You took away from me my one and only, my most favorite and delicious triple berry oats smoothie i would get EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. And now you guys left me with nothing. I can not believe or understand the cruelty and evilness of this action. Im left with no hope and soul that will ever come to life again. Thats just pure evil.

Food is great as the other locations. This location charges for water is the only downside of this location.

Always fresh. Always friendly. Always awesome. And they always give me peanut butter cups for my dogs. That's a bonus (6th) star! PS: Try the Island Green smoothie!

Not a great first impression. Got two orders out of 4 wrong and one burnt ciabatta sandwich. The Buffalo chicken wrap didn’t look too appealing but the taste was not bad. Both wraps had a very small portion of chicken. Next time I know to pay for extra meat so it can fill in the wrap as I had expected. What I did enjoy was the taste of the Caribbean jerk chicken wrap and the different menu options. I will let a couple of weeks pass by before I give it a second chance.

With few healthy fast food options in the valley Tropical Smoothie Cafe is a blessing. You don’t feel overstuffed when you leave like other restaurants. Guilt free fast food

Walked in to a bright, clean environment. This new establishment is one to check out! Especially if you're looking for a yummy alternative with fresh choices. On the menu they have wraps, flatbreads, sandwiches and salads. The smoothies are their own vibe. The staff was friendly, especially Raul at the drive thru window. Ordered a shake and it was quickly made in less than 5 minutes. For a first time visit, I rate it a 5 stars with excitement to come back and try something new and different next time!

Smoothies are okay. Taste very "fake" not real fruit or anything. They never have half the flavors they advertise. Also the girls who work here don't know english.

The awkwardness of the extra steps to deny a tip while going through a drive thru was enough to do it for me

Awful service! More than fifteen for just ONE smoothie when the store was EMPTY! They keep serving the people on the drive thru even when my order was first. They keep attending more than six cars that they were not there when I arrived. Now I know why it was empty inside.

I love tropical smoothie. But why is this place closing the “oven” 35-40 min before the actual closing time? They always switch the time on their closing hours and thats not fair. Closing time is 10 and thats that. Worst customer service even from manager.
