The
hotel
is
nice
and
new
but
the
management
is
a
confused,
abusive,
aggressive
nightmare
and
they
will
ruin
your
stay.
It's
not
worth
it.
It
happened
to
me
twice,
and
I'm
shocked
about
both
times.
I
stayed
first
in
March.
I
extended
my
stay
and
they
told
me
to
come
downstairs
and
give
me
card
the
night
before.
I
did
that.
The
next
day,
they
are
banging
on
my
door
to
leave,
saying
I
didn't
extend.
I
had
already
done
that
but
no
problem.
Staff
makes
mistakes.
At
this
point,
I
had
a
high
fever,
Covid
positive,
pneumonia.
I
asked
if
I
could
give
my
credit
card
over
the
phone
or
internet.
No
problem,
they
said.
They
would
send
me
a
link
by
email.
It
didn't
arrive
for
an
hour.
Then
the
assistant
manager,
Jorge,
started
banging
on
my
door
threatening
to
evict
me
with
the
police!
I
called
again!
Please
send
the
link.
I'll
give
you
my
credit
card.
I
did
that
immediately.
I
documented
everything
that
happened,
because
it
was
so
aggressive
and
crazy.
So
I'm
leaving
and
the
general
manager,
this
guy
Marco,
meets
me
at
my
car
to
apologize
profusely.
He's
so
sorry.
Staff
errors
all
around.
Please
come
back
and
speak
to
me
personally
before
your
stay.
Okay,
I
thought.
I'll
let
this
go.
The
hotel
is
near
my
dad.
I
booked
a
three
week
stay
this
summer
and
called
to
speak
to
Marco.
I
just
reminded
him
of
what
happened
and
that
he
told
me
to
call
to
arrange
my
stay.
He
had
no
idea
what
I
was
talking
about,
got
angry
immediately,
pretended
not
to
hear
me,
HUNG
UP
ON
ME.
Then
his
assistant
manager
said
I
was
banned
from
the
property
for
threatening
his
staff!
I
swear
nothing
like
that
ever
happened!
All
that
happened
was
I
filed
a
complaint.
You
can't
ban
someone
for
filing
a
complaint!
I
stay
at
Hamptons
all
the
time,
because
of
disability
issues.
This
was
just
insanity.
