I had a disappointing experience at this massage salon on Sunday. My wife and I had made online appointments, but it seemed like our reservations weren't acknowledged upon arrival. This gave us the impression that online requests aren't being checked. Additionally, I had specifically chosen a particular masseur online, but someone else ended up doing the massage without any prior notice or explanation. Unfortunately, I didn't feel any relief or relaxation during or after the massage. In fact, I experienced increased lower back pain, which has persisted for the past 24 hours, started to take pain killers. It was a really bad experience

Coco is Amazing!! She addressed the whole body and covered areas I didn’t think I needed. I felt and still feel no pain or tightness in my body, and a lot is Sciatica, a stiff back an Ulnar Nerve Tunnel issue ( which is better! She ironed me out in a great way. The girls at the front and atmosphere were wonderful. They are so kind and helpful and add to the entire spa experience. Thank you!! 😃😃👍🤗

Mrs Wendy is amazing. She asks questions about problem areas and explains everything she will be doing. I have recommended her to my wife and she has recommended her to a coworker.

Amy is the best. She gets all the knots out of my body. She is gentle but the pressure is firm. I highly recommend Amy to anyone who wants to get healing from an injury.

Excellent treatment by Jing as always. Jing is highly sought after for her work in the shoulder and back area. Do visit her if you have issues from long desk and computer work and get your back and neck back into perfect condition. Her skill and treatments are best in class.

I love having David as my service provider. He always greets me with a smile, applies perfect pressure, making sure that I am always comfortable, and reminds me to drink water when we are finished. I love my monthly appointments.

Coco is fantastic highly recommend. Last two visits requested essential oils at front desk at registration both times massage started without. Had to stop massage yesterday to get the oil. Frustrating to disrupt the peaceful start of the session.

I have been enjoying massages for over a year now at massage envy and i am super pleased with their guest service and professional services. I specifically go to David for my monthly massage and he is spectacular! Super detailed in technique and excellent in pace. He is very smooth in transitioning from targeted areas and not rushed.

David was great. Excellent customer service. Very comfortable with him and he listened carefully to my requests and feedback.

Massage was good. But I only wanted massage on upper back shoulders and neck. I did tell her that but ended up with whole body massage. Also she worked hard one shoulder blade and I told her to stop because it hurt. And today it’s bruised. Unhappy with end result

Wow! I just received a great massage from Jose at the Massage Envy in Mountain View. I requested that he focus on my upper and mid-back area (where I have recently have been experiencing some discomfort). Jose spent a significant amount of time addressing the area and I felt great afterwards. Perfect amount of pressure and excellent flow with his hands. I also requested that he focus on my feet and he did a great job there was well. Jose is an exceptional therapist, great communication, very talented and caring. He’s the best!!!!!!

Customer service? I signed up for a 6 moth membership and can’t schedule an appointment… only at this location. A bit frustrating when I already locked with 6 month commitment. Will not recommend to anyone, look for better options… many

Amy is so sweet and her massages are fantastic, which that's why drive 25 minutes to this location. They are friendly, welcoming and I always look forward to my visit. The best!

Having been to so many Massage Envy locations across the US - this one is in the top 10% because of the staff. Front desk staff went out of their way to fit in and schedule (rarely have I seen this level of support). Very kind greeting and friendly atmosphere all around. The facility is standard fare (nice) and the session was on par with typical locations (good quality and professional). Note that member rates here are $10 higher than national average and you will pay differential from a lower cost home location (reasonable). Also note - For any massage at any business the table time (actual massage) is usually 10 minutes less than the session time (60 min, etc. ).

My partner and I were disappointed with our massages. Not only did they cut 10 minutes off our time and the clocks were set incorrectly in the rooms (we arrived 10 minutes early as requested so they could start right on time), but we didn’t experience any relief from our massages. Both massages were poorly paced and felt rushed. The main area I wanted attention spent was barely touched. As for my partner, the pressure was very inconsistent— pressure on the back was good but everywhere else was much lighter. Price was quite high for the quality.

I finally found the perfect therapist for my needs. I’m not telling you her name because she may not be perfect for what you want. That said, they will ask you questions to make sure you get one perfect for you!!
