Hampton Inn & Suites was phenomenal. It’s been more than a year and I’m still grateful for the memories. Their staff greeted me every time I walked in as if it were my first time arriving. They recommended great restaurants in the area and provided exceptional customer service during my stay. From replacing tea bags and fresh coffee, to the kitchen staff more friendlier than me, I plan to revisit Hampton at Kendall for more Miami fun and business. A personal thank you to all the staff! -Israel

I stayed here since it was 15 mins away from Miami Carnival. This hotel exceeded my expectations! - The complimentary breakfast was so good and fresh as the staff is consistently restocking. - I truly appreciated the free iced water in the lobby since Florida is so humid. - The staff was extremely helpful and kind. - The hotel had a convenience store to buy snacks and drinks. - The place was very clean and modern.

These place is still relatively new. The room was clean and the staff are very friendly. Breakfast was good and they change some of there hot food items from day to day (potatoes one day and sausage the next). They keep hit water for tea, tea bags, and coffee down by the lobby 24/7. It was a very comfortable hotel.

A beautiful and new hotel. From the time we arrived, the front desk employees were helpful and pleasant. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very clean. Throughout my stay, I constantly noticed staff cleaning all areas of the hotel, including the elevator. The hotel was clean at all times. Even the public restrooms on the bottom floor were spotless. I love this hotel and would recommend it to anyone. I will definitely stay here again when coming into town again.

I stayed at this Hampton Inn twice already and highly recommend it if you need to stay in South Miami area. At reception you’re welcomed with fruit infusioned water, front desk is very polite and always friendly! The rooms are spacious, clean and the housekeepers are lovely. Breakfast is good, with the usual Hampton inn options ( it’s standard everywhere) with hot and cold food. Swimming pool is fairly sized. The hotel is well maintained and it’s a great option if you need to be in this area. Lots of food options nearby, by car though

I've stayed 2 days at this hotel this past April 2023 and I have nothing negative to say. Hotel is extremely clean and the staff is very friendly. My room was spacious and clean. I had a fridge, a microwave, an iron and a hair dryer. I didn't get the chance to use the gym nor the pool but both premises were accessible and clean. Breakfast was also included. It's not a restaurant but you definitely have everything you would expect for breakfast. I highly recommend if you're in the area and will come back without a doubt.

Great experience for our family. Rooms were clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the breakfast both morning and the time we were allowed in dining area with family. We rented one of the meeting rooms for a rehearsal party and it was great. The hotel staff was very helpful meeting the needs of our catering company.

I have never been so happy with a Hampton Inn as I was this one in Miami Kendall. The hotel was immaculately clean. The front desk staff was some of the nicest I’ve ever interacted with at any hotel. They were exceptionally accommodating when our return flight home was cancelled and we had to extend by a night, even making sure that we were able to remain in the same room. I was especially impressed with the breakfast staff. They kept everything clean and stocked, but they also interacted with all of the guests every day. It was a great way to begin each day!

I already wrote a 5 star review, but I forgot to include James because I couldn’t remember his name. I’ve never received such friendly customer service. Always says hello and sees if we need anything for our stay and always so smoky and friendly. This is more like a 4 star hotel then a 2. Everyone here is so friendly and the place is so clean and modern.

Walked into room it was hot and had a weird musky odor , I turned on the Air-conditioning and the room cooled down but the odor never went away , the shower was slow draining and water would be up 3/4 of tub or higher by the time you took a regular shower also no small bars of hand soap you had a small tube if gel to wash your hands with. * The good , room was good size , I didn't see anyone in the pool over the weekend which was strange 🤔 maybe it was closed but no notices posted , Gym was ok , not great , Breakfast was scrambled eggs, sausage didn't taste like sausage you eat at home , Biscuits & Gravy , some minced fruit, the toast was hard , they have assorted cereals , milk and juices. Limited seating , limited car parking as well.

