuals. He is motivating, friendly and very knowledgeable about how to train. I would recommend him for anyone. Just a great place to work out and get in shape.

    They have started closing 20% of the gym area, artificial grass area, for personal trainers. So a 100x50 ft area is completely off limits for 1 person with 1 personal trainer. This area is the only place for stretching, lunges, sledding, etc. The manager says policy is one person is there for a training session the entire area is closed. They leave the area it is open, then come back it is closed. You have no clue when personal trainers have the area reserved. So if you want a gym where an entire open workout area is randomly off limits at any time without warning this is the place.

    honestly if i could give this place a zero start i would ! they charge me $160 after my membership was cancelled for over 6 months. the manager just kept blaming it on the system . literally donā€™t go to this gym at all .

    DO NOT MAKE A MEMBERSHIP YOU WILL NOT BE CANCELED A year ago I started with a trainer at the gym, everything was very good until due to work problems I could not attend anymore so I called to please cancel my membership with the trainer since I was not going to be able to continue attending. A year later I found out that I have a collection with Youfit because they never canceled the membership despite me calling to have them do so! I personally went to cancel and they told me that it was canceled and that I had no problems. In short, now I have a collection on my credit for a membership that I ordered to cancel. What bad administration, what little ethics. Think about it before entering here, I'm not the first to go through this.

    If I could give this place 0 stars, I would! Iā€™m so disappointed in Youfit and what it has come to. It wasnā€™t the best gym to begin with but you honestly pay for what you getā€¦ which is nothing. The customer service is extremely poor and the place is always a mess. The last time I came here, I was working out with my friend who also has a gym membership there and they told me I canā€™t workout with her because I ā€œlookā€ like Iā€™m training her which in fact I wasnā€™t. Iā€™m not a trainer. The way they handled the situation was very poor. I highly recommend to find another gym if you are looking into this gym.

    Friendliest staff Iā€™ve ever met. Chris is the best manager of any youfit and although the girls look mean, theyā€™re very nice and encouraging and thereā€™s this guy that goes ā€œWELCOME TO YOU FIT! WHERE YOU FIT INā€ and it pumps me up every time. Best music too!

    Overall prefer this location to the sunset and 157 location. I appreciate the upgraded equipment and weights, love the back squat machine they put in too. But I would be remiss not to mention this gym floor is filthy. Not sure if the ongoing construction has anything to do with it, but this floor looks like it hasnā€™t seen a vacuum or broom in ages let alone a mop.

    If youā€™re looking for help getting in shape or just want to try a different workout routine, I would 2000% recommend training with my trainer Giselle. There has not been a session where I donā€™t walk out drenched in sweat. Her workouts are usually 45-50min long but trust thatā€™s all youā€™re going to need, her workouts are high pace/low rest and straight to the point. Sheā€™s Good at finding a way to exhaust you till failure and at the same time keep it fun and motivating for you.

    The gym removed the circuit training, which was a definite disappointment. The gym definitely needs better maintaining it does not have a flow and the glass doors definitely need to be cleaned.

    Warning, be careful when you sign up and then decide that you want to cancel because this place does not help. After a year contract I had with this gym, I wanted to cancel it. I remember canceling it was to go to the place and just do that. However policy has changed where if you want to cancel your membership, you have to call a number from ABC solutions. Problem is the number they gave me gives no option to speak to a representative or even cancel. After an hour with this number I called the gym on Monday 11/13. The person who attended me was not helpful at all, they told me to keep calling. I asked them what is the way to go about this because calling a number to cancel my membership was not working. They had no answer. This is the new canceling policy for this gym with no help. I RECOMMEND YOU THINK ABOUT IT BEFORE SIGNING UP.

    This gym has improved so much since the new manager who is very polite and always willing to help with anything (Chino) started working here , the place is clean , the staff is friendly , equipment is always maintained and I always feel welcomed here. Good job guys , love this gym.

    While it's a decent facility, was really disappointed in the showers which are small, lack water pressure, and hot water was warm at best. What I found LEAST enjoyable was the extended God awful Hip Hop playing in the background. It's been the Youfit facility with the least variety of music playing that I've been to. Music is powerful in so many ways, and can help motivate you and take your mind off the less pleasant aspects of working out. Need some variety in the playlist please. I'll likely not return to this particular facility and suggest you choose another.

    I love this gym I feel like every time I go I can use most of the machines!!! itā€™s not as crowded but maybe also itā€™s because I go in the morning regardless out of all the Youfit gyms that Iā€™ve been to that gym is my favorite!!!!

    I love working out here! My second home! Great environment and customer service. Everybody is so nice and friendly. I love the new equipment and the improvements they have been doing lately. The new guy they brought in as manager is certainty making the difference. Keep it up guys!

    itā€™s ridiculous that more than half of the cables donā€™t work well/smoothly and need repairing. the plates are difficult to find youā€™re lucky if you find 10/25lb plates. the treadmills and stair masters either are broken or donā€™t work well, i almost fell on one that shouldā€™ve had a sign on it because it was broken. iā€™m going to make the trip elsewhere honestly.

    This gym is a W 1. for the environment and the people who go are friendly 2. the front desk people are the best here super friendly faces always greeting you. 3. it has a lot of equipment compared to the youfits near me atleast. 4. ALSO the machines are rarely broken only recently did i see that unfortunately one of the row machines broke but its the only machine i've seen that is broken in like the last 3 months i've been here.

    Iā€™ve always had the best experience at Youfit Kendall crossings, itā€™s one of my favorites in the area, mainly because of the staff. Christopher and Giselle are the faces I look forward to seeing the most when I enter. They are always very welcoming and helpful when I donā€™t know how to properly use certain equipment. They make working out (which is sometimes dreadful for me) an enjoyable experience.

    I like this gym, but it could be better. The equipment is ok, except for the treadmills that are always broken or with functions that don't work and remain so for a long time. Hey guys, fix this please! Another point that I must mention is the dirtiness of the floor and bathrooms, very bad. By improving these points, the gym will be a good place!
