I've had 30 or more sessions of hydrafacial treatment at Total Glow over the last few years. I have enjoyed each session enormously. As I enter the facility, the atmosphere and scent put me in a relaxing mood immediately. The therapists have been most courteous and professional. I believe in the treatment that cleans and nourishes my skin. I especially appreciate my new therapist, Chiho, who offers the most gracious professionalism.

Very friendly and responsive staff. The treatment room is very relaxing and comfortable. I tried the hydrafacial package and was very impressed with the result. My skin felt clean, brighten and smooth for weeks. Kimberley and Dania are very pleasant to work with.

This was my first time at Total Glow and my first facial ever and it was such a great experience! The staff were incredibly friendly and prompt. You receive a skin consultation right at the beginning that tells you how your skin is doing and the healing starts from there. I have dry skin so that was my big concern. My aesthetician was Sayaka and she was so professional and caring! She walked me though every facial procedure she was doing to keep me informed and made sure I was comfortable the during the process. The cleaning felt really soothing, and didn’t hurt at all. She did apply a cleaner that stung for 30 seconds but it went away fast. This felt like a spa! The soft music and aromas made it feel like you were away on an island. After the treatment, Sayaka explained how to take care of my skin properly, steps to take each day, and recommended products that will help keep my skin young and hydrated. I highly recommend coming in to get a treatment or a gift to a friend/family. Be sure to request Sayaka, she was amazing! 10/10

I did the hydra facial with Sayaka at Total Glow Wellness, it was an amazing experience! it was total 285$ but worth every penny; atmosphere was on point with all the ambience and relaxation music played in the background, you can't but fall asleep when she takes care of you! and if you become a member of course you are gonna get extra perks and some very good knowledgeable friends here, at the end of the day we all need to take care of our skin, if you want to look pretty! I loved the treatment, and planning to have every month! Sayaka was very careful how you feel in every steps, letting you know before putting anything into your skin i loved that process cause you know, what's being done to your skin. also at the end as fun part you see all the bad stuff coming out of your skin and that's so satisfying! no concern! communication was superb with the esthie, customer service with admin everything was outstanding! highly recommend!

I just started getting facials this past year and learning more about my skin. Saraya has always gave me little tips as a friend to make sure I can keep up with my skincare. Being a trainer and massage therapist, I wear minimal to no makeup so for her to even add an extra GLOW to my natural skin is amazing. Feeling comfortable in your own skin is the most liberating thing ever. She gave me a hydro facial and it was the most soothing thing ever. The beds here at total glow are super comfortable, and you can feel the vibes immediately, the moment you step in. The coolest thing was seeing how old my skin age was, (I expected it to be older since I barely started taking care of it) — and seeing in depth the texture of my skin, sun spots, and pores. Loved it and would definitely see her and do this again!

The spa was clean and relaxing. My esthetician was Sayaka who was very kind and knowledgeable. She started with a skin analysis and then gave me a customized facial for my skin. Sayaka is also a masseuse so her hand massage and face massage was top notch. Highly recommend!

YOU GUYS, RUN DON’T WALK to get the most lux facial of your life at Total Glow!! I can’t believe I’ve known Nam for 2 years and have never gotten a facial from her until now. She is absolutely phenomenal at her craft, has the gentlest touch that will make you feel like clouds are grazing your skin, and most of all she is highly educated and a wealth of knowledge regarding all things skincare. She’s simply the best esthetician! I started by changing out of my clothes and slipping into some sort of disposable pajama pants so I can get a body treatment at the same time as my facial. Talk about efficiency! Then Nam went to work with her magical touch and ingredients, extracting, infusions, and giving me a gentle peel to address my skin concerns. She checked in with me frequently making sure it wasn’t too strong, and that I was comfortable throughout the entire process. I trust her 100% with my skin. Total Glow itself is a treasure trove. From the moment you step into the door, you will be surrounded by the cleanest and warmest setting. Accents of gold and tropical greenery fill the space, and you’ll be greeted by a waterfall mirror opposite a shelf of goodies and educational brochures for you to peruse as you wait for your appointment. There’s tea and chocolate covered nibbles for you to snack on before and after your appointment, as well as a beautiful aquarium filled with rainbow corals and fish for an incredibly zen and calming atmosphere. I was immediately greeted by Saraya and Cindy as I stepped through the door, and they’re also some of the sweetest gals to take care of you. Cindy’s also one of the nurses here and an absolute gem to work with! My whole experience from beginning to end was an absolute joy, and I can’t wait to come back to Total Glow. My face is literally glowing as I type this!!

Highly recommended! I’ve never experienced such comfort from a facial before. All of the staffs were excelled in hospitality and their techniques are beyond what I was expecting. Right when I walked in, the environment was all cleaned, and felt relaxing with a good scent. Sayaka, my practitioner’s skills were amazing; her hands were very soothing:) not only her skills but also her knowledge was brilliant. I asked her a few questions and her answers were very convincing. After my treatment with Sayaka, my skin was glaring and moist. I would gladly come back to experience their treatment again and would also like to recommend to anyone considering going here!

Easily the best facial I have ever had! I had a hydrafacial scheduled with Kim, and the entire experience from introductory face assessment to the final serum was fantastic. I'm so impressed that I joined their membership plan so I can do this every month. Highly recommend!

If you need to get facial and massage, I highly recommend to see Sayaka at Total Glow! It was my first time to get a facial, so I was a little nervous but she checked in with me frequently during the treatment and made sure that I am comfortable. Also, I appreciate that she explained about each step of her treatment and educated me what I should do at home after the treatment to keep my face glow. Sayaka is also a skilled massage therapist and I received 30min massage besides on facial, and her warm hands and techniques definitely helped to release some tensions that I've been carrying. I also love how clean and welcoming Total Glow is! I'd love to come back again to get more facial and massage from Sayaka:) I was a little nervous as it was my first facial, but Ms. Sayaka who performed the treatment was very kind and explained each step of the procedure in detail, so I felt very at ease. . I also received an additional 30-minute massage, and the amount of pressure and technique was excellent, and I felt very relaxed. The clinic was also a very clean and calm space, so I was able to spend time there without worrying. I would definitely like to ask Sayaka-san again. vinegar!