Very accommodating! I am in the Army Reserves and was working this past weekend. I needed immediate lodging. My unit uses a local hotel and I wasn't very happy with the conditions so I drove to the closest hotel. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. I was ale to reserve a room the dame day. The room was amazing! Very clean and smelled good. One thing ...my refrigerator wasn't working and they immediately switched rooms. The tech arrived within minutes of my call to the front desk. I enjoyed my stay and I will absolutely look for Hampton during my next out of town trip.

Excellent experience. Clean spacious rooms, relatively new hotel, excellent hot breakfast , excellent customer service, excellent location. Valeska at the front desk was very professional, very very helpful and communicated to her co-worker to expect my return call because I booked my room through a third party and wanted to make sure it was in the hotel system before i drive to Miami from Tampa. I had an opportunity to meet Valeska when i checked out On Saturday morning and expressed my appreciation for her excellent customer service. Thank you Valentino Hart Sr.

The rooms at this hotel were very spacious compared with customary hotel room sizes. There was a nice personal welcome message on the TV when we walked in to our room as well. Spacious bathroom with clean fresh towels of course. We had tbe 2x queen bed suite. There were lots of options on the TV as well. Personally, I loved the location of this hotel, tucked away on its own street gave privacy and no other traffic. However, I gave this a 3 star for location because neither of our 2 GPS devices or mobile phones could find it with the area code provided. Fortunately, we could spot the huge hotel sign from the main road andI made a few calculated guesses for turns and we managed to find it. I then pinned the location on the GPS and had no more issuws.

The hotel isn't bad. Our company has always booked rooms here for our out-of-town employees. My issue was that we experienced a glitch in our travel software, resulting in the accidental booking of 2 rooms for 11 days, costing us $1700, (although we kept the original $1700 room) when it was supposed to be just one room. We had concrete evidence of the glitch, and even our travel agent's customer service attempted to secure a refund for us. However, Marco's response was extremely unhelpful, as he adamantly refused to acknowledge the glitch and denied our refund request. This was truly disappointing, especially considering that we regularly send our employees there for stays lasting up to a month. It appears it's time for us to search for another hotel. Our level of dissatisfaction is substantial.

The hotel smells nice and is really clean, overall. The beds were comfortable. Employees were friendly. It is removed from one of the main strips but close enough to reach everything easily. Our only complaint was that our room had ants in one area near the TV.

Always a pleasure to stay here when I go to Zoo Miami with my family! The staff are always polite and very helpful! I am usually able to check in early morning before my family and I go to the zoo and we are provided with an update see upon request to bigger sized rooms! I am not sure why all those other negative comments when all 4 of my stays at this hotel have been great! HOTEL SMELLS GREAT! CLEAN! LOVELY STAFF! GREAT LOCATION!

Tiny showering area. Room was cleaned daily, and the front counter staff during the afternoon was fantastic. James recognized my hilton honors and upgraded the room. Sorry I forgot her name, but the young lady in the afternoon was super pleasant also.

The hotel staff would not honor the prices (that included taxes and fees) agreed upon booking through Orbitz. They told us to authorize payment and then to call the third party that had nothing to do with payment to try to get our original pricing.... I'm gonna let common sense take over on that one. We found other accommodations.

Very good breakfast, room with space to work, iron and laundry on the floor ($3 to wash $3 to dry). Free parking, and they don't charge extra for Amazon packages. Definitely a good place to stay in Miami.

Stayed for 8 days while visiting friends. My room was great! It was clean upon arrival and I loved the large shower I had gotten. There aren't amazing views, but I enjoy watching cars pass so it was perfect for me. The AC works nicely and can get surprisingly cold. Though it is a little noisy. Personally my bed was fine for me, but my friend who has back pains, said his bed wasn't comfortable for him at all- double for another friend who has hurt her back as well. I tested out their beds and still was fine for me- so watch out if you have back pains. Breakfast was great! They offer different protein, and carb options. There was always egg, with the 2nd protein changing throughout the week. Oatmeal in a pot and a waffle station. They also had a bread area with bagels, muffins, and other pastries. Thry also offered cereal and an assortment of fruit. Yogurt was also available. One thing I really enjoyed was the drink dispenser: orange juice, passion fruit, water, apple juice, and something else that I am forgetting. Coffee was available 24/7 (decaf and hot water). I did not use the pool as it rained for most of the week I was there. The gym is nice, but I do not actively work out so I'm not sure if it'll accommodate for everyone's needs, but it offered: cycling, treadmill, elliptical, yoga area, weights. Workers were extremely nice. They answered my questions and greeted me whenever I scampered into view. I did not use housekeeping services for the week I was there. When I first booked this hotel, I was skeptical of the location, as it is wedged between two car dealerships. Ends up this was a blessing. Traffic was awful in the area so to be situated on rarely used street was really a bonus at the end. If I ever come back I am definitely booking at this hotel again.

I recently stayed at the Hampton Inn & Suites Miami Kendall with my family and our beloved Shih Tzu, Bella, for the Thanksgiving holiday. As a Miami native now living in Orlando, it was a homecoming trip, and the hotel made it exceptionally special. The highlight of our stay was the extraordinary customer service, particularly from Robert at the front desk. His dedication to ensuring our comfort was evident, as he consistently checked in on us with a friendly, "How can I help?" His attentiveness and genuine care greatly enhanced our experience. The hotel also amazed us with its pet-friendly approach. Bella was welcomed with a delightful pet package, including treats, a charming pink doggie bowl, and even a toy, which was a pleasant surprise. Although there was a $75 fee for Bella, the thoughtful gesture made it feel worthwhile. Overall, our stay at Hampton Inn & Suites Miami Kendall was marked by warmth, outstanding service, and attention to detail. It's a fantastic choice for anyone visiting Miami, especially those traveling with pets. Kudos to the team for making our holiday visit memorable!

This hotel is quiet and clean. I would recommend it to anyone however, the staff is not honest. I stayed the weekend for a business trip. Upon checkout I left a garment in the closet. When I called to see if they had placed it aside for me I was told they never found anything. The garment was a brand new woman's top from Express. The price tag of $50 was still on it. I had used the iron and ironing board in the room and left it out upon checkout so the housekeeper had to put it back in the closet yet they claim they did not find anything. That one piece of clothing is the only thing that I hung up in the closet and the only thing I was missing when I got home to the Orlando area. I spoke with Valeska at the front desk, she claims she spoke with the housekeeper who cleaned room 430 which is the room I stayed in. Valeska then gave me her manager's email to contact him. I emailed him and he has still not gotten back to me. I understand people leave things however, there should be a lost and found and if the person does not claim their item(s) within 14days then Hampton Inn can do what they want with it. I will not stay here again due to the dishonesty of ALL the employees involved.

We were visiting my grandma who’s not doing well and opted to stay here because of the location and reviews. We were very pleased with our experience. The first impression as we walked in was the hotel smelled wonderful, it was very clean. The front desk attendant was very friendly and professional. He instantly offered us complimentary water bottles to take to our room. Provided all the hotel information including check out time, breakfast times, wifi and parking… the room was clean, the bed was comfortable- although if you prefer a more firm pillow I suggest you bring your own… I ended up going to Ross and picking one up for the second night. Breakfast is complimentary and a good option for anyone traveling with children. The bathroom was clean and unlike other hotels, the water reached the hot temperature I am used to at home and the water pressure was great! We will definitely stay here again.

This hotel is amazing! Very clean, and everyone very friendly. I was impressed about the amazing service during breakfast. Gladys, Eulises,Virma, and Sandra worked really hard to maintain the breakfast area very clean all the time and to help with any request. I would definitely come back to this hotel in the future.

The hotel is nice and new but the management is a confused, abusive, aggressive nightmare and they will ruin your stay. It's not worth it. It happened to me twice, and I'm shocked about both times. I stayed first in March. I extended my stay and they told me to come downstairs and give me card the night before. I did that. The next day, they are banging on my door to leave, saying I didn't extend. I had already done that but no problem. Staff makes mistakes. At this point, I had a high fever, Covid positive, pneumonia. I asked if I could give my credit card over the phone or internet. No problem, they said. They would send me a link by email. It didn't arrive for an hour. Then the assistant manager, Jorge, started banging on my door threatening to evict me with the police! I called again! Please send the link. I'll give you my credit card. I did that immediately. I documented everything that happened, because it was so aggressive and crazy. So I'm leaving and the general manager, this guy Marco, meets me at my car to apologize profusely. He's so sorry. Staff errors all around. Please come back and speak to me personally before your stay. Okay, I thought. I'll let this go. The hotel is near my dad. I booked a three week stay this summer and called to speak to Marco. I just reminded him of what happened and that he told me to call to arrange my stay. He had no idea what I was talking about, got angry immediately, pretended not to hear me, HUNG UP ON ME. Then his assistant manager said I was banned from the property for threatening his staff! I swear nothing like that ever happened! All that happened was I filed a complaint. You can't ban someone for filing a complaint! I stay at Hamptons all the time, because of disability issues. This was just insanity.

My total experience was positive, excellent service, the rooms and property were clean and decor was current. Also, this Hampton had by far the best fitness facility I've used at a Hampton. The equipment was current and all in proper working condition. Not many have aerobic machines, free weights, and nautilus equipment .

This is a fairly new hotel. I booked a two queen beds room. It was spacious, comfortable and clean. I stayed here for 5 nights. The room was only cleaned once. Breakfast was the standard continental style. The location isn't bad, the area is developing. Plenty of food options nearby (accessible by car). I enjoyed the fruit infused water in the lobby. This hotel definitely needs some full length mirrors in the lobby or by the elevators. Overall, front desk was very accommodating and welcoming. I will definitely be back the next time I'm in the Miami area.

We had a great stay at this hotel. Our trip was split between Everglades and Miami so the location was perfect and also in close proximity to many restaurants and shops. Free breakfast was included with our stay and it was surprisingly good and helped us save some money for the day. All day free coffee available...we love that. The staff was helpful and courteous as well. The only thing, well two things holding me back from giving 5 stars...the hotel smells excessively of air freshener. It's like a lime coconut thing that is fine at first and then becomes so overwhelming. The second thing was we were told our room would only be cleaned every 3 days, unless we requested otherwise (which we were fine with), but the 2nd day we were there someone had entered our room and left their key card in our light switch access. They changed the bathroom garbage and then bath mat and then left. I'm sure this was an oversight and nothing was missing from our room, but it made us feel weird. We brought it to the attention of the staff and they said they would look into it, we didn't follow thru with anything further than that. Oh they have a pool too which we enjoyed on our last day. I would def recommend this hotel, it was great.

Staff and Gaby the manager are very kind and helpful! Free breakfast is nice but is just mediocre. Very high traffic. Hotel is definitely showing signs of wear and tear. Bathtubs are dangerous, hopefully no one will get hurt out! Showers should have been installed instead of tubs and with that said the tubs appear to be normal but the platform under it is elevated and only noticeable when getting out of the high step down. Many rooms are very stuffy and arid. Housekeeping or maintenance is not available in the evening. Some rooms appear to have water damage and I am 90% sure the room I was in had mold. I left the hotel withal bad intoxication all over my body and face.

The staff here went above and beyond for all my needs during the trip (wasn’t a lot, but the fact that they quickly happily helped was extremely comforting). The breakfast was delicious everyday and had so many options. One of the managers? Jason or Joshua ? Was so awesome when it came to having my electric vehicle getting into a spot to charge every night. I would recommend this hotel to anyone coming to the Miami area. Only issue is the location isn’t very walkable, but in Miami that’s hard to come by unless you are in a more downtown location.

Room was clean. Towels were constantly replaced. Good location. Friendly staff. Convenient digital key option. Breakfast was okay. Even said they’d mail our iPad we had forgotten by mistake. Overall a great hotel.

This was a really nice brand new hotel. All of the staff was super friendly and accommodating. My family certainly appreciate it breakfast being open later on Sunday. That gave us a chance to really get up, eat, pack and get on the road also they allowed late check out for me and my family. It was a great stay. I’ll definitely be back
